✐ Josephina was born in Perugia, Italy to Healer Nicole Hadley, who was a witch from Scotland, and Entrepreneur and General Physician, Marcus Hadley, a muggle from Perugia. Her mother was nineteen when she met her father, who was just two years older and already quite the successful business owner. Against all odds, her mother and father seemed to make it work by her mother abandoning her career as a Healer and working as a nurse in the local hospital to conceal her identity (while still working in a familiar career setting). Though her father knew the truth of her mother's identity, it was too late as they were already deep in love. It was in the muggle setting of Perugia that they chose to raise their three daughters.
✐ All three girls started showing magic at an early age, for which Nicole was both glorified about and petrified. Though she knew the girls' magic would need honing, she was terrified to send them away to school at such a ripe age. Nonetheless, as each turned eleven, they were sent off to Hogwarts.
✐ Unique to her mother and two sisters, Josephina was sorted into Hufflepuff in 2055. She kept mostly to herself, preferring to focus her attentions on her studies. Excelling in Arithmancy and Muggle Studies, she performed reasonable adequate in Magical Creatures and Charms. Focusing her strengths, she found herself fascinated by the future rather than living in the present (with Miss Nora Leiden, Sophia Melita's cookies, and Lord Berty Borr's flatulence). Her reserved personality left her with few confidants while at Hogwarts, but yet she 'knew' nearly everyone due to her observation of people. She discovered a sense of kinship and understanding in studying numbers. Josephina received nine OWLs and six NEWTs.
✐ Upon graduating Hogwarts, Josephina moved back to home to Perugia as she tried to find direction in life. Though she studied numbers and they seemed to tell her one thing, her heart seemed to lead her another direction. Putting some of her energies in painting and jogging, she enrolled in the local Wizarding University and spent three years studying such topics as Cryptomancy, Ancient Pythagorean Theory, the number 7, basic curse breaking, advanced charms, and even took a couple courses on muggle linguistics (focusing on Italian, Spanish, and Latin). Her mother encouraged her to pursue healing, as her older sister Leanne did, since it is easily adaptable to muggle society and a family-friendly career; though Josephina found little interest in working as a medical professional.
✐ Upon completing her third year of Wizarding University, Josephina decided that it was time to progress her life. She packed her things and and left on a journey toward what she'd hoped would lead her toward her destiny. Though she doubted her parent's approved her choice, she spent the next four years traveling and researching numbers and people. She studied the past, the present, and the future - the future still fascinating her most, but spending more time on the past and cryptology. In her travels, she continued to focus on her work rather than enjoy the people, and understand other languages.

But despite how much she was enjoying her teaching, she felt lonely and disconnected. It was this which drove her into purchasing a puppy as a companion for herself, which she named Baisley.
✐ Josephina continued to teach charms at the school for two years, until she received a letter via owl at the midway through her second term teaching, of her sister Leanne's expecting a second child, in which she would miss as it would occur in the middle of the school term. Feeling disoriented and lonely again, she realized for one of the first times that she missed her family, who she had seen only once in five plus years. Even though Fina enjoyed teaching, she regretted not being there for Leanne's big day and now the birth of her second child. It was this that initiated her to resign from her position as Charms Professor and return to Italy.
✐ Spending about two weeks home in Perugia, where she learned that her sister was expecting a second child in late August 2071, Fina was now in need of a job. Having spent some time post-graduation figuring out her life, she realized it was teaching that she was most enjoyed. Which is why, early Summer, she took a trip to Hogwarts and visited the current Headmaster. It just so happened that he was in need of a new Arithmancy Professor.
✐ In 2077, Fina took a trip home to Italy with Seren
✐ In 2078, she attended a convention in Florida, United States, for Arithmancers and Cursebreakers; it was there that she met a handsome fellow by the name of Addison, whom she'd been in frequent relations via owl mail and holidays ever since.
✐ Despite her avid interest in numbers, in 2081, Fina approached the headmistress in regards to the open Muggle Studies position. As a halfblood herself, she knew about the home and social life of muggles and even about wizards and muggles living together. Not to mention, changing positions would mean her classroom would be one floor level down - aka, closer to her Hufflepuffs, so that she could keep a closer watch on them and make sure they don't eat contaminated foods again

