"Wedding invitations? That was awkward! Where is the international cooperation in that type of work?" Dora thought.
Anyway, she returned to her office and started to look for invitation models. It was an interesting work, but she didn't fully understand its purpose.

Filius walked into the office looking round for the person he was looking for. "Hi." he said to the nearest person."Do you know where I can find Constanza Murdoch?"

Dora looked at the newcomer and replied: "She might be in her office, but I'm not sure; Miss Murdoch has been very busy recently...".
"Are you a new employee here?"Dora asked.

"No," he said to the woman that he was talking to. "I work in the portkey office and I came down a while ago and talked to her and asked her to do something for me. I came down to see if anything has been done."

"Oh,I see. Sorry that I forgot to introduce myself! My name is Dora Mackenzie, nice to meet you!"she added.
"I believe you should wait a little and see if she comes."

"Nice to meet you. I'm Filius charming." He smiled and sat down on the nearest seat.

"Nice to meet you too, Filius. Please tell me if there's anything you want while you're waiting. Would you like a coffee or a tea?"Dora asked politely, willing to do something helpful.

"I wouldn't mind a coffee actually, if you don't mind." he said.

"Sure, no problem! Right away!"Dora said quickly, heading for her office. In a few minutes, she returned with a cup of coffee.
"I wasn't sure if you prefer it sweet or bitter, so I haven't added the sugar yet."she explained.

He took the coffe from her with a smile. "Thanks," he said. "Don't worry. I prefer it without sugar."

"Ok then." Dora replied."I must return to my office now, I've got a lot of work to do."If you need anything else just let me know."she added before going to her office.

Jack Turner from the Spirit Division of the Fourth Floor and saw a beautiful woman who looked slightly young to be in the Ministry. Jack walked over to her and bowed. "Hello, My name is Jack Turner"

Dora turned around and looked attentively to the man who greated her.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Mr Turner. My name is Dora Mackenzie. " she said, smiling beautifully.
" Do you work here at the International Cooperation offices or in another department?" she asked.

"I work on the fourth floor in the Spirit division", Jack said. He was mezmerized by her eyes. "Please Miss Dora, call me Jack"

Dora replied: "Ok then-Jack- what brings you here? Can I help you with anything ? Or maybe you would like to join me at the cafeteria, because it's nearly lunch time?" she added.

"I was just wondering the ministry", Jack said smiling. His messy hair fell in his face. "I would like to go to the Cafeteria with you"

"Ok then. I have take a file to my office first and we'll meet at the cafeteria in a few minutes, if that's ok with you." Dora told Jack, hoping he wouldn't mind waiting a bit.

"I dont mind", Jack said. He moved his hair ut of his face.

Dora hurried to her office to leave the file. Her desk was a bit messy, so she took a few minutes to arrange everything. After freshening up a bit in the mirror, she took her bag and returned to Jack.
"Let's go, shall we?"

ooc: we'll RP at the cafeteria now, ok?

The small band of rebellious house elves, now numbering more than 10, apparated as a group into the halls of the International Magical Cooperation offices. They still had three muggle children in tow, one of them petrified and the other two in tears.

"International Magicking Cooperations? Bailey is wondering why they is not cooperating with house elves..." Bailey the house elf squeaked angrily. "We makes their food and cleans their houses, keeps their secrets and does our work, but they is not even paying us any attentions or respects! They is... They is moving into our houses and we is not leaving them so they is thinking we is part of house, for their use, like stove or sink!" The other house elves murmurred in agreement, though one of them, after nodding vehemently, ran off and began banging his head against a cubical wall for thinking against his masters.

Bailey sighed. "You is being stopping that! We is having our rebellions... Much mischief we are making until we is getting respect!" The head-banging house elf reluctantly moved away from the wall.

Two more house elves apparated onto the scene. "We is hearing about what you is doing!" said Cady the house elf, excited. "We is being helping for you!"

She stepped toward Bailey and looked down the hall. She snapped her fingers, and a burst of sparks flew from her hand. As the sparks flew down the hall, they turned into a display of brilliant fireworks, booming loudly as they exploded in the quiet office halls. One of them kept spelling out House elfs is getting freedoms over and over again. Cady nodded, satisfied. "They is having hard time stopping that." she said. "They is being permanent sticking firework."

