As you approach the door, you notice a sign on the front which reads:

Don't forget to knock! The door swings open to reveal a beautiful office with a polished wooden floor and beautiful lavender curtains. In the center of the room, there is a desk, at which a pretty blonde woman in her early thirties sits. "Hello! Do come in!" She trills, pleasantly, smiling at you with her shiny white teeth.

Liam walked upto the office read the name Jessica Peaches, he realised that must mean that a new head had been hired inplace of Theo who had left. He decided that he would meet the new head and see if they needed anything from him. He knocked on the door and smiled, he made sure that his suit was clean and he looked smart.

It was odd that after all these years, she had found herself back under the employment of Minister Cooper. He really was such a lovely man, and she was positively itching to go and say hello. Liam smiled as he walked into the room. He looked around to see how much it had changed, well there a few differences he thought to himself. He smiled as he held out his hand for the new Department Head to shake. "Liam Moiser at your service, Miss Peaches."

She wouldn't have people cluttering up her office, only to have their own conversations. Clearing her throat, the beautiful smile returned to her features. "So. How can I help?"

Teal made his way up from level four, it had been a devilishly long day and now that Newtington had resigned, he had to find someone else to help with Cooper’s bloody campaign. He had finally made his way to the Department Heads’ door, Jessica Peaches. The word through the grapevine was that she was hot… not that it mattered to Teal. He was dating Lorraine, happily dating Lorraine as a matter o’ fact. Well, he could look at the menu, just not order. (Andrus Philosophy #1).

Shaking those thoughts out of his mind, Teal knocked on the door twice, waiting to be let in.

Jessica watched the woman go, her eyebrows raised so high that they were almost lost in her blonde bangs. Huh. Well! The rudeness of some people. She made a small note on a piece of parchment, in red ink. She'd be having words with Miss Nightengale later!

Benjamin walked up to his new boss's office and looked at the door. The office door, in his opinion, was the first indicator of a person's personality and work ethic. All he saw was a simple sign. Hmm...a minimalist, eh? That's a good sign, he thought to himself.

He raised his hand and knocked clearly three times, exactly. He always had to knock three times. Two wasn't forceful or professional enough, and four or more made a person sound needy. Yes, three was the perfect number of times to knock on a door.

The door was opened before Teal’s eyes and the rumors were true; the new head on level seven was hot. He smiled to her pleasant, somewhat bubbly personality as he took a step inside the office. “No I’m not.” He said with a small, wry grin as he looked around the rest of her office, noticing another person in the room.

Turning back to Peaches, Teal figured it would be prudent to introduce himself. “I’m Teal Andrus, Department Head from level four.” He nodded respectably. “Welcome to the Ministry, by the way.”

I'll pop into your department soon," she smiled, and held the door open.

Benjamin was immediately stricken by the woman's beauty and grace. There was just something about her that made Benjamin realize that he must get to know her better.

And with a face like that, how could he say 'no' to her request? However, he must remain cool in a situation like this. Clearing his throat, he said, "Yes, I am the Quidditch Division Head. Benjamin Darcy. You can ball me Ben, though." Did he just say that? NO one was allowed to call him Ben. Not even his parents. "I don't mind at all!" he said, although he was secretly slightly annoyed that that pretty boy department head from level four would get to spend some alone time with her. "I shall see you on the other side of the lunch hour, then."

Wow. Just one look at her and he was already melting? He couldn't wait to really meet her.

Teal nodded with a small grin, “Likewise.” He said, simply. She seemed nice, bubbly, very easy to get along with. These was a great thing to have in a co worker, for sure; she seemed like she might have a few sharp edges underneath all the fluff and feathers, though.

Figuring it would be best to hit facts straight up, Teal dove right in. “Well, as I’m sure you know Ms. Peaches, it is election year.” He said with a small, wary nod. He never was a big fan of this time of the year, and now this year was that much worse because he was such an important part of Coopers campaign. “And I, have been appointed as Brennen--, excuse me, Minister Coopers’” he corrected himself, shaking his head slightly hinting at rue sarcasm, “campaign manager. Elections are just a few months away and I’m really needing to make some recruits.” He said earnestly, he was at a huge shortage at the moment, apparently Brennen wasn’t the popular man he once was. “So if you are interested, I’d love to have you on board. The head research and writing chair is open, as well as others.” Pointing out what was open was a solid beginning. “Cooper is running against Reagan Taylor, incase you didn’t know.” Hopefully she wasn’t too close to Reagan, he needed help. Once finished, Teal gave the woman one of his famous smirkish-grins, hopefully she couldn’t decline.

Good thing they were such friendly employees, or they'd be out in an instant. Flicking her wand, a 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign attached itself to the door, which she pushed closed.

"Sorry about that," Jessica apologised, returning to her desk with a shake of her head. Busy, busy, busy. Flopping into her seat, she gestured for Teal to sit down. She wouldn't have ~~gorgeous~~ people standing in her office! Gosh, no! "Oh, please do sit down," she offered helpfully, nodding as he mentioned elections. Ah yes. Always a busy time of year, especially at the ministry it seemed. Yes, she'd already had numerous flyers shoved into her hands and thrust under her door. Reagan's, she'd dropped into the bin. Minister Cooper's...well. It was obvious by the small pile of Cooper flyers on her desk that she'd been brought up in a Minister-supporting family.

