"Thank you Bella for your confidence in me" J.J. Starr told her. " Now I know you pointed out the doors of the department heads who are doing the transportation Bella, but I missed them a slight bit" Joe Jon Montcenaggio said to Bella. " Would you pretty please with a cherry on top ( a kind of silly quoute he heard from his half -muggle best friend Jason) tell me the department heads who need assistance ?" J.J. Starr asked Bella.

"Well, I'm unsure if any of them do need any assistance, so I'm afraid I'm unable to answer that question myself," she said. She'd just been pointing J.J. in the direction of the divisions, so that he could ask the division heads if there was anything he could help with. She honestly didn't know for a fact if any of them could use a helping hand, but it'd be nice for J.J. to ask anyway.

"From what I understand, J.J., a few of my division heads are having problems getting all of their employees together in order to help plan for the upcoming Quidditch World Cup. Perhaps you could help with some of the work these employees are supposed to be doing," she suggested. "Just remember to ask the division heads first, as they are the bosses in their particular areas, so they'll be able to tell you what's needed and what's not. Thank you for your offer, J.J.

Knock knock knock. There was a sound knock at the door before it opened to reveal Ben Cobblesten. Yes, he probably should have waited until she told him to come in BUT the door was already open just ajar, and...well, it was HIM. They were practically family now! Therefore, he could do what he pleased in her office. Tee hee. He scolded himself for being such a child and walked into the room.

"Good day Bella...oh, and hello JJ!" Ben added, smiling at the man he recognized from Taylor's campaign run. "I hope you're both doing well this fine afternoon!" he said with a grin.

SOMEONE had had his coffee today.

As per his own appointment with Mrs. Greingoth, probably the right spellings Brian walked down the corridor of level sixth and stopped in front of her office door.

With one hand in his pocket as usual, his left hand knocked the door twice gently and waiting for a reply. Time was too short, and he needed to wrap up everything in time.

" Ok. Bella I will help the department heads that are having trouble" J.J. Starr told her. "Is there a particular department head you want me bo to help first?" Joe Jon Montcenaggio asked Bella.

Bella nodded and smiled at J.J. "I know you'll be a great help. We actually needed another pair of helping hands, so I'm glad you made the effort to ask," she said. "There's no particular department I have in mind. If you'd like, you can go ask all four of the divisions if you can help. I'm sure they'd all be able to use your input." When a knock sounded and the door opened, Bella glanced up to see Ben Cobblesten lead himself right on ito her office.

Bella quickly checked the time, realizing that she'd nearly run late for her meeting with Ben and Brian. "I'm sorry, J.J., but I'm going to have to end our meeting now. I have a scheduled meeting with two other department heads. Feel free to continue on to other divisions to ask about helping." She waved politely, then turned towards the two men who'd just entered.

As soon as she'd turned from J.J., Bella picked up a pink, feathery quill (one without a sharp point) and tossed it at Ben, giving her sort-of relative a joking look as she did so. "So you think you can just waltz on in here now, hmm?" she asked, standing up and pushing her chair back under her desk while she did her meeting and greeting. She was only kidding with Ben, though, and she knew that he'd pick up on that.

"Come on in, Brian. Make yourself at home," she said, pointing to an empty chair. "Take the one on the right. Benjamin can sit in the half-broken one I've yet to repair." She gave Ben a playful smile, then returned to the seat she'd been in before. "Alright, so let's get down to business, boys..."

Brian walked in with his casual smile on his face after heard Bella's acceptance tone through the already opened door. "Hello Bella. Good day?" he walked around and stood behind one of the seats infront of Bella's desk, noticed Ben was there too. "Hiya Ben! How how have you been Pal?" he stretched out his hand to him. Brian chuckled next at Bella's comment over the broken chair and..oh..wait..

Boys? Haha..

Well..I myself expecting my boy or may be a girl in 30 odd weeks. Brian's thoughts immediately hooked up with that ultrasound pic of his six weeks old baby, fetus precisely. "Oh..Yes, Business..let's do this" he smiled after pulling himself back to reality and took the seat.

Hmmm, pink? Ben preferred purple himself but ehh. He couldn't complain. He grinned and whipped out his wand, sticking his tongue out at her before repairing the very minor damages to the seat. Knowing his luck, it actually WOULD be broken instead of just wobbly once he sat down.

"Bella darling, we're practically family now," Ben said with a grin as he sat down. "So...yes, I do believe I have to right to march in here whenever I fancy," he told her with a chuckle. He...still wasn't too sure what this meeting was about, so he waited for Brian to start speaking.

Bella nodded when Brian asked if she was having a good day. Most of Bella's day were good, as she had good employees and a good family to come home to---even if Anna had gone off and gotten married and left Bella and Alexander with an empty nest. "It sure is a good day, Brian. I'm assuming your day is going just fine, as well," she greeted, seeing how the man was in a pretty good mood.

