Bailey the naughty house elf apparated into the apparation test room, grinning wickedly. He saw two students standing inside the test hoops. Perfect.

He snapped his fingers and the hoops turned into long, clear cylindrical tubes, reaching from floor to ceiling and trapping the two students inside. He cackled happily. This is to be keeping the wizards busy... They is not worrying about a little messy mischief and some house elfs if there is studentses in trouble! he thought. He snapped his fingers again. The tubes started to slooooowly fill with water. He waved at the girls in the tubes, grinning toothily at them, and he disapparated back to join his friends.

Cassandra's eyes went wide! OH NO!!! "YOU LET ME OUT OF HERE RIGHT NOW!!! DO YOU KNOW WHO MY MOTHER IS!!!" She was screaming, but no one could hear her. She thought hard... Ok... She just did it, she just apparated. All she had to do is want to be out of the cilinder. "Come on... Trelawney," she said to herself.

Destination... Out! In the corner of the room
Determination... I wanna be out of here NOW!!!
Deliberation... here I go...

She closed her eyes, concentrated and spun on the spot.

As she opened them she was outside of the cilindrical tube, in one piece. She sighed and then yelled. "Todd!!! I'm going to get that prat Nettings, Ok? Just stay calm." And she rushed to find him.

Rebecca concentrated on the hoop, turning on her heel, she fell over. muttering to herself she stood up, looking up she saw a house-elf apparate out of the room 'Wierd' she thought, turning to look at the others she screamed "Oh my gosh, they're going to drown" she screeched, pulling out her wand she ran towards the tubes "Evanasco" she muttered rapidly nodding to Cassandra at the same time, nothing happened panicking more she started to cry with desperation "Don't worry err... sorry didn't catch your name" she said to Katherine "The other one has gone for help" she said calmly to Katherine 'Hope she hurries up' she thought desperately

Micah went back into the testing room to check on the two teenage girls. When he saw a tube trapping the other blonde girl, he let out a face of shock. "What the..." He pulled out his wand and apparated into the tube in which she was trapped in. "Grab my hand!" he shouted, "and tightly!"

Cassandra, having seen Nettings make his way back to the room from the opposite direction, walked back in and seeing the other girl moved to be close to her.

"My Mother will sue the ministry! How dare you leave us to splinch ourselves, and THEN to have that House elf Trap Us! My mother will write a letter to the minister and he'll have your head!" She spouted off in the cilinder's direction, knowing he couldn't hear her.

Rhiannon rolled her eyes as Mr. Nettings told her to rgab his hand. No way am I going to let Cassandra do better than me, she thought. Shaking her head slightly, not wanting to waste her breath to say she could get herself out, she quickly closed her eyes and spun. Concentrating her every molecule on getting out of the tube, she felt herself disappear.

When she opened her eyes again, she was outside the tube, wet but otherwise unharmed. Looking back at the Ministry worker, she shrugged. She could have gotten herself out, but she had been weirdly fascinated by Cassandra's saying she was going to help her. If nothing had happened before the tube had filled with water, she would have gotten herself out before she drowned. She wasn't going to die before graduating.

Rebecca watched as Rhiannon apparated out of the tube "Dammit! I'm the only one who can't do it!" she muttered to herself, staring at the hoop angrily she spun on the spot, her feet landed inside the hoop "I've done it" she said happily, pulling up her arm to check everything was there she realised her fingers were still where she had started. her eyes wide, she picked up her fingers "Err.. Mr Nettings, do you think you could do me a favour? please?" she asked holding out her fingers

Micah raised his eyebrows and professionally apparated out of the tubes. "Wow. You guys certainly did well..." He looked at the tubes and shrugged. "I guess I'll have to get another ministry official to clear this mess."

He looked at the other girl and smiled. "Not bad! You're catching up." Micah waved his wand and chanted an incantation before her fingers were back in it's place. "I'll be right back with the ministry official I was talking about. For now, you are all dismissed. Even though you two qualified to take the real test in 2 weeks time, you still cannot apparate without a license. You would be unwise to do so. You three should come to my office the day of the testing. As for you, Rebecca... you will need to come to the practice room with me in two weeks time." He nodded at the three and swiftly left the room.

Cassandra growled and was furious over the house elf incident. "We could have been killed! I demand I take the exam NOW! I will need to learn how to fend for myself."

Micah turned around and sighed. "Then you should have been at level 2 where all the aurors can teach you funny defensive spells. Go on. Chop chop. If you don't respect me or the ministry's rules then I suggest you stop coming here."

