Micah put on a delighted face when he saw Armen handle the applicant so professionally but unfortunately, he had other things in mind. "Actually, Armen... Just this once, I'm having you partner up with Jack, and Melanie. You will all test this young applicant. I will occasionally moderate your actions and skills of teaching. Once you all are done, I will officially grant you to teach by your self. I just can't let you all teach, without not knowing the fundamentals of teaching apparition, itself, so just this once."

Micah stood up from his desk and looked at Melanie and Jack. "Conversation's over now, guys. Work-time; your first assignment. Armen, you can join them now. I shall lead you all to the Apparition Test Room and we shall start from there. Any questions?"

Jack grinned. Ah, obviously Micah was a boss that could take charge. That would be fun. "Yes sir!" Jack said excitedly. The first real assignment would be very fun. He didn't mind partnering up. He actually thought this would be a good idea. That way he wouldn't be as likely to mess up, and to actually learn what he was doing.

"Nah." He said shaking his head as Micah asked if there were any questions. He just wanted to start!

Phew! Well, at least Jack wasn't mad at her. Melanie still couldn't quite understand her prior behaviour. It probably had something to do with her being nervous about her first job and all. At Jack's offer she smiled at him and started saying, "Yes, that would be very kind-" She was interupted by her boss, Micah, though.
Turning around to face him she put on a smile. "Yes, certainly." Of course she was ready. Melanie had been waiting for it for far too long. Looking anxiously at the other two she followed Jack walking towards Micah and the young woman. Wow, her first real assignment. Now she could prove her father that it had been the right decision to get this job. Melanie felt the nervousness rise inside her.

Oceana walked up to jack and held out her hand "hi i'm Oceana pleased to meet you, how are you finding it here?"

"I think so". Addie smiled.

Upon entered the Apparition Test Center, Lorraine was surprised to find Armen about to go test someone else. Well that guy is very enthusiastic, but now was not the time... Walking over towards them, she placed her hand gently on the woman's shoulder. "I'm sorry to interrupt miss, but you'll need to be tested later as all employees must report to the Courtrooms for the Opening Ceremonies"

Removing her hand, she turned to address the rest of the people in the Center. "Sorry to interrupt to discussions, which I am sure were very important, but the time has come for the International Wizarding Conference to begin. Please hurry and fix yourselves up before heading down to the courtrooms for the opening ceremonies. I expect all of you to be in attendance, as there will be time to continue your discussions afterward."

Nodding briefly towards each employee, she then turned on her heel and headed off towards the lifts. If she was expected to be there, then so were her employees.

Micah nodded and listened intently at every sentence Lorraine had fed in his office, "Yes, Lorraine. I completley forgot. Right, we shall be on our way, shortly." He'd really forgotten all about it. Maybe he could meet with the Korean Minister, assuming he was coming. Micah really didn't pay attention.

Jack made his way back to the office and let out a sigh. It surprised him that no one was back yet, they had gotten lost in the big crowd and he was sure that they had returned.Running his hand threw his hair Jack had the urge to go back to make sure everyone was safe. He wasn't scared so that wouldn't be a problem to him. He had also thought about heading to the break room, but for some reason his feet had lead him here.

Armen walked to the 6 th floor in a hurry and saw Jack wass already there "oh good your here did you get the message from Lorraine. I cant believe they someone used a unregiistered portkey with all of us there. I was in a conversation with my friend from magical games could you mind filling mein on what happened exactly?"

Oceana walked into her office and sat down on her chair quickly she needed to go through her files, she wanted to chec...k something..... here it was she looked up and saw to other employee's talking she gave them a little nod and got on with some paperwork quickly

Making her way up from Level Ten, Lorraine knew that she only had a few moments to spare before dealing with burdens of the conference again, and ensuring the ministers were well situated with portkeys back to their accommodations. However, before she entered the Portkey Office to discuss that unregistered portkey, she needed to stop by Apparition first to inform its test coordinators of an important change that she had to make last minute at the conference.

Taking note of the three employees who looked like they just entered, Lorraine looked around to see if Angelica was here yet. Though it seemed she had not made it out of the conference area yet. Oh she would be here soon enough, per her request to join her in the Apparition Test Center rather than going straight back to her Floo Division.

"Hello gentlemen," she inclined her head towards Jack and Armen. "And lady," inclining head towards Oceana. "Not going to take up too much of your time, but I do have an announcement to make regarding Micah. Unfortunately, he temporarily had go away for a few months abroad to do some research among other things. Therefore a new replacement division head will be filling in for him..." she paused, hazel eyes flitting to the faces of her employees, as if waiting for some sort of reaction.

Oceana lifted her head from her paper work and heard her department head speak when she finished Oceana simply said "oh how sad i thought Micah was a good division head" and then went back to her paperwork that had seemed to mounted up from nowhere.....