Personality
Nessa is typically known as an optimist and is most often found with a smile. She is often overly cheerful, easily excited, and always wants to believe the best in everyone. She is a bit naive at times as well as easily distracted. Her passion is for the performing arts, though she enjoys anything creative or artistic. She is also a hopeless romantic, believing in soulmates and unrealistic plots found in chick flicks.
History
Nessarose is the only daughter and youngest of three children born to Brân and Moira Glendower, former childhood sweethearts. Her mother was an aspiring actress, though she did not have much success due to her little talent, but her enthusiasm helped her find a place in other roles at the local theater (stage crew, ticket handler, etc) so she could still be close to the shows. As a result of her passion, she named her three children after characters from her most beloved muggle musicals. As a child, Nessa felt that her other's performing arts passion was passed on to her and she was found to have quite a talent for acting and singing. She would often dress up the pets of the neighbor kids and put on puppet shows as entertainment - her favorite shows included historical reenactments.
At age eleven, Nessa was sent off to Hogwarts where she was sorted into Hufflepuff where she was delighted to join her best friend and childhood neighbor, Cassie Morgan. Now that they were both Badgers, they were able to spend much of their time together as Nessa very much looked up to her BFF, feeling she could understand her unique personality better than anyone. Though she was disappointed to find out that Hogwarts did not have any performing arts class in addition to the magical ones, she found a big interest in the fascinating stories of history and continued her little shows in the common room.
After Hogwarts, Nessa continued on at the Wizarding Academy of Dramatic Arts where she eagerly partook in nearly everything they had to offer. Once finished with her extended schooling, Nessa found herself working in the local theater from stage manager to lead actress. She was also made her town's historian as well as the theater's. To make some extra money and further pursue the arts, as well as inspire others in them, she periodically helped out as a teaching assistant at WADA. Once she turned 30, Nessa felt it was time to focus on a more traditional career (sporadic wages working part-time also contributed to this decision) and so she found herself interested in the vacant History of Magic position at Hogwarts, feeling her creative approach to retelling history could be beneficial.

Adi’s family: Aditya is the only son of Indira Rai, who grew up in Gujarat, India. She and her parents moved to Kent when she was just a few months old so that they could all have better lives. It was discovered that she was a witch at age 11 when a Professor from Hogwarts came around to explain everything to her parents. When Indira was 19, her parents died in a train crash in India where they were on their way to visit their families. Indira was supposed to be with them however, she had only begun her first job as journalist for the Daily Prophet a few days earlier and did not wish to take any leave of absence.
Aditya’s father, Saieed Rehman, lived all his life in Kent. He never knew his parents as they abandoned him and his older brother, Amir, at an orphanage when they were 1and 3 years respectively. They were adopted by a young Muslim couple about 1 year later who raised them like normal kids. Saieed and Amir graduated from college with degrees in Economics (which took 3 years rather than 4) and Engineering respectively.
Indira met Saieed when she was 22 and he was 23. They dated for 5 years before getting married.
About Adi: Though Aditya was an only child with working parents, he was never lonely because they always made time for him. As did his uncle and adopted grandparents. Adi is not a shy child and is not afraid to say what he’s thinking (except sometimes when he thinks he’ll hurt someone) and managed to make lots of friends. Adi’s hobbies include reading, listening to music especially rock, making new friends and of course, cricket. Almost every afternoon after school, he could be found at the park playing a game with his friends and was on the school team as an all rounder (left handed batsman & Spin bowler). Growing up, Adi made strange things happened around him mostly caused by nerves. Especially before school cricket matches. Once all the water pitchers which were set up for the players had exploded showering everyone in the vicinity with water and ice. Another time, the white chalk with which he was supposed to be solving a maths problem turned bright purple. When his mother heard about the incidents (among others) she knew instantly what the reason was. It was confirmed when he received his Hogwarts letter.

As the youngest Carrington child, Lux has always been treated as the baby. Because of this, her parents wanted her to receive her magical education through home schooling (despite the fact that both Lennon and Willa had attended Hogwarts). This has caused Lux to have been rather sheltered; most of her socializing was done with her family, though she also became friends with her next-door neighbour, Hazel Carmichael. As her mom did not want Lux performing magic in the house, this limited her experience with some subjects such as Charms and Transfiguration. As someone who is very active and more suited for practical work, this displeased Lux so she begged her parents to let her transfer over to Hogwarts until they finally agreed.
SPOILER!!: Second Year
Newly transferred over to Hogwarts for her Second Year, Lux was excited about that fact that she could meet new people and improve on her learning experience. It did not take long for her to make friends; by the time she had reached Hogwarts for the first time, she had already made a bunch from socializing on the train. Shy in class at first, it took a little bit for Lux to get comfortable with the class setting. Charms and Transfiguration proved the hardest for her because of the practical nature of the subjects. A fast learner, it did not take her long to learn new spells and gain knowledge though Astronomy and Ancient Runes still proved to be rather difficult for her. A strange ageing epidemic occurred at Hogwarts that year, and Lux was one of the few people who was immune. One of the top point earners in Hufflepuff, she also got two awards at the end of the term: Muggle Superhero, and Aspiring Astronomer.
SPOILER!!: Third Year
Lux started off her second term at Hogwarts happily, spending time with her friends and boyfriend. Two of her best friends were now with her in school (Cinnamon Bayless and Emmylou Duchannes), which made her very happy. Everything was perfect until the fall approached and things seemed colder than usual. The lake froze over and snow fell during the autumn. Animals began fleeing the Forbidden Forest; Lux had an incident with a mother and baby Unicorn in Hogsmeade and talked to a Centaur in the pathways who gave a warning that Hogwarts was now inhospitable. The weather got colder and colder, reaching Arctic temperatures, and during two simultaneous book club meetings sparks were seen coming from outside the castle. Mr. Kitridge along with Bay, Professor Fuller, and a few other students ventured outside to see what was going on and offer assistance. Heading into the Forbidden Forest, Mr. Kitridge and Bay were attacked by monsters (who turned out to be Chorts). Not knowing what had happened to her boyfriend when he went missing, Lux was very worried and searched everywhere until she finally found him in the Hospital Ward where he was out cold. Healer Tillstorm allowed her to visit him every day, and it took two weeks for him to wake up though he was still suffering a lot of pain. Lux continued to visit him every day up until he was released, and attended the research meeting held by Professor Flamsteed and Professor Botros. It was at the meeting that the possibilities of Chorts were discovered, which meant that the Ministry had to get involved. At the end of term there was a minor thaw which allowed students to leave the castle, and Lux happily headed home to enjoy the heat.

