Asher smiled weakly at the man. "I'm Asher Holden, new to the department. And I hope you don't mind me butting in to say this, though I know nothing about yourself or the day you've had, but it'll be fine in the end." Asher told him. Sure he may be around the same age, but he was always the one to hand out advice like a father would. That's why the kids called him 'Abba' meaning father.

"Yeah I suppose so. It's just. . .well I'm not really allowed to talk about it." he said with a shrug of his shoulders knowing that as an Unspeakable it was forbidden to talk about work.

As for the situation with Pandora, it was too personal to discuss with someone he hardly knew. Ronan wished Dora was around to talk with him about it or something.

"Understood." Asher said with a nod of his head as he beant forward over the table. He put his head in his hands and looked down at the table.

"I do know from personal experiences though when something goes wrong or isn't right you have got to talk with your closet mates. Weather it be family or friends. Keep them close, you never know when you could loose one of them." Asher told him, though not really thinking on it too much. He was starting to think of his mother and father when they left.

Ronan at Asher's advice. The closest thing he had to family was Pandora and he was treating her so poorly.

"You're right Asher, I must go now and apologize to my girlfriend. I'll see you around." he said to the man, standing up and throwing out his unwrapped food before walking out of the break room and to his office to write a quick note to Pandora to meet him at the Leaky Cauldron.

Asher smiled. "I hope it works out well." Asher said raising to his feet as the man threw his food away, unopened. "Yes, I'll see you later." he said nodding his head. He looked around after the man left and felt he had other things to attend to. He smiled and walked out of the the breakroom.

Dora strolled into the breakroom and plopped down into the nearest overstuffed armchair she saw. Oh my Merlin she was so exhausted she couldn't stand it.

She unholstered her wand and conjured a cup of tea and began to hum as she set her hands on her tummy, waiting for the tea to cool a bit.

Melina walked into the Break Room and got herself a cup of tea. Today had been completly uneventful, so she had decided she needed a break.
Taking a sip of her tea, she walked over to a nearby armchair and sat down. There were plenty of people there, engaging in conversations and laughing. It was nice to relax at work. Next to her, sat another woman who looked exhausted. Melina smiled before saying, " Busy day? You look very tired."

Dora turned at the sound of another woman's voice. Smiling she said, "I am tired all the time." she said as she moved her hands and showed her the baby bump (it was a rather large bump now...). "But yeah it's always interesting in my division." she told her as she shook her head.

Dora picked up her cup and took a small sip and then said, "The name's Dora Druery, I am fairly new down here. What's your name?" Awww yay more new friends to meet at work. Happy day. Dora loved to meet new people!! *does a mental happy dance*

Melina smiled, "Melina Papadakis. It's nice to meet you Dora!" Then, she dwecided to strike up a conversation, trying to avoid that akwardness off meeting someone for the first time. "So, when are you due?"

Dora sighed slightly and then her smile returned. "Pleasure to meet you, Melina! I am not really sure if I will make it to my due date since I am carrying twins. But I am supposed to deliver in April." she told her with a chuckle.

"How long have you been working down here in the hole?" she asked her, very interested in getting know the woman.

"Twins? Congradulations! That'll be a handful!" Melina replied. " I don't know if I could handle two babies all at once!"

"About ...five months now, I believe." Mleina said, trying to recall, "No no, it was six months, yup. And you?"

Dora giggled at the woman and said, "If it wasn't for my husband I am not usre I could handle myself most days!" She took another sip of her tea and continued, "Yeah, we just found out it's a boy and a girl so I am pretty excited about that." Random tidbit of information there. Teehee. Dora was just so excited to see a new face in the dark department.

Dora tilted her head to one side and said, "You know I am not sure exactly when it was I started down here. I haven't been here an awful long time though. I am the new Locked Room division head. Which division do you work in?" Maybe she could lure the woman to her division... *evil grin*

Melina laughed. "So you're the outgoing hard to contain type of woman? I'd really howp your kids got your husband's personality, or that'd be total chaos for you both!" She teased. "So have you thought of names?"

"Yeah, down here kind of turns the days into long and extremly interesting ones. It's very hard to keep track of it all." Melina agreed, "I'm in the Time Room currently. Quite bright in there, compared to everywhere else."