Chop chop?!?! Who says chopchop in this day and age! She thought to herself, she was furious. "You left us! They could have splinched themselves and be bleeding! I could have drowned! What kind of facility do you run!? I only give respect to those who deserve it and YOU, Sir, do not! You WILL let me take the exam now, or I will scream so loud, the minister of magic himself will hear me!" She glared at him the way a basilisk would.

Rhiannon nodded as Mr. Nettings told them they needed to come back in two weeks. She'd have to remember to not be in Wales at that time, so she'd be able to make it here. As he turned to leave, she was slightly disturbed by Cassandra's ranting.

ooc: I'll try to make it. I have to figure out what time that is here, and then it'll depend on my schedule at work.

She took a couple steps back from the Slytherin. Even though she wasn't entirely sure that this wasn't how the other girl usually was, it was scary. She was glad the anger wasn't directed at her.

Rebecca smiled "Thank you" she moved her finger and then nodded at Mr. Nettings when he said she had to go to the practice room

Molly finally got the courage to try tha apparation. She stared at micah for a couple of seconds than nodded nervously. She took a couple seconds think of "the three D's" all of sudden the floor was gone from under her feet, and everything started spinning. before she knew it, she could easily bre- she had moved only a centimeter in front of the hoop, and both arms and a foot were left behind. she waited for help because she didn't know what to do.

"Right!" He looked back at Cassandra and Rhiannon and smiled a bit. This test was going to be interesting.... He turned back and noticed Molly there. "Oh, Molly! You're here! I'm just going to test these two young fellows and you'll be next 'cept you won't be tested... you'll be prepared, you see. Anyways if you want to watch these two to get a glimpse of what's to be expected, feel free to do so." He nodded and found his way up to near the big sign that held the three D's. "OK! First you will apparate through these hoops," he pulled out his wand and waved it once so that 2 hoops came out of no where 5 feet from him. "Judging by way you guys apparated 2 weeks ago, I have confidence that you will get past this part quite easily," he smiled almost evilly then said, "If not... you fail!The second part of the test... yes girls, second... is to answer questions about apparition. A true wizard who really wanted to get their apparition license had studied before they entered the real test. Are there any questions before we start?" He looked at Cassandra and almost immediately expected one... or two.

"Nope," she said. She stepped forward and closed her eyes. She thought of the three D's and apparated perfectly into the hoop. She looked at Nettings and grinned... Shows you... she thought to herself. She then closed her eyes and apparated out of the hoop, again... no splinching.

Micah looked in surprise at the perfectness of Cassandra's apparition. He raised his eyebrows and took a few steps back, making sure he didn't miss anything, splinching-wise. "Wow... err, well done.... Truth be told, and no offense... I didn't think you'd master this so quickly...."

Rhiannon waited, half listening to Mr. Nettings talking to Cassandra while the other half of her mind was focused on Apparition facts. She was going to pass this test if there was any way she could guarantee it. She did not like failing at things.

Rebecca walked in to the practice room "Hello? Anyone there?" she called out, hearing no reply she sat down and waited patiently

Micah walked into the practice room and saw Rebecca there. "Ah, Rebecca!" he called. "You're here." he looked in surprise. "Hardly do people come on time, me included." He smiled and pulled out his wand to wave it once. A hoop came out of nowhere about 7 feet from Rebecca. "Well, shall we get started? Stand up and walk about 2 feet towards the hoops, please." He said pleasently.

He looked back at Rhiannon and smiled. "Right, I'm going to need you and Cassandra to apparate about 10 times without a single hair splinched, understood?! Remember the three D's and...GO!"

Rhiannon nodded, and then closed her eyes, spinning around and concentrating. Next thing she knew, she opened her eyes and found herself inside the ring. In one piece.

Not wanting Cassandra to show her up, she quickly Disapparates again and reappears outside the ring, where she had started. She had gotten started on her ten times now, and was going to keep going until she was told to stop.

Rebecca smiled and stood up "Sure, i can" She walked towards the hoop and stood still waiting for instruction

Micah nodded and said, "Right, well you're going to have to apparate of course so now I need to to concentrate on the three D's and ready yourself to do so! Are you ready?"

She smiled. She wasn't prefect for nothing... Top of her class, Top in the school... "No offence taken."

She closed her eyes and apparated in and out of the hoop as many times as it took. More than ten times actually, (show off) she just figured she'd continue until Nettings gave her the message to halt. This was ten times better than flying.