History:
Leah was born to Purebloods Kevin Abbott and Ziwei Zelda Abbott in April 14, 2071 in Little Hangleton. It was their first and only child. The couple had attended Hogwarts together, class of 2067, and in the same house but never really knew each other until after graduation. Zelda was an Australian Ministry Media Liaison and Kevin was traveling in Australia studying magical birds. Today she still works in Australia and he is still a Magizoologist specialized in magical birds.
Just a couple months before their first anniversary as a married couple, Kevin and Zelda were told from Zelda's healer that she was with a child. They were both thrilled. Nine months later, a beautiful little girl by the name of Leah Abbott entered the world and changed their lives.
Unfortunately, Leah was always a screaming and typically fussy baby. This ceased as she grew, and as soon as she learned to walk, Leah had tried to fly with a broomstick. Leah had no siblings, and spent most of her childhood alone.
They live in a small cottage in Little Hangleton and have a comfortable life from working and family money so they were always able to provide for a comfortable life for their daughter. Because Leah's parents wanted her to be a well-adjusted witch when it came time for her to attend Hogwarts (and end up in Hufflepuff like they were) Kevin educated her at home. She has been to many Quidditch games, mostly ones Holyhead Harpies, her favorite team played.

New to Hogwarts for her first year, Leah was excited about the fact that she could meet new people and improve on her learning experience. It did not take long for her to make friends; by the time she had reached Hogwarts for the first time in forever, she had already made several from socializing on her shopping trip to Diagon Alley and on the train. Leah started off her year with a not so surprise - she was sorted into Hufflepuff! Immediately, she jumped into extracurriculars, Muggle Technology Center, Gobstones and Spreading the Noble Arts Club. She signed up and tried out for the Quidditch team but was not selected to play. Shy in classes at first, it took a little bit for Leah to get comfortable with the class setting. However, the friendly teachers and helpful classmates failed to give the girl more interest in studying and reading and she still faced some difficulties in her classwork by the end of the term. She had fun earning points for Hufflepuff and contributing in winning the house cup.
Leah's first year, while interesting, was not exactly the highlight of her life. Fairly early in the term, staff and students were affected by a terrible aging disease. Thankfully, Leah was safe from it. Near the end of the term however, she witnessed her friend Hope Evans trip down at the moving staircase and break her hip bone. She accompanied her friend to the hospital wing along with the Mr. Librarian and stayed by her side, just like a Hufflepuff would do. Finally, the best part of Leah's first year was the new kneazle Filomena she adopted!

Born as the second child in Melrose, Scotland Borders to Marley and Rohan Hazelwood, Declan had always been a little bit fearless. His Pureblood father met his Muggle-born mother while they were still students at Hogwarts. They stayed together after graduation, both going to the same university, Marley and Rohan both studying to be teachers. Not long after leaving university, Marley and Rohan gave birth to Shane, Declan following six years later. He looks up to his big brother, Shane, as a role model, being that Shane was a excellent scholar and very social in school. However, his attempt to be just as courageous as his brother ended up with Declan, at the age of eight, running for his life from a pack of wild dogs. He has a large scar on his leg from where he had to jump a fence in order to get away. His father had just been offered a job in the States, when they adopted Rowena Amorosa, a Pureblood orphan. Rohan took the job been offered of the position of Muggle Studies professor at Winchester School of Mystery and Magic in San Jose, California. So, at the age of ten, Declan and his family packed up and moved to the United States. Dec grew very sure of himself over the years, yet putting family always first. At the age of 14 and 15, he won third and second place in a statewide art competition, competing among both wizards and muggles. During his fifth year at Winchester, his family got news of his mother's father passing away, causing Marley to desperately to want to go back to the U.K. His family agreed on moving back to the U.K, however, Rorie (Rowena's preferred nickname) stating that she wanted to stay at Winchester during the school year while her father still had his job there. Shane and his fiance, Cassandra decided to get married in Scotland, but would return to the States after their honeymoon to finish their schooling in New York. Therefore, leaving Declan as the only one transferring to Hogwarts for his sixth and seventh year and enjoying it so far. During the summer of 2084, family complications happened between his father and mother forcing them to separate until they could sort things out, if they do.