Armen heard what Lorraine had said about Micah being replaced and wondered if he was truley going abrouad or was fired or any other number of things and leaned over to Jack and whispered "i wonder what he went abroad?" he then looked back to Lorraine respectivly "Have you found a replacemnt Miss Lorraine?"

Almost the reaction Lorraine expected, as she heard Oceana simply state about Micah being a good division head. "Yes, very good, but sometimes things happen ..." she paused, as her hazel eyes narrowed upon the stack of papers she was focused on. How rude! Inconspicuously gripping her wand, she flicked it gently over at Oceana, causing a gentle stream of water to splash her in the eyes. "Pay attention Ms Mason. I'll be done in a moment."

Lorraine then redirected her attention over towards Armen, as he whispered something towards the other male. Eyes ready to bulge from her head, she flicked her wand at him, conjuring some ants in his lap. "No whispering, Mr Recard. If you have something to say, it could wait until after I leave or say it to all of us. But yes, a replacement has been found"

Turning her attention back to the whole group, Lorraine sighed quietly, hoping the woman would show up soon. When it seemed she wasn't going to walk through the door in the next two minutes, she spoke again. "Your new division head will be Ms Angelica Goldbloom, whom I have every confidence will be able to lead this division to new heights. Any questions?"

Oceana felt a splash of water in her eyes she looked back up and saw it had come from Lorraine after drying her eyes she said to her department head in her most appologetic voice "i'm so sorry Lorraine when will Angelica be arriving?"

After leaving the courtrooms and the eventfull opening ceremonies Angelica made her way back to level 6. As she stepped out of the elevator an owl was waiting for her with an important looking parchment. Angelica gave the owl a treat and while unbinding the parchment.

Blinking not really believing what she was read she looked over the parchment again. No, she wasn't wrong. It was true she had been accepted as the new division head after Micah Nettings. Straightening herself up Angelica folded the parchement and placed it in her robepocket. Fixing her appearance she walked the few steps across the department to the Apparation office. She took a long breath and then pulled down the handle and entered her new office.

Seeing Lorraine already there along with some of her new employees Angelica smiled at all of them saying "Hello, everyone! I'm Angelica Goldbloom. The new divison head, as i gather Lorraine has already informed you about." Glancing over at her department head she guessed that it was correct. Looking around at the different faces she asked "Does anyone have any questions that they would like to ask me before we get to work?"

Oceana's question was answered before Lorraine could answer Angelica had walked in Oceana stood up and walked over and held out her hand "hello i'm Oceana Mason nice to meet you do you have anything you need me to do for you?" Oceana was a tall woman at 5'9 and with her heals on was a bit taller

Hurrying out of the Level 6 elevators with a rather anxious expression on her face Melanie turned on the spot once, causing her blonde hair to fly through the air, to see whether there was anyone around whom she knew. Her blue eyes searched for a familiar face, or for any face actually, in vain, though. Oh, great! She had actually managed to lose both Jack and Angelica in their rush to get out of the conference hall. Sigh.

They had agreed to go to the 6th floor, though, right? To head back to their department which was here. Melanie looked around the corridor she was standing in once more but there was nothing apart from herself and probably some dust or something. Okay, maybe they actually were where they'd decided to go which was in the Apparation Test Center. Well, at least Jack had hopefully headed there, Melanie wasn't too sure about Angelica, though. Hadn't she said that she worked for the Portkey Division? Either way, Melanie decided that she would first go to her division and then, if Angelica wasn't there, would go and see whether she was in her division.

Flipping her blonde hair back Melanie entered the Apparation Test Center hoping with every inch of her body that at least Jack would be there. And he was. Phew. Exhaling a breath she didn't know she had been holding Melanie smiled in relief at the sight of Jack, Lorraine, Armen, a woman she didn't exactly know but had seen around and even Angelica. Thank Merlin! "I'm so glad I found you all." Her blue eyes focused on every single face to show the sincerity of her words.

Chris swept the ants off his lap and looked up at his division head and said "Im sorry for my rudeness Miss Lorraine."

"Hello Ms. Golbloom, i am your new employee, Armen Recard, at your service." he said flashing her is winning smile.

He looked swiftly to the door as Melanie came sweeping into the door looking out of breath.

"Nah...I neva heard that."Jacinto muttered to Armen. The man had barley heard the the other guy had said. He was too lost in his thoughts. Again he wasn't scared just confused. Which was quite normal for him.