"Oh congratulations," Jessica chipped in, as he explained his position. Her pretty face lit up as, moments after, he offered her a place on the board. "Well! I'd be absolutely delighted! As lovely as Mrs Reagan seems, I am a supporter of Minister Cooper, and always have been." Plus you're too flawlessly handsome to refuse she added in her head.

“No worries.” Teal said in response to the beautiful specimen, giving her a quaint smile. He gave her a nod as she gestured him to sit down, Teal did just that. “Thank you.” He said, resting his hands on the chair arms, the only thing missed from this picture was a nice cup of coffee. Sigghhh..

Well, coffee was unimportant at the moment to be completely honest. His face lit up as she congratulated him, well that was a good sign. “Yeah, it’s pretty great. I’ve been working some bad hours lately though.” He said, shrugging yet smiling all the same. Then Ms. Jessica Peaches had accepted, which was quite awesome indeed. So he had another Department Head on board, thank merlin. “Excellent.” Teal said with a delighted nod of the head. “Well, I was just about to head up to Coopers office and tell him all the quick details. You can join me if you wish, or just see him on your own time. Doesn’t matter.” He added with a harmless wink, it didn’t make much difference.

Ah, on afterthought Teal was very satisfied. With his smart and her teeming beauty this election was in that bag.

Settling into her chair, Jessica smiled and sipped her tea. "Would you like a drink? Tea? Coffee? Pumpkin juice?" It was practically a robotic question now; she'd asked it to every person who'd entered her room. But still, manners were manners, and offering a drink to your guest was a basic manner.

A frown clouded her features, and she nodded understandingly. "Ah. Rough hours? That's hard," she sighed, nodding again. Her last job had practically killed her with night shifts. Guh. She listened carefully to Teal, beaming as he expressed his delight. Woohoo! (Plus, how could she resist when the offer was coming from someone who looked like TEAL?) "Super!" She grinned, flashing her pearly whites. "No, no, I'll join you if that's okay. I was going to make my way over there later anyway, but if you're going..." She gave him a smile, slightly flustered by his wink.

The hours were bad, but at least he kept him busy. The only downside was that Cy was alone a lot, which made the little guy hate Teal even more. He shoved the thoughs out of his mind in a hurry.

Good! He didn’t want to tackle Cooper by himself, and with a pretty female in the room Brennan might behave himself a little better than he usually does. “Perfect.” He said with a small, yet meaningful smile as his dark blue eyes fell on hers. Teal stepped up from his seat, “Shall we then?” He asked, he was in a hurry today. Very important matters were going on in his Beast Division presently.

After the meeting with Taylor and the rest of the liasons ended, Ethan -who really appreciated his life- made the run for it. Had he not done that, Belden was one hundred percent sure that Amber would have started to accuse -and possibly slap him, too- him of stalking and Merline knew what other things.

Really. Him stalking her? He would never do that. As good looking -and that was probably a huge misunderstatement- as Amber Thatcher was, there was just no chance that Belden would ever stalk her. Women stalked him. He didn't stalk them. What would be of his reputation if he started to stalk her? Nothing good, obviously.

Thankfully for him, none of this had happened. And since he actually had something to do, Belden quickly left level one, and made his way towards the Magical Sports Department. If Amber ever asked him why had he ran away from her, he would just told her that she shoud stop thinking that all the things he did around her had do to with her. Which was actaully sort of true.

Granted, paying the Magical Sports' Department head a visit had only ocurred to him once he was safely away from her claws, but that did not mean Ethan was not going to use that as a excuse.

And then his walking came to a stop, upon noticing the sign on the door. First thing his honey coloured eyes noticed was the Department head was a woman -which surprised him a bit- and the second one was that she was not there. Oh, perfect.

Well, he would just have to wait for her then. As a little sigh came out from his slightly parted lips, Belden leaned against the wall, tousled his semi-wavy brown hair with one hand as an absentminded movement, before pocketing his hands.

Something told him this would be a long wait.

Returning from Level One, Jessica appeared quite flustered. Her messy bun had gradually unclipped itself, causing golden hair to tumble from the pins that were holding it in place. Groaning slightly, she bent over to collect the scattered hair pieces, quickly re-doing the simple style to get it out of her face. She couldn't stand working with strands of hair in her face; it was ever so off putting. Twisting her fingers through each section, she carefully but quickly (with her magical touch) managed to work the clips and bands into her silky smooth locks. There. MUCH better.

Heels clacking ~~noisily~~ as she tottered back to her office, Jessica blinked. "Oh hello! I'm terribly sorry, I do hope you haven't been waiting long!" She spluttered an apology as her gaze settled on the young man who was lingering outside her door. "Do come in, what can I help you with?" Politeness was key; correct? Indeed.

Lorraine walked purposely on the seventh level towards an office she only knew by its previous owner, Theo Newtington, which was a right shame that Ms Peaches never lasted long enough for her to meet the woman. Nonetheless, she had a mission to uphold and she would see to it complete.

Flicking her wand effortlessly once she got close enough, a parchment appeared on the door of the department head's office:
