"It's okay. Mine is not different" Brian chuckled mildly and remembering how his wife Becca got tired of the crowd in his office. Poor girl.


Brian's gaze now turned to Lili, the other department Head. "Hi Lili" he smiled. Pregnant Lili. "Please take a seat" he got up from his seat to give it to her. He couldnt help but thinking of his 12 weeks pregnant wife back in her office where he couldnt step in. Unspeakables. A mild sigh escaped from his mouth. He brushed aside all the official works from his mind and wanting to see her right at the moment.

"Naturally, they will have some sort of badge on them so we can distinguish them from the rest of the crowd," Ben explained. He grinned before looking back at Bella, completely ecstatic over all the awesome planning going on in the office.

Oh yes, there were definitely not going to be ANY crazy mishaps during this event. NONE. He turned and smiled as Lili entered the office...oh my. VERY pregnant Lili. "Good day Lili!" he greeted her, looking around to make sure that there were empty seats in the room...if there weren't, he'd gladly give up his own.

OH! But Brian beat him to it! Ben smiled at him and then back at Lili, giving her a little wave in additin to her greeting. They were both such gentlemen. Hehe.

A paper airplane flies into the room and comes to a rest on your desk, unfolding and smoothing out to reveal...

Bella nodded as Brian promised his department would be on hand to escort VIP guests into and out of the event. This was a relief to her, as her department could now focus more on maintaining the methods of transportation rather than ensuring safety was not being violated. "Thank you, Brian. I'll be happy to introduce you to my division heads as soon as we're done with our meeting," she politely said.

She then turned her attention back to Lili, who was announcing that she needed to discuss with her foreign visitors coming into the concern. "Ahh, yes, that is a very important issue. As you know, we have a variety of different ways for attendees to arrive at the cup. Brian has assured me his department will be on hand to monitor safety," she said, nodding once towards Brian. "You can be rest assured safety will not be a concern. Were there any other concerns you had with their arrival?"

Just then, a little slip of paper made its way into the office, and Bella opened it to see a message in regards to creatures attending the event. "Ahh, from level four. I imagine you three received one, too. It's just an official announcement regarding creatures that can and can not attend the event," she said. Glancing at the clock, she decided that perhaps drawing the meeting to a close would soon be in order. "I need to get going soon. Any last minute questions in regards to transportation?" she asked.

Lili smiled at Brian. She knew that his wife was pregnant as well, actually Lili and Iain were just about a month and a bit ahead of them. "Thank you," she said kindly sitting down.

"Yes, it is, yours?" Lili said to Ben just after she had sat down. She thought about what she needed to talk to Bella about as she waited.

"Oh," Lili said, maybe she had come across wrong here. "I'm not at all concerned about their safety," she said, then realizing that may not be the best thing to say corrected herself, "it's not that their safetly doesn't matter, it's that I know they are in good hands." There was only one more thing she needed to ask about while she was here. "The only other thing I need to bring up right now, is that, for the foreign minsters, which method of transportation will they be using. I will have to let them know as soon as I can is all," she said.

"Okay Ben, please inform me when you done with this identity badge thing, so that I can instruct my people to avoid confusion just in time" Brian said, gave him another warm smile. That was all he had to clarify with Ben's department. Location and identification. Finished.

Another meeting was in cue. He had to rush, hadn't he?!

Brian nodded his head in approval with Bella's words regarding the security arrangements. It was his responsibility and he thoroughly enjoyed it. No matter how much his own life was in risk if anything happen unfortunately and unexpectedly.

He smiled calmly and listening her, "Mmm..I got what I wanted and conveyed my plans to you too. Now can you send your division heads to my office to share a word? so that we both can save our time.." he suggested as running his finger over his wedding band.

"It's okay" he smiled back at her as standing near Ben's chair, listening her talking about the way of transportation for foreign ministers. Floo Network would be the only one easiest way besides apparation, according to him. Let's see..

Craig knocked on Miss Greingoth's door, but just sort of walked in. He was so incredibly furious, he thought it best to go to his boss rather than the source of the matter first. "I'm so sorry to interrupt Miss Greingoth and you know I would never intrude unless they matter was the utmost importance, but have you seen this?" Craig slapped down the flyer on her desk:



"This is absolutely disgraceful! Is there anything we can do about it?"

"Ahhh, I do apologize then, Lili. It's my mistake in automatically assuming you were here to discuss safety in traveling. Well, I suppose you are, just not in the sense I assumed," she replied. "A Floo Network has been set up for those of importance to travel to and from the event. That includes foreign ministers, as well as the quidditch players, their coaches, and our own Minister of Magic."

She turned to Brian and smiled at his polite manner of speaking. "I'm glad I could answer all your questions. Thank you for answering mine, as well," she replied. She jotted down a reminder to notify Craig, Jordan, Madison, and Armen of the meeting Brian wished to have with them. "I'll also let my four division heads know they are to meet with you. Expect them at your office door shorty."

The door then burst open, and Craig proceeded to storm through, slapping a flyer down on her desk. Bella blinked then glanced down to see that he'd brought her the notification from level four. "Yes, yes, I've seen this, Craig, and I plan to discuss it with you. I do understand your concerns, but you have just walked in on a very important Department Head meeting and slapped a paper down onto the desk of your boss," she said, motioning towards Brian, Ben, and Lili. "We were just finishing up, so if you'll excuse us for a moment, I'll be happy to discuss this with you shortly."