Bella's attention turned to Ben when he proceeded to repair the chair she'd been meaning to fix for weeks. "Ahh, thanks, Benjamin. I've been meaning to get that that...," she said, her voice trailing off a bit. In all honesty, she'd just put it off hoping someone else would come around and get to it and save her the trouble. She gave him a playful look when he mentioned they were practically family now. They really were practically related. "Alright, so let's get down to business. The first thing I need from you---Ben---is a location."

Brian chuckled mildly and put back his hand into his pocket, since Ben was busy teasing Bella and didnt notice his greetings and hand as well.

"That's good" Brian smiled at Bella, "Oh..yeah, mine is pretty good too so far" he nodded his head. He felt comfortable in taking care of his pregnant wife along with these hectic QWC stuffs. No daunted tasks so far.

When the talks slowly turned on business side, Brian nodded, agreed with Bella. "Yeah, Me too wanted to know the location first..." he said, linked his fingers, waiting paitently for Ben's words.

"AHH! A location!" Ben said, sitting up straighter as he spoke. "Yes, my Muggle Worthy Excuse Committee has picked out the perfect place...I believe it was in Scotland?" he paused, wrinkling his eyebrows as he tried to remember. "Nevermind, I have the exact place written down in my notes," he told them. He picked his briefcase off of the floor and started rummaging through it.

"I think it's on...no, not that one..." Ben muttered to himself as he flicked through pieces of parchment in his bag. He really needed a better filing system. A piece of parchment fell out of his bag, croupled to a ball with only the orders "Official Order of Divor--" visible. Two more pieces of parchment fell out of his bag moments later with the words "exploding flowerpot" and "order 500 dummies" written on them.

"It's here SOMEWHERE, I know it is!" Ben exclaimed. He'd find that blasted parchment sooner or later!

Bella laughed and glanced back and forth between Brian and Ben. Of course Ben showed up at the meeting today with a briefcase full of unorganized papers. She sat back in her chair, highly amused at the man fumbling about before her. That is, until a crumpled ball of paper fell to the floor---divorce papers, she saw. Swinging one of her crossed legs out just a bit, Bella kicked the ball of paper under her desk. Surely Ben wouldn't want Brian seeing that.


Bella turned back to the unorganized mess just in time to see a paper flutter out the briefcase and land at her feet. "North York Moors," the paper read. Moors? Hmm...that sounded about like a place the Quidditch World Cup might be held. "North York Moors?" she said, speaking up and inquiring if that was the location of the big game. She pointed a freshly manicured finger towards the paper on the floor. "It says so right there..."

Brian straightened up in his chair. Did Ben just said Scotland? OMG..it would be cool if the location was there where he was living. But..it seemed not accurate. He saw him fumbled with papers and even didnt notice a parchment slipped from his hand and crumbled into a ball. When he was debating to himself whether to take it or not, Bella was taking the intiative to hide it well under her desk. Could be something confidential. He shrugged. Was he caught in between some personal issues between Ben and Bella?! he wondered. But he knew he was helpless, he had to discuss about this QWC things as soon as possible.

His face went bright again when he heard her saying North York Moors. He followed her finger and looked at the parchment which read the same thing. "Seems like that.." he nodded in agreement.

Ben paused and looked up, holding a rumpled up piece of paper with a little sketch of Jupiter that he had been drawing during that one meeting with Taylor when they had been talking about budgets. Ewwww. "What? Why--OH yes! That is it!" Ben exclaimed happily, snatching the paper out of Bella's hand just to triple check that was what he had written down.

It all came SCREAMMMMING back to him now. He cleared his throat and kicked away the fallen scraps of parchment into the corner (to clean up a bit, of course) and straightened the paper. "North York Moors is a lovely little area tucked away in the middle of no where, and presents very few opportunities for Muggles to wander in and stumble upon us. It's also very scenic, lots of fresh air, the usual stuff," he added with a grin.

Bella caught the way Brian had picked up on her little paper-kicking episode. She knew her behavior looked a tad unusual, but really...she just wanted to save Ben a little extra embarrassment. After all, he was practically family now, and wasn't that what family members did? Helped one another? Anna Bella would be just so appreciative to hear how her mother had helped Cale's uncle. She smiled politely at Brian then turned her attention back to Ben.

"Lovely," she said, listening to his little postcard description of North York Moors. She grabbed a pen and a spare piece of parchment and scribbled down a few notes. "Excellent, thank you, Ben. That's all I needed you from you...so is there anything in particular you two need from me?" she asked, looking beck and forth between both men.

Brian took the post card from Bella to read the details of the location. After reading and stored the information in his natural memorychip, he returned back the card to Ben. "Thanks Ben, a major doubt has been cleared now." he smiled at him warmly before turned his gaze to Bella.

