Waiting Area Outside Professor Bellaire's Office

Whether you are new to Hogwarts or not, by now you should know that you can't simply just barge into a professor's office without being invited in. Knock and wait to be called in or take a seat and a magazine and read if she's busy with someone.

The chairsare comfy and won't hurt your butt.

This particular waiting area has a mirror which must be used to ensure that you look presentable before entering Professor Bellaire's office. There is no admittance to Riff-Raffs.

Laura wasn't looking forwards to this and at first she had thought about dragging Tess along to explain with her but then she realised she would never tell on anyone and it had been a fun dare, even if now she was going grey because of it. "Another grey hair." Laura sighed too herself as she plucked it out, what had Tessa done to her.

*knock* *knock*

Now all Laura could do was wait for the Professor to let her in or not, she didn't care about looking presentable she was really tired and really cranky at the minute for some strange reason.

Sophia hadn't been back from her lesson very long but she was sat at her desk and waiting patiently for Miss Hyde to get there. She did not appreciate anyone pulling stunts in her class and it irritated her even more when they lied about it after.

The knock announced the delinquent's arrival so Sophia got up and met her on the outside.

"Explain." She said firmly while crossing her arms across her chest. "And I want the truth this time."

"I was dared to wear a bear all day even in class by a fellow student." Laura said truthfully. "And I didn't want to be called a coward so I did it." Laura was no chicken and that was the truth.

Laura continued to just stand there hoping the Professor wouldn't ask her if she had any names because she didn't want to tell on Tess but she didn't want to get into trouble either not when she was going grey. "Professor." Laura decided she would ask the Professor a serious question. "What can you do about grey hairs?" Laura pulled out one of her grey hairs to show to the Professor, she had tears in her eyes.

"Well how dare you wear your beard to my class Miss Hyde? There's an empty classroom on this level, you will spend the next three days cleaning it with your fellow student who was dumb enough to dare you. If it's not done prepare to lose points and pick up a detention."

And as for the grey hair..."Owl primpernelle's."

This Professor really needed to lighten up a bit didn't she, though she wasn't going to tell the Professor that. "I'm sorry Professor." Laura said truthfully. "Don't worry me an the student who was dared will get straight on with that." Laura was about to see if she could go when she noticed wrinkles.

"Professor" Laura jumped back and held out her hand for the Professor to see. "What do you suggest about wrinkles?" Laura really wasn't happy about this, it was all this stress that was doing this right.

Professor Bellaire reached for the girl's hand to take a closer look. "This is terrible. Signs of early ageing it seems Laura. Must be bad genes." Maybe she was a halfblood...or.....muggleborn. Eeek. "Try shea butter and coconut oil as daily moisturisers and if that doesn't work, Merlin help you by the time you hit 22. Goodbye Miss Hyde." She said releasing her hand, with a look of utmost scorn.