Craig was being incredibly rude and nodded. He didn't dare want to look at the other Department Heads as he left her office and waited outside the door. He had crying women in his house over this issue and he didn't even know if he would be allowed to attend. It was all incredibly frustrating.

Jason knocked on the door. "Bella, I've picked up the tickets for the raffle for World Quidditch cup tickets. They cost five galleons apiece and these are for you and your employees to buy and sell. Do you want me to go to each division and sell them or leave them here with you?"

"No problem, Bella. Thank you so much for sparing some time for me in your busy schedule," Brian smiled. "Okay, i have tobe there before your division heads knocked my office door. Have a nice day!" he said casually and turned to walk towards the door before took a glimpse of an irritated man by the notification related to creature issue in QWC. Another issue for him too to worry about. With those thoughts he walked through the office door towards the lift.

Bella gave Craig a polite smile as he nodded then left out the office. She definitely understood how upset he was with the latest Quidditch World Cup news. After grabbing a spare piece of parchment and a quill, Bella jotted down a quick note to meet with Craig before the work day was done.

Just as Craig left, though, the office door once again swung open, and J.J. Starr entered. She accepted the raffle tickets from him, glanced over them for just a minute, then passes them back. "I'd love for you to go to each of my four division and sell them, J.J. Thank you," she said. "Could you do me a favor, though? When you are selling the raffle tickets, would you please make sure the employees know that these are raffle tickets and not actual tickets to the event? If you'd do that, that would help me a lot."

As she spoke with J.J., Bella nodded once towards Brian, who was making a quick exit so as to meet up with the division heads on time. "Thank you, Brian! Have a nice day!" she called out.

Lili hoped that Bella knew that she was not being serious when she said she wasn't concerned with their safety. "Okay, thanks Bella" she said, "I'll keep in touch with you on this. As we do not know yet which Ministers we need to invite." She listened as Bella addressed the other two department heads in the room currently, and when she was finished, Lili vacated the chair she was sitting in and turned to leave, "Have a good day Bella," she said happily on her way out.

" Anything for you Bella " J.J. told her laughing. " I will make sure everyone knows these are raffle tickets and not World Cup Quiditch tickets." Joe Jon Montcenaggio assured Bella.

Ben had NO idea what was going on. First, some dude ran in freaking out about the werewolf flyer, then another employee came in with World Cup tickets...and there was Ben, spacing out, dreaming about the lovely potato soup that he'd make when he got home, missing EVERYTHING...

Blink blink. The office had gotten quite crowded, and Ben was sure that Bella would not mind if he left. She was obviously WAY busy, and he too had matters to attend to on his level.

"Bella, if you excuse me, I do think I'm going to be heading out now," he explained, standing up and smiling politely at everyone else in the office. "You all seem to be very busy at the moment, and I think my part in this meeting has ended. I too have a TON of things to take care of," he said with a grin.

"See ya later, everyone!" he exclaimed, gathering his things and heading out the door.

J.J. Starr knockedon Bella's door. Joe Jon Montcenaggio had a puzzled look on his face, Hopefully Nella can help him.

"You're welcome, Lili. I'm glad to help in any way I can. If you need anything else from me, please don't hesitate to contact me," she commented. Bella liked to be available to lend a helping hand anytime one of her employees or fellow department heads needed something. "You have a good day, too, Lili!" She waved at Lili as the woman made her way out Bella's office.

Apparently Ben was leaving, too, which was surely fine with Bella. She really needed to make her way back to the conference room to meet with her employees. "Of course, Ben. Thanks for coming, and same goes for you...if you need me, you know where to reach me," she said. He, of all people, should know several ways to reach her. Practical family and all...mmhmm. "I'm on my way out, as well, so I'll just follow you," she commented. She grabbed her briefcase and headed out the door.

"Oh, hey, J.J. You caught me just as I was headed back to the conference room," she said. "Why don't you come along, and we'll chat there?" she suggested. She smiled and then headed off down the hallway.

"Sure, we can chat at the conference room" J.J. Starr told Bella. " Of course, some think I am interrupting you and the meeting while I am talking about the World Cup Quidditch match or selling tickets" joe Jon Montcenaggio lamented to Nella.

Anna waited for Bella Greingoth outside her office as she needed to talk about the inspection of brooms that are gonna be used in the match.

J.J. Starr waited for Bella outside the door. " I am getting married today and you are all invited" Joe Jon Montcenaggio told everyone outside the door. J.J. Starr hopes Bella remembers the wedding. Her whole family is supposed to be wedding guests along with Anna's fiancee, Cale Newell.

Hearing a few sounds outside her office door, Bella stood up from behind her desk and moved to go open the door. When she opened it, she found J.J. and another woman she was unfamiliar with. "Why hello there! You two come right on in," she cheerfully greeted. She motioned for them both to follow her in, then she moved to take a seat behind her desk once again. "Last one in, close the door, please. Now, what can I do for you two?"

OOC: Bella and I have actually moved to level one, as she is now the Senior Undersecretary to the Minister of Magic. LadyNerd is taking over as the department head of level six. She's going to create her office thread soon, and when she does, we'll continue the roleplay there.

J J. Starr closes the door. " I have to get back right away" Joe Jon Montcenaggio told Bella. " You and your family did not forgot about my wedding to Katalin Trigwell, did you ? " J.J. Starr kind of asked sheepidhly. " I know you said yes and could not wait to see all of you there" J.J. Starr said to Bella. "Samantha is presiding over the wedding" he said to her. " Remember, our villa is the wedding place." Joe Jon Montcenaggio informed Bella.
