» You may have no more than three claims total combined between the SS100, SS50, and SS25.

» You may work on claims with other people, but a limit to the number of claims still applies. Claims made with another person will count as half a claim.

» If you want your thread(s) reactivated or moved, please post your request in the Decree of the Bean thread. When making a request, you must provide a link to your thread.

Now that you have familiarized yourself with the rules, here is a step by step procedure for getting started.

1. Pick a character (HP canon character or your SSRPG character)
2. Post in the Decree of the Bean thread requesting a claim
   • your claim should say: I, [username], vow to complete the [ SS100/SS50/SS25 ] challenge for [ character name ]
3. Wait for your claim to be approved. Do NOT make a thread in the forum until it has been.
4. Once your claim has accepted you may create a new thread in this forum using the criteria listed in the general rules section. You can edit this post every time you post a new drabble, to cross another theme off your list as you complete them.
5. Include the proper prefix in the title of your thread. This will either be SS100, SS50, or SS25 depending on your claim. You can do this by accessing the drop down menu and selecting the proper prefix.
   
   
   
6. Please title your thread [100/50/25] [drabbles/ficlets/etc.] for [character] or some variation of this. Say, I were writing a SS100 challenge for Snape. The title of my thread would potentially look like 100 drabbles for Severus Snape.
7. Include a rating for your thread and remember that nothing over Sa 16+ may be featured here.

When you open up a box of Bertie Bott's, you never quite know what you are gonna get. We have taken this philosophy to heart with our SS100 and SS50 where the power is now given to YOU, the writer, to reach into the box and pull out a fistful of beans. In the spoiler below are groupings of 10 prompts (21 to be precise!) for you to use to complete your challenges. For the SS50 you may pick ANY 5 sets of 10 from the list. For the SS100 select ANY 10 sets of 10. This selection must be done and included when you submit your thread for approval.

The SS50 is a writing challenge in which you, the writer, seek to complete 50 stories about a character of your choice using the provided prompts. These stories are not just any stories but are something called a ficlet. A ficlet is over 100 words with a maximum of 200 words. If you are using Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or a similar program, there will be a word count tool for you to use. If you do not have one of these programs, there are online tools for you to use.

You are allowed up to THREE claims in the SS100, SS50, & SS25 area. This means that you could have two claims in the SS100 and one in the SS50 and so on.