Another house elf clapped her hands once, wanting to add to the mischief. A loud house elf voice boomed through the halls. "You is bad wizards! You is taking house elves rights and freedoms! We is wanting cooperations!" the voice kept repeating as though on a loudspeaker.

The elves giggled, quite pleased. Bailey led the group away from the hall and into another area of the fifth floor.

ooc: to the International Magical Offfice of Law.

It was quite preposterous on Constanza's opinion, really. Why was she supposed to work on Minster Cooper's wedding invitations? She was not a muggle wedding planner, and no one had told her that part of her job as division head would be making that man's invitations. As if she didn't have other more important things to deal with.

The moment she step inside the division, honey colored eyes opened wide, however.

Right in front of her, inside her perfectly clean and organized division, were around a dozen of House elves doing what it seemed to be protest.

Blink. Blink. Blink

That was Constanza's reaction to their entire speech. She was about to reply to it -or at least try to- when they all stormed out of the place, not without leaving fireworks around the place. Her division was a complete mess now.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

"Go and report this to the Department of Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. Right now" Murdoch demanded sternly to the employees, before leaving the place to follow the elves.

Lola had just stepped out of the lift when she almost was hit by fireworks. She ran into an office to duck for cover, but it seemed there was more chaos in there. Hanging in the middle of the area was a message about House-elf freedom. "You have got to be kidding me!" Lola shouted over the booming of the fireworks. She pulled out her wand and shouted "Finite!", but it had no effect. She pulled back on her dusty hood and stayed close to the ground.

She heard a high elf voice shouting in the hallway. She scampered quickly and carefully away from the epicentre of the fireworks display. Cowering under a desk, Lola listened to the booming demands of the elves. Cooperate? Do they call this cooperating? she thought to herself. She looked around for any sign of the muggle children, they were what she was looking for, after all. Lola needed some back up on this, so she stood up. She ducked to avoid a particularly fiery red spark, then thought of the happiest thought she could. "Running through the meadows, running through the meadows," she said to herself. It had been years since she had to conjure a patronus, and she had only done it a few times to send messages. Then she bellowed "Expecto Patronum". Silvery, white wisps flowed from her wand, eventually taking the form of a lioness. "Wow, that worked!" she exclaimed. The lioness paced back and forth. "Alright, I need you to find... Nathan Green-something, he'll be on Level 8, I think. Tell him he should get to Level 5 fast.". The lioness sprinted out of the room to deliver the message.

Lola shouted "Protego!" and slowly backed out of the room. The elves couldn't have gone very far.

Nathan followed Lola’s instructions and apparated to Level five. He arrived to find the place in absolute chaos, much like Level Eight had been. He spotted Lola making an exit from one of the offices, and breathed a sigh of relief to see that she appeared unharmed. “Lola!” he called, running to catch up with her. He took a moment to catch his breath - Nathan, not used to all this running about, was really out of condition. “You’ve seen them? Were the children with them?” he asked.

Lola ran over to Nathan. Her ears were ringing from the sound of the fireworks. "I didn't see any children, but I heard elves. They're growing in number, sounds like Ministry elves are rebelling too." She recast her shielding charm as a bright white beam headed towards her. "I don't know if they're still on this floor, though. Sorry, I guess I was a bit slow," she said, looking down. She hated that she seemed to always be a step behind the elves and children.

She looked around, papers were everywhere, and one caught on fire. Lola pointed her wand at it and it went out. "I haven't checked the rest of the floor for them, but they don't seem to stick around much after they start mucking about, do they?" she said loudly over the sound of the popping explosions. "Anything you can do about that? Finite didn't work", she sighed. "What should we do next," she asked, desperately in need of direction.

“This is ridiculous. I asked security for assistance, but they’re so damn slow off the mark. By the time they pull their finger out the whole Ministry’s going to be in complete chaos.” He shook his head. “There’s no sign of them on this level. Have you been to level four yet?” he asked.

Nathan winced slightly at the sound of the fireworks exploding nearby. He pointed his wand in their direction, “Aguamenti” he muttered, dousing the flames in water.

“To Level four?” he said as Lola asked what the next move should be. “C’mon, love.” he said, making his way towards the lifts. He hoped to hell they hadn’t got to level three yet where Egypt would be.
