After a long hard day of hunting, and lessons, or even just a busy weekend, your dormitories will be your haven. It will be more than just your home away from home, and it is the place where you can come and relax after a long day or a late night.
The four poster beds are surprisingly comfortable, and it's easy to get lost in the smooth red velvet covers. Should you want some privacy from your chatty dorm mates, feel free to close the hangings around you and lose yourself in sleep.

Any character listed that does not have a (username) is a non-playable character and entirely up to you (and your IC dormmates) to make up their personality and habits if you so desire.
Despite there only being two rooms per year listed above, IC there are obviously more rooms in the tower. After all, there are 9551 students in the school and about 2387 of those are Gryffindors. This is just meant to help create more of an IC feel for you as to your character's housing situation.
If you see anyone that is missing or any mistakes, please notify your Head of House.
Angel was totally happy to be back at Hogwarts and now she wanted to make sure that everything was perfect for the next year, she slowly made her way towards the second year dorms, when she suddenly giggled and went up too the third year dorms, she couldn't wait to see if anyone else was in her dorm room.
Angel walked in and sighed it seemed she was the only one there at the minute, she went over to her bed and looked at the photo she had on the table at the side off her bed... it was totally amazing and she was looking forwards to spending more time with Benny sometime soon.

After much crying on Kace and apologizing for crying on him, Kace told her that he didn't mind and she needed to let it all out of her system. She didn't remember how long they been there, but she was glad Kace comforted her in a time of need. Completely exhausted due to crying her eyes out, Savannah walked up to the girls dorm and flopped on her bed.
Going to the food of her bed, Savannah opened her trunk and got her photo album book and started looking through it. Stopping on last years photos she smiled and laughed to herself as she seen the ones that made her laugh and smile. Looking up she jumped slightly knowing that she wasn't alone. "Um... sorry, I guess I didn't see that you were already in here, am I bugging you?"Sophia asked her softly but curiously. She knew that sometimes she annoyed people without trying to at times, so she didn't want to annoy her fellow dorm and house mate.

When the girl asked how she was, Savannah swallowed hard. "In all honesty I'm hurt and confused, my parents gotten divorced before school started, so I'm a bit upset about it."said Savannah honestly.

She was not enjoying this. There was cats in her dorm room – she groaned and quickly threw her hair into a messy braid as she sat there eying the sickly looking hairless cat that she still owned to her own dismay.
"Hello Luke Sky Hopper" she whimpered and glared at the cat. Opening her book to the part of fleline-whatever-it-was-omancy and looked at the textbook.

Curled in a ball If a cat is curled in a ball everything is still and calm for the moment, but one should keep alert for something coming in the future.

Angel listened to what Savannah said and then when she was finished she started to cry, this wasn't what Angel had expected and she quickly pulled her new friend into a hug. "I know that feeling, I wish I could see my sisters more but Abby got sorted into Ravenclaw, at least I got AJ here." Angel sighed, though she hadn't seen her sister for ages other than at night time, she wondered if she had done something wrong.
Angel continued to hug the older student. "I know it can be tough but I'm sure things will get better soon and apparently it's how we deal with rough times that makes us who we are." Angel looked at Savannah. "If you want to use my owl anytime to send a message to anyone your welcome to." Angel didn't know if Savannah had an owl or not.
Cinna had gotten really bad about putting on her homework until last minute, and even the divination homework was being put off until the last minute. She was too preoccupied by other things to get the homework finished sooner.
At the moment she was sitting crossed legged on her bed working on a sketch. She seem to be focused on sketches. She could sketch she didn't need homework to get in the way. Sure she knew that she should be doing her homework it was just a matter of getting up and doing it. She would get around to it sooner or later.* Merlin was laying on the end of her bed as usual... Sleeping. Oh he must be hungry or something because he was stirring around a bit.
Nope he just moved his paw over his face. Bloody cat it was like he knew had the homework to do. She put the sketchbook and pencil in her lap. Grabbed her Divination book and notebook and watched Merlin. "Aww. Merlin you're a pain in my bum. But you are adorable." She looked through her book. Mmm it did mean something.

Well this was highly likely considering it was that time of year where they could get a snow storm. Maybe she should've paid more attention to Merlin her third year. Maybe she could've seen that ridiculous snow storm that hit that term. Yeah, the cat could use more attention anyway.
