Seating outside of Professor Thompson's Office

Entering the barnyard after being greeted by the stables, you continue onward to towards the back straight ahead. More stables are aligned and empty. For now they are filled with extra old sofas and crude-looking benches and another set of double-doors opened wide to allow extra lighting in. By the benches is the door to Professor Thompson's office. You knock and then sit waiting to be called in.

Care of Magical Creatures.

Ella had been doing a lot of thinking about this particularly subject given it was her seventh year and all and had decided that she needed to have a sit down with the newest Professor. The earlier the better, too, considering how attractive he was popular she assumed he would be. It was only a matter of time before the fangirls arrived and having been one in the past cause Professor William's face, helloooo, she knew they were committed. Best to get her business out of the way sooner than later.

Having knocked three times on his door, the blonde settled down on a bench and waited, humming to herself as she did.

First evening in, Javy had to make sure Lala was accustomed to her new surroundings. Since she would be here for as long as possible, might as well do it now. After returning from their walk, it was usually Javy first with Lala following close by his side as they headed back toward the office.. but a melody had attracted Lala.

With a sharp noise escaping Lala, she immediately ran forward as fast as her little legs could go to the noise. Javy curious, followed only to see a student already sitting.. waiting. Oops. With Lala, just standing right before the student, her head bobbing along to the melody she was humming.

"Have you been waiting long?" Goodness, Javy would've waited the next morning for the walk if he had known. "Sorry about that." Oh well. With a small wave of his wand, the door opened for her to enter first. "Come on in, and make sure to wipe your feet beforehand."

Sander had been wanting to speak with the Care of Magical Creatures Professor ever since his arrival at the school. He was told that he would be able to find the Professor here at the back of the stables.

He found a make shift sitting area and a door which he assumed led to the Professor's office. Walking up to the door, Sander knocked on it, one...two...three times, just in case the Professor was preoccupied and had missed the first two knocks.

Then he walked over to one of the benches, sat down, made himself comfortable and waited patiently for the Professor to come out.

Gwen had a question. Actually she had a lot of questions and it seemed that the best person to answer them was the Care of Magical Creatures professor.

They hadn't had their first lesson yet, but the questions had been so in the forefront of Gwen's mind that she didn't think she could actually wait that long before finding out the answers. Besides, she was in the stable already, might as well see if he was in his office.

She stepped down to the far end of the stables and knocked on the door to the office. She thought she heard voices in there, so he was probably already with a student. That's okay. She could wait.

She sat down on the bench to wait.

Behind the desk, Javy was doing his usual cleaning the office, mainly in the shelves as dust and cobwebs seemed to be most attractive to his books inside. His head inside the shelf he didn't notice the few knocks earlier. Lala however did, as she glanced unhappy to be awoken from her nap. After the next few knocks, she let out her usual honking noise to get Javy's attention.

"Goodness," Javy rubbed the top his head after bumping it before approaching the door to open it. Not seeing one, but two students outside waiting. "Good day you two.. come on inside for some tea, and make sure to wipe your feet." He had just cleaned the floor earlier, so it was required. Javy held the door open for both of them to enter before closing it after.

Making his way through the barnyard Tag walked way past it and made his way towards the back of it. And soon enough the boy was near the stables. Hm. That was odd, at least there were places to sit on. But first, Tag made his way and knocked on the door before taking a seat on one of the lumpy couches. Better than nothing, though.

Hopefully Thompson would be able to help Tag, when it came to creatures, whether it be magical or muggle. He was, as Professor Bentley had put it slightly 'keen' on animals. And Thompson was the right person to come to.

Entering the barnyard with Wilhelmina cradled in his hands against his chest making small sounds of discomfort Leo sincerely hoped Javy wasn't too busy. His little puffskein had had a bad run in with Madonna and had several bleeding scratches to prove it.

Leo was worried that Wilhelmina might have broken something too considering the fact that he had found Madonna perched on top of Wilhelmina. In a quick pace he past several vacant stables until he reached Javy's office door.

