John was now smiling because of the ammount of kindness that surrounded this woman, "Well to be honest i had came here to introduce myself to you" he said with an awkward smile " but it appears that i didnt need to but then again its always good to actually meet the person". John knew he had work to do "I actually have work to do and only came here to quickly introduce myself" he said quickly.

Once she caught sight of the man's smile, Bella smiled, as well. It was nice to meet and greet with such friendly people. She had to be honest and admit that she had some of the best employees at the Ministry of Magic on her level. "Well it was nice to meet you, too. I'll be sending an owl around shortly, so be on the lookout. We're going to have a meeting in the conference room about an upcoming event you lot will need to help out on," she explained.

Hearing that the man needed to make his leave to tend to some business, Bella stood and walked him to the door. "If there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to ask," she continued. "That goes for you two, as well, Craig and Angelica. Do you mind if we continue our conversation later? I need to send a few owls out in regards to our meeting, which will begin shortly."

Craig nodded in understanding. He wished he had time to discuss things further, but understood Miss Greingoth was a very busy person. Then again, he did just spring two big things with his personal life, about him being a half-werewolf and being a father, well, about to be.

"Please send me an owl if you wish to discuss things further, I understand you're busy and my personal life isn't relevant," Craig raised an eyebrow hoping he hadn't said too much. He tried to sound a bit more cheerful, "As always, it's been a pleasure to be in your company Miss Greingoth." He kissed the back of her hand.

"And it's great to you again, Angelica," he went over to her and kissed her on the cheek. "I hope everything turns out okay." He gave her a reassuring look and smiled.

Then he went over to the newcomer. "Sorry no kiss for you John," Craig laughed and stuck out his hand for a shake. "But, I hope to see you in the future." He headed towards the door. Craig was very anxious to hear what was in store for their department.

Bella gave Craig a 'Don't be silly' look when he mentioned that his personal life wasn't relevant. Of course Bella didn't mind discussing things that weren't work-related with her employees. Merlin, she'd go insane if she had to think about apparition, brooms, portkeys, and floo networks all day long. A little something different now and then was surely welcome. "Oh, nonsense, Craig! You know you can come to me whenever you need to," she said. "If you need to discuss this any further, you may surely come back."

"It's been a pleasure to meet with all of you, for sure. If any of you need anything else, please feel free to come see me. I apologize for not being able to stay now, but we're meant to be at a level-wide meeting. I'll see you all there," she told them. She led everyone out the door, then exited herself. She was very excited about the news she had to tell everyone and couldn't wait to get started on that meeting!

OOC: Meeting is presently being held in the conference room.

"Remember me Bella?" J.J. STarr asked Bella. " I am the new liason for Magical Transportation" Joe Jon Montcenaggio told Bella. " I am glad to be working with you and Samantha on new and old projects" he told her. " I am going to the conference room on the first floor." J.J. said to Bella.

When the door to her office opened without anyone having ever knocked, Bella sort of jumped and dropped the papers she'd been reading to the floor. She frowned at the mess she'd made, then bent down to pick up the loose papers. They were all out of order now, and none of the pages had been numbered. Ahh, well. Those things happened. She'd just get to resorting later when she had some more time.

"Of course I remember you, J.J.," Bella greeted. "I've known you since I used to work at Florean's in Diagon Alley. How've you been? Well, I hope." She motioned for him to take a seat on the other side of her desk. "Yes, yes, new liaison. I heard that Chad was made department head, so I assumed I was getting another liaison. I'm glad to see I already know the replacement." She nodded as he said he was heading to the conference room on the first floor. "Alright, J.J.! It was nice seeing you!"

J.J. Starr hepled picked up the papers Bella dropped. He felt bad he made her drop her papers. " I can't wait to work with you" he reiterated to Bella. "Katalin and I are sending out our invitations for wedding in a couple of days and Jason was able to owl Anna and it does not interfere with her and Cale's wedding" Joe Jon Montcenaggio told Bella. "See your whole family at our wedding' J.J. smiled at Bella- the nicest person in the Ministry and at Digonal Alley to him as well as Samantha in the ministry.

"Thank you, J.J., for helping me collect this paperwork. I'm going to have to sort through it one of these days, so I don't always have it lying around. Dropping them was an accident waiting to happen," she remarked. She accepted the papers from him and placed them in a neat stack on her desk, far away from the chance of having anything happen to them.

"I'm glad you're happy to be working with me, J.J. How do you like that---after years of visiting me in Florean Fortescue's, you and I are now working in the Ministry together," she said with a smile. Bella knew J.J. would be a great employee to have. He'd help out with anything she needed him for, too. That she was sure of.

"Alright, we'll look forward to receiving the wedding invitation! Have a good day, J.J., and I will see you soon!" she said. Seeing that their meeting was over and he seemed to be heading back to level one, Bella took the seat behind her desk, prepared to sort through all her paperwork before the stack grew too big for her to handle.

A brand new parchment which contains legible handwriting slipped through the gap below the door and landed on Mrs. Greingoth's desk.

Oceana clung to the letter she had just recieved and knocked on Bella's door, she stood there paitantly and wondered about everything.

" You are waiting to see Bella, too" JJ. Starr asked the lady next to him. " My name is Joe Jon Montcenaggio, but all my freinds call me J.J. Starr. "So where do you work and msy I ask your name?" J.J. Starr asked her. " I am liason to the Department of Transportation" he told her.