Dora laughed heartily and nodded her head. "Something like that, yeah. Oh I hope they are a mixture of the both of us, really." she said and then leaned in a bit closer and whispered, "My husband is too serious for his own good sometimes. A dead bore from time to time also." She gave Melina a wink and laughed again.

"Oh yes, we are naming them Imogen and Gabriel. I let him name the boy and I named the girl... I suppose you can tell which of us has more imagination." she said with a chuckle.

Dora nodded her head in agreement and chimed in, "Yeah I have noticed that one day down here feels like a month anywhere else. I went from Level three to Level Four, then here so it has been quite a change. It is weird being inside of a locked room all day... I feel trapped." She laughed at herself then... she was pretty trapped in there testing love potions all day long was dirty business but someone had to do it. Teehee.

"Mhm. That's always good to hope for." Melina laughed as Dora joked about her husband."Mine says that about me all the time!" She rolled her eyes. "Husbands!"

"Imogen? That's very creative!!" Melina said, intrigued, "Does it mean something? It's so pretty and Gabriel's very nice too."
"Definetly! Oh yes, that's certainly a change! Why'd you switch so much?" Melina asked and then shuddered, "I hate being stuck in one place for so long! It's terribly boring and exactly! It makes you feel as if you're trapped!" She agreed.
"The Locked Room. Sounds so...mysterious in a wonderful sort of way. Do you like it there?"

"My sentiments exactly" Dora said and rolled her eyes as well.

Dora giggled again and said, "Why thank you. I think Imogen and Gabriel Druery have anice ring to them, don't you? I am not sure what the meaning is, really. I just loved the name so much that I went with it. I will have to look up the meaning sometime and see." She stirred some honey into her tea and thought about what the meaning of the name could possibly be.

Dora's smile fell a bit and she shook her head. "I left the Invisibility Task Force because I wanted more responsiblity, but the Magical Creatures Department just wasn't a fit for me... after I tried to put together the Ministry wide walk out in protest for werewolf rights I didn't really feel comfortable there. Then I was selected to come down here and be a Division Head... just the responsilibity I was looking for." she explained with a smile coming back to her face. She had really loved her co workers on the third level, they were like family.

"I do love the Locked Room though. Once you work in there it is difficult not to love it. But you know as well as I do that we can't divulge anything about our work... but I will tell you this, if you ever get tired of the Time Room come see me, you would love the Locked Room." she told her matter of factly and nodded her head emphatically.

"No problem." Melina grinned. "Mm, very nice ring. I can hear it now! It's very unique, I must say, and she'll have the name all to herself!" Melina added, "It's got a nice feel to it."

Melina listened and made gestures at the appropriate times as the woman explained to her the way she'd found herself in the "hole". "I can definetly understand that. Sometimes, some things just aren't for you or don't work out. It's good you've found a position you like."

Melina nodded in understandment. Of course she knew that, hence the name Unspeakables. "Offering me a job having just met me? You must have a real trust in people. I'm alright at the moment, it's been a little slow, but I will definetly keep that in mind!" Melina said with a laugh.

Dora laughed as Melina said she liked the sound of the kiddo's names. She was elated that someone else liked it!! She felt like a horses bum for taking over the conversation the way she had though...

"Well, I go on gut instinct, really." DOra told her with a chuckle when she asked her if she was trusting. "Well instead of me dominating this conversation with talks of babies and whatnot why don't you tell me a little about you... Are you from these parts?" Dora asked as she sat back in her armchair and sipped her tea.

Melina smirked, "No no, it's fine. I don't really mind." Then the woman asked about where she was from. "Actually, I'm from New York." she said, her accent coming out then. " I was born and raised there and I moved here when I was twenty with my boyfriend at the time, who is now my husband of six years. What about you, are you from around here?"

Dora smiled and perked up a bit at the mention of America. "Actually I am from Godric's Hollow originally. Graduated Hogwarts and went off to the U.S. for Auror training. I was overseas for eight years and then returned here about two years ago I guess. I met Silas, that's my husband while working on inter departmental case on Level Three, I broke his nose when he made me angry and the rest is history." Dora told the woman with a smile plastered on her face. She lifted her hand off of the arm of the chair and wiggled her hand around, showing off her ring. She still wasn't used to the ring being there... they had not been married too awful long anyway.