Jack's mouth formed an "o" as Lorraine entered. This was like this was her favorite Division or something! She always came in here. Talk about dedicated boss. "Nah...more Micah?" Jack repeated slowly. That would be a shame. He had just gotten used to his boss, and now...ah, well he guessed that was what happened in the real world. Or at least at the Ministry. People came and people went. At least Micah would be returning back sometime right? As Armen whispered something to him Jack gave him a feeble look. He had no clue why Micah would go abroad, even if he did it would have been none of Armen's business. As Lorraine conjured a much of ants on Armen's lap, and yelled at them Jack gave her a look as to say sorry, even though he had not really done anything.

Waiting to hear Micah's temporarily replacement Jack couldn't help but grin. Ironically it just had to be Angelica the woman he had just met on Level Ten.

"Work?" Jack said with a chuckle. Angelica was really straightforward. "Nah, no questions. 'Cept...whatcha want me ta' work on." He didn't do too much work when Micah was around, couple of papers to file. Couple people needed testing, but Armen was always on top of that so he never really got a chance. Despite these few things they never really did much. Noticing that Melanie had just entered Jack gave her a small wave.

It was almost as Angelica has timed her arrival right when Lorraine would finish introducing her as new division head. Except it was not planned at all, which was the ironic thing about the situation. Taking note of Oceana’s apology, she was about to respond to her question, when it was answered for her allowing for a small smile to creep along her thin lips.

Lorraine nodded when Angelica reintroduced herself and basically just said what she herself had mentioned only about two minutes prior. Now that that was settled, she figured she should let them all get acquainted. Not before Melanie Charington could enter with her sudden exclamation. “We’re glad you could find us too, Ms Charington,” she replied, her hazel eyes glancing around the room, until they rested on Armen who apologized too.

“Just don’t let it happen again Mr Recard,” she told him quickly, ignoring the ants that were now on the floor for a moment. “Make sure you take care of that ant problem before leaving as well.”

Finishing her sentence with Armen, the department head looked over to see a rather shocked expression on Jack’s face when she entered. Strange; was he scared of her? Honestly, she did spend a bit of time in here, but could she help that she felt attachment to this division after working here for almost 11 years. Noticing his apologetic look, she returned it with a look that said ‘don’t worry’, as he didn’t do anything. This time.

Upon hearing Jack’s question, Lorraine looked at Angelica for a moment before turning back to Jack. “Well I don’t know about Angelica, but I do believe that you all need to prepare for teaching our youngsters how to apparate. With that said, I’ll leave you in Angelica’s care, as I have to attend to some Portkey matters…” she sighed, remembering the unregistered nonsense, and turned on her heel, leaving the Apparition Test Center. For now.

Looking up into the eyes of her new tall employee Angelica smiled warmly and shook the other womans outstretched hand saying "It's a pleasure to meet you, Oceana! And yes, i might have something for you to do, but that depends on wheter you are into doing research or something more hands on?"Adverting her gaze to her other new employees she gave Oceana some time to think.
Turning around at the sound of Melanie's voice she smiled at the other woman, whom had lighten up Angelica's dark world. Giving her a curious look she said "Hey, Melanie! Where did you disappear to after leaving level 10?"Not really knowing how to announce that she was Melanie's new boss Angelica just said it straight out "Melanie...I'm the new divison head of the apparition test center after Micah."Unsure of how Melanie would react Angelica turned her attention to the men in the room.
Smiling at Armen she said "Pleasure to meet you too, Armen!"Looking down at the ants on the floor she wondered how a whole ant colony had appeared in her new office. It was something that needed to be delt with sooner rather than later.
Halfgiggling at Jack response she nodded and said with a glint in the eye at him "Yes, work Jack. You do know, what that is, don't you?"Moving across the room to her new desk she flicked through the files on her desk noting the two apparation lesson plans for Hogwarts. Angelica thought things over for a moment and then looked up at Jack "I see that you have already handed in your contribution to the apparation plans at Hogwarts. Would be interested in continuing to write more lesson plans or would you like another task?"

Angelica watched Lorraine leave through the office door and then turned to her employees. "As Lorraine said we still need to write up apparation lessons for Hogwarts. So far Oceana and Jack are the only ones who have handed in their lesson plan suggestions."

"So Armen and Melanie can you two please start writing up more apparition lessons? We still need plans for the destination lesson as well as the recap & determination lesson."Angelica paused for a moment to look down at the ants on the floor. Eyeing Armen she said"But your first task is to go to magical maitenance and ask for someone to come and remove the ant colony that has started living in our office."

Oceana looked at Angelica and said "i can do both but i would prefer hands on if thats possible?" she went and sat down at her desk awaiting further instrutions.....

"Yes mam" he said smiling "Here i can do it." he pulled out his want and swished it and the ants were gone. "there you go. Now i will go start on my lesson plan for the destination part of the lesson." he said happily as he walked to is desk.

Oceana looked over and said "we haven't met properly i'm Oceana, if you need any help just come over to my desk i'll gladly brainstorm with you," she smiled and looked through some more paperwork