Oceana smiled at the guy that had just joined her and replied "i'm Oceana Mason, i work in the Apperation centre"

Hearing a light scuffle, Bella glanced up from her mountain of paperwork and noticed a new piece of paper laying on her desk. She put aside the papers she'd been reading and focused her attention on the new addition instead. "Hmm...Hmm...ahhh, yes," she mumbled to herself as she read the notice from Brian. Grabbing a nearby quill and dipping it into a nice jar of hot pink ink, Bella responded to the message, letting Brian know she'd be in to meet with him soon. After folding the paper into a little airplane and casting a charm on it, her reply dashed out the office door and headed towards it's recipient.

Hearing voices outside, she peeked around the large, open door and saw Oceana and J.J. waiting to be let in. "Come on in, you two," she called out, pushing aside her paperwork to save it for when she wasn't so busy with other things. Besides, by paperwork she actually meant 'fashion magazines', so it wasn't as if they were anything of importance to the department. "What can I help you two with?"

" I am Joe Jon Montcenaggio but my freinds call me J.J. Starr he told Oceana. " I work as the Magical Transportation Liason" J.J. Starr said to Oceana. You were here first, so you should talk to Bella first" he told Oceana.
" Oceana was here first, so you should listen to her first" J.J. Starr told Bella. " I will twll you my business after Oceana" Joe Jon Montcenaggio said to Bella.

Oceana heard the door open and saw Bella stood there, she smiled and walked into the office and took a deep breath, she wasn't going to like this, she smiled back at J.J and replied "thank you, that is kind of you." behind her back she was holding on to the letter she had recieved she closed her eyes and said to Bella "i'm sorry Bella i have some bad news."

Spreading its natural fragrance, another fresh parchement, a letterhead of Mr. Brian Lee, glided through the slightly opened door of the office before landed on Mrs. Greingoth's desk, gracefully.

"Oh, alright then," Bella said, turning from J.J. to Oceana and motioning for the woman to come in. "Thank you, J.J. That was very polite of you. I'll be with you in just a moment." With that said, Bella continued to glance up at Oceana, waiting for the woman to share the news she'd come to bring.

"...bad news, Oceana? I do hope you're alright," she said, a concerned look on her face. While she waited for the woman to continue, a second letter came zooming into the office, landing quite gracefully on the desk. Not wanting to make Oceana feel as if her news wasn't important, Bella put the letter off to the side, intending to read it later when things in the office weren't so busy.

Joe Jon Montcenaggio smiled at Bella. " I will talk to you as soon as Oceana is done talking to you" J.J. Starr said to Bella.

Oceana stood infront of Bella and gave her a small smile "i just recieved an owl from my uncle saying my aunt in France has been taken ill, my uncle is bringing her to St Mungo's, the problem is i have been asked to go to France and take care of my couisn who is attending Beaubaxton's, so i am sorry but i have to resign my post immediatly at the Apperation Centre." Oceana was sad to go but needed to as family was important to her.

Bella nodded and waved to J.J., who was still standing out in the hallway patiently awaiting his turn. She then turned to Oceana to hear the news she came to bring. "Oh, Oceana, I'm terribly sorry to hear about your aunt, and I do hope she makes a speedy recovery," she said, concern showing all over her face. She absolutely hated to hear that someone wasn't feeling up to par, and she knew Oceana must be really worried, too. "We'll certainly miss you here, but the situation is definitely understandable. I wish you and your family well, and if ever I can do anything for you, please let me know."

"Are you ready for me now Bella?" Joe Jon Montcenaggio asked her. " Hope everything turns out ok" J.J. Starr told Oceana as she leaves the office. She was a nice woman and would have been a good friend.

Oceana gave Bella a small smile and replied "thank you Bella, i am sorry to have to leave, i enjoyed my job here." she stood up and added "thank you Bella that is very kind of you."

Oceana walked past J.J and replied to him "so do i, so do i thank you."

Bella returned Ocean's smile, then gave her a reassuring look. She completely understood the situation and didn't hold anything against the woman for needing to leave. "No need to apologize, and I do know that you enjoyed your job here," she remarked. Bella stood when Oceana did, then walked the woman to the door. "Good luck, Oceana, and I wish your family well."

With Oceana now gone, Bella turned her attention to J.J., who'd been patiently waiting his turn. She motioned for him to come inside and find a seat. "Come on in, J.J. Thank you for waiting patiently while I talked with Oceana," she said, pulling out her chair and taking a seat behind her desk. "Now, what can I do for you today?"

"Well, I wanted to tell you that you can count on me to do anything for the ministry" J.J. Starr told Bella." I am working on the posters for the World Quidditch match" Joe Jon Montcenaggio said to Bella. " I also was wonering if anyone thought about the way for the fans who are showing up to the World Quidditch Cup to get there quickly and effeiciently" J.J. Starr told Bella. " I really want to help with the transportation" he told her. Joe Jon Montcenaggio waited patiently for Bella's answer.

Bella nodded a few times, indicating that yes, she did know she could count on J.J. to do anything the Ministry of Magic needed. "I know that, J.J., and I appreciate your dedication. The Ministry is lucky to have an employee like you," she remarked. "I have four division heads who are currently working with their employees to ensure that they are safe and effective ways for everyone to arrive to the event. They are in their offices right now coming up with the best ways to make sure transportation to and from the event is a success." She pointed in the general direction of all four offices, indicating where about they were in the department. "If you'd like, you can visit them and ask the division heads if they could use your assistance in any way."