"Does your husband work here in the Ministry also?" Dora asked her.

Melina listened as Dora told her the story of how she had gotten to where she was today. It was nice to knwo someone else who had lived in America and (seemed) to enjoy it. "Oh yeah? How'd you like it?" She asked. "Remind me not to get on your bad side." Melina said as Dora showed her her wedding ring. "Oh that's gorgeous! Stunning!"

"No, he works for the CIA, which in a way is perfect. We both have secrets about our jobs that we can't reveal and how work is going never makes it into the conversation because we both know the priority of keeping our jobs undercover." Melina said. "It's ideal really because we always wanted to keep work and family seperate. Neither of our families really knowwhat we do anyhow. What about your husband, he work here?"

Dora smiled as she thought of the happier times she spent in the U.S. "A lot of it was good, but then a lot of it was bad... Hazards of the job and all. But the country was hospitable. I stayed mostly in the Southern portion but I worked all over. Dark Wizards weren't confined to one region ya know." she said as she let the smile drift off of her face.

She was brought out of her nasty thoughts as Melina commented on not getting on her bad side. "Nah, I am a lot calmer now than I was. Besides he made me angry a lot before I tripped him... and I fixed his nose for him also." she said with a bubble of laughter erupting as she thought of how awful it sounded. "Thank you very much." Dora told her as she gushed over the ring.

Dora was intrigued by her husbands working for the CIA... what ever it was it sounded all secret squirrel and made of awesome! "Honey, what exactly is the CIA? It sounds like the two of you have it all worked out. SIlas can't seem to get past the fact that I can't talk about my work with him. It makes me sad too. THere is that void now since we can't share EVERYTHING. Ya know." Dora told her with a dejected sigh. She scratched her belly and then said, "Oh yes, he works in the Ministry. He is currently the Spirit Division Head. He is so busy that it is ridiculous. Bringing his work home every night. It is hard for me not being able to bring any of the work home that I do."

Melina nodded glumly,"Yes, not all of them dwell in one specific area. It's sad really. Those bad seeds influencing others." She shook her head, "Isn't right."

Melina laughed, "Good, good on both your calm attitude and your fixing his nose." She then proceeded to laugh alittle more. "Anytime! I especially love that little splash of pink! It gives the ring some character, if you know what I mean."

Melina smiled and gladly explained, "The Central Intelligence Agency, aka the CIA, is a federal US bureau created in 1947 to coordinate and conduct espionage and intelligence activities." Then she simplified, "It's basically spy work, and it's run by muggles. But some witches and wizards are placed there when the Ministry detects something is magical or the most wanted list has a witch/wizard's name on it to deal with the magical side of things."
Melina smiled sheepishly, "Yeah, we're not as put together as you'd think. We've fought many a time about staying lat eat the office, and bringing work home, but what are you gonna do? The job never stops."

She chuckled at the memory of breaking and fixing his nose. "Yeah I didn't tell him until later that it was a well aimed tripping jinx that caused his fall, though I think he suspected me alla long." she said with a wink at Melina.

Dora listened on intrigued by this CIA business. All those years in Magical Law Enforcement and she had never heard of them. Ha... goes to show you how wrong she was for the Muggle world. "That sounds fascinating and dangerous and... right up my alley." she commented.

Sitting up a little bit in her chair she then told the woman, "I don't think any of us are as put together as we should be or seem to be. I am sure over time this seperation of home and work will get to Silas and I, but it is the nature of the beast, so to say." She sighed and fiddled with the lovely pink and white diamond ring. THe pink matched the streaks Dora always wore against the platinum blonde in her hair. It was lovely being able to morph her hair... saved a lot of money on dye and what not.

"How long have you and he been married?" she finally asked Melina.

Melina laughed as Dora explained how Silas really hadn't known about the tripping jinx, though he'd been suspicious. "So you just randomly went around trip-jinxing people?"

Melina nodded, "I really don't know much about it, but it's definetly a dangerous job and fascinating to say the least. Though it does take from quality time, what with the odd hours and all. But he loves it, and it makes him happy, so I can't complain. As long as he's happy, I'm alright."

Smiling and twirling her own ring around her finger and smiling in absolute contentment, Melina said,"Tommy and I've been married happily for three and a half years now. What about you and Silas?"