Transportation plus security. Time to work together to maintain the mega event to without disturbances and unwanted happenings.

He straightened up and put his hands on his thighs, as he spoke, "Yes." he nodded his head to her question. "We both need to finalise the spots for both transportation and security. Like.. if the transportation landing spots are near to our secuirty check points, it would be easy to deal with the visitors and fans" he added, as remembering their plans of providing security check posts around the Stadium. Huge task. Tough time was on the way.

Joe jon Montcenaggio knocked on Bella's door. It was important. This is about the World Quidditch Cup.

Bella looked thoughtful for a moment then opened her mouth to reply to what Brian had just said. She never actually got a word out, though, because a knock sounded on her door, drawing her attention away from the two men she was currently meeting with. "Oh, I do apologize. If you two will excuse me, I'll just be a moment," she said, giving both an apologetic look.

Approaching the door, she gently opened it and smiled at J.J., the man on the other side. "Oh, good day, J.J.! I do apologize, but I'm actually in a meeting with two other department heads at the moment," she said. "Would you mind heading to the conference room? I'm on my way there shortly for a level-wide meeting. Would that be alright?"

"OK. I will tell you all about it at the conference meeting" J.J. Starr told Bella. Joe Jon Montcenaggio heads out for the meeting.

Ben looked over at Brian as he started talking...his part in this meeting seemed pretty complete, but he did have a few things to add. "Brian, if a muggle should accidentally wander onto the campsite, one of my divisions has been coming up with excuses and explanations to feed them if you're interested. Maybe I can have my division head run up some copies to give your employees?" he suggested. He knew that any muggle-related disasters would have his department working hand in hand with Brian's, so he figured it was best to plan ahead.

He sat back and let them plan the location stuff some more, since it seemed impolite to just LEAVE in the middle of the meeting. His mind wandered off and he began to reflect on the lovely sandwich he had had this afternoon for lunch. That had been goooooooooood.

Once J.J. had left the office, Bella turned her attention back to Brian and Ben. She nodded to Brian once he'd made his request of her. "Alright, so apparition and portkey entrances need to be as close to the security checkpoints as possible," she said, her quill scribbling against her parchment as she spoke. "Now if I've understood correctly, the Floo Network will only be used for incoming all-stars, foreign ministers, the game's official, and our special guests. I do believe that's meant to be closer to the field. Your team will have a checkpoint there, as well, yes?" She shot a smile in Benjamin's direction. She didn't necessarily have anything accident-related to dicuss with him, so a smile it would be for now.

A very pregnant Lili made her way down to Level 6. She was looking for Bella, she had some matters pertaining to the Quidditch world cup that she needed to talk to her about. Her outfit was very casual these days, she had abandoned wearing heals weeks ago, and now was clad in sneakers and jeans, only her top was a little dressy. With one hand resting on her stomach she knocked on the door of Bella's office.

Brian nodded his head, "Sure Ben. Some clues will be useful..like badges or something. Otherwise there's a chance to misunderstood them if they're dressed like muggles.." he hoped that he had explained well. "Meanwhile, I've instructed my people to do that if ncessary though." Brian stated the obvious. Since QWC is a big a event, everyone has to chip up. "And..yes, sharing some stuffs about this planning would be helpful." Brian looked up at him, leaving him to think about the plans more, he turned to Bella now.

"Exactly." Brian grinned, "So that we can avoid confusions morethan ninty percent..." he nodded his head mostly to himself. Floo Network. The most difficult part which needed more shrewdness to watch out. "Yes. And our security men will escort our ministers and foreign players, so there will not be a major problem.." atleast he thought right at the moment, still ready to face any circumstances. "If you introduce me the people who are in charge of Portkeys and Apparition, it will be convenient for future reference" he added this, only to make the procedure more easy.

Before Bella could remark on anything Brian had just said, a knock sounded on the door, putting a halt to the meeting once again. "Oh, dear. I do apologize, Brian and Ben. My office seems to be as busy as King's Cross Station today," she said, standing up and making way to the door. "Coming!" she called out to whoever it was on the other side.

The door opened to reveal Lili, yet another department head, standing [quite pregnant, mind you] quietly and waiting to be let in. "Why hello there, Lili. Please do come in," she said, opening the door a little wider. "Brian, Ben, and I were just discussing a few key points of the Quidditch World Cup. "I'm sure you're here for something similar, yes?"

Lili smiled as she head Bella making her way to the door. "Hi Bella," Lili greeted the woman in return. "Hi, Brian, and Ben," she greeted the other two department heads in the office. To answer Bella's question she said, "yes, I am actually, I need to discuss transportaion issues with you. It pertains to foreign people entering the country," she explained.