Raising his left hand he knocked on the door twice before he took a seat on one of the benches to wait. Hopefully Javy wouldn't take too long.

Turning over, first seeing his goose. Okay, so they had a visitor. No biggie. Getting up, he walked over to open the door and look at who was outside. Ahh, it was a Gryffindor boy. He remembered him from his class. "Hello Mr. Kildare, come on in." He had better seating inside than out here anyways.

Yep.. that was one. Javy merely stared at his reflection at the sight of that particular hair lock. He would have to ask his dad certain questions now later on when he got the chance.. His thoughts were interrupted at the sound of knocking.

Lala who was awake for once, hopped off the couch to follow him as he went to open the door. "Leo?" Javy didn't know which was more surprising to see. The older man away from the castle and books or the bare scratches on the puffskein. "Come on in." Yep, no questions asked, as he held the door open for him.

Bart had walked with Professor Cool down to Professor Lamo's office. He wasn't in the best mood, because of what happened in the last class. Clearly book boy deserved what Bart said, plus the bird was lame, so he was 1,000 % positive this professor wasn't going to get him and be the typical adult jerk. Nothing like Professor Cool was. Nope he seemed to be one of the only ones that truly got him.

"Shall I knock or should you?" He looked towards the professor. Maybe the man should knock and he should just stay quiet. Something they both knew would never happen. His mind was quickly distracted from thoughts by the empty stalls. "Why are these empty doesn't he want more animals here?" The boy glanced into one of stalls to find old things. Yep Captain Lamo would collect old sofa's and chairs. That sounded about right.

No wonder there was just a lame bird in class not anything cool.

Bart was lucky that Cosgrach had enough time to accompany him. Not that Cosgrach would ever break a promise, but things happened, y'know? Like Bart's reluctancy and negative mood. The Man didn't understand the change and didn't ask it too nosily too. He was just trying to decide how to approach the man for the best outcome. He hadn't spent much time with him and was at a disadvantage there, but he didn't share it with Bart. Instead, he directly and firmly knocked on the door three times as an answer to his question, and shrugged in response. He had to ask it to Thompson himself. No, they probably had a few seconds before Thompson opened the door, so Cosgrach looked into his eyes, and hurriedly and quietly said: "Let me do the talking, and plead and made cute eyes at him when you think it's necessary."

Hearing a sound Bart looked over. Good he was knocking that helped. Now back to the empty stables. "Maybe he's afraid the bigger animals will eat him or something this close to his office." Bart wasn't really talking to the professor just speaking his thoughts out loud something that happened a lot. "Wonder what animals we could get in here."

He mind was so far from the lake at this moment it was now focused on that old couch. "I bet if you bounced on that couch it would smoke out dust." Did he see how old it looked. His eyes moved again as he felt someone right next to him. Oh Professor Cool was super close. Okay he was cool with that. He trusted this man and probably only this man or well him and Flamedude. "Make cute eyes you mean like a girl?" That confused him he wasn't a girl.

Nodding about the rest he'd do the rest just maybe not the girl thing, but Lamo says one thing about book boy and he was done. The twelve year old had gotten use to most adults just looking at him like he would screw up or blaming it right off the bat. Only his mother and Charely had ever really not, but he knew Charely only did it to play nice in front of his mum, oh and professor cool right here. Yeah he seemed to be on Bart's side most of the time.

Oh look the dirt moved when he kicked his foot. Focus there...

Javy was merely reading a lovely article in his desk chair when he heard knocking. He wasn't much of a fan on his reading being interrupted, but seeing as he didn't leave the barnyard doors shut.. He settled on getting up, slower than usual before opening his office door to see his next set of visitor(s).

"Ah, Cosgrach what a.. surprise." Yes, Javy had just noticed that one of his questionable students was also standing next to him. Insert his usual curt nod. "Mr. Maroon.." A student and a Professor together, yeah there was something up or wanted from him. That called for inviting them inside. Good thing Lala's outside.. "Come on in.." The standing was getting tiring already.
