The office is rather small but cozy. The desk is semi-cluttered with letters in different languages. In a corner of the desk is a small vase with three white lilies. On the walls are several shelves which if aren't packed tidily with thick books, are holding several scented candles. They all have the same scent: Gardenia.
On the desk is Gregoria, the only place you'll find her with her hair down, her nose in a book doing some research on one culture or another. | |

Greg trudged in, shutting the door behind her promptly. Thankful for the privacy she pulled out the two long pins holding up her extremely long hair in a bun and let it cascade over her back as she rummaged through her drawers. She had just put it in there minutes ago!
Heaving her second sigh of the day she held the pins between her lips, her hands busy twisting her hair into the neatest bun she could muster with too much hair, quickly stabbing it with the pins to keep it in place once more. While she pondered over her last moves Greg decided she needed one more candle to even out the number. 13 wasn't exactly a lucky number.

Gregoria hurried into the office. As she had predicted, she had left the papers by the other set of candles. Flicking her wand, they folded themselves into paper airplanes and the door opened to let them out, closing behind them. The memos would reach the department's inbox in a matter of minutes.
Letting her hair lose, feeling a headache coming on she meandered around the office in her black wrap dress, both hands on her hips. Matos wondered if perhaps it was a bit too tight. Good thing she had midnight blue robes on to help hide her body. A sudden hissing caught her ears and she froze on the spot, hands on her hips still.
As she let her dark eyes rest on the floor, it alarmed her that she had found a gray ashy trail, slithering towards the back of her book case. Pulling out her wand she tip-toed towards it and as she got closer a hissing tongue lashed out at her. Yelping she flicked her wand, freezing both fire colored lizard and what she thought were eggs. Who knew. They were big and red or were--until she used that nifty little freezing charm.
Bouncing nervously on the spot she hurried out of the office leaving the door open behind her! Quick! Surely someone at the Regulation of Magical Creatures could help her.

Marching into her office, hair still flying behind her, Gregoria seized the trash bin by her desk, emptied its contents in a corner and ignoring her initial fright she shoved the frozen lizard and eggs into the bin.
Tucking the bin between her arm and hip she marched back out and towards MacTavish's office. | |

Returning to her office she sighed and took a seat, hands rummaging the drawers of her desk. Surely, she placed some hair pins in there. Her extremely long hair was weighing her down and she contemplated cutting some inches off but shrugged the idea way. She had made a pact and she was going to keep it. | |

Fiona sensed her boss was nervous, so she planned to give her this letter and get out as soon as possible.
She opened the door and stepped into the room. "Sorry for bothering you, but I finished translating the letter for the spanish Prime Minister. I know I have to be available to translate anything for the up coming Quidditch World-Cup. I also read your urgent memo, you sent. Well, that's everything I've got to tell you," she finished her little "speech".

Gregoria let out a sigh of relief. It was just an employee. It wasn't him. Thank Merlin and his fellows!
"It's not a bother at all! This is what I'm here for. Business. Strictly business!" She announced a bit too excitedly, index finger pointing to the ceiling for some hidden reason. Nodding she took the letter from Fiona and placed it on the desk to read later and pulled out an envelope from one of the drawers. "Thank you very much for prompt work. I hope the latest memo didn't confuse you. Do you have any questions?" | |

"Great. Thanks,"she nodded, when Miss Matos took her letter. "No, no questions. I'm sure you will give us all the details we have to know."
"Now, if this is all, I shall go back to work," she said.

Casting a dark glance at the clock hanging from one of the pale walls, Gregoria Matos stood up abruptly, having realized that she'd soon be late to a very important meeting that she could not afford to jeopardize.
"Yes, back to work is what we all must do," she chirped holding the door open for both of them as she walked out with her employee. "I must greet the Ministers. I'm sure they'll call for me when they arrive at the Atrium."
And so, both ladies were out of the office, leaving it empty but well scented.
