Bench Outside Healer Tillstorm's Office

OOC Note: This thread, as well as the office, is meant for non-patient meetings and greetings. If your character is ill or injured, please post in the Check-in Area for Patients then the Waiting Room for Patients and Visitors.

Please do not post past this point until Healer Tillstorm has invited you inside her office.

Just past the entrance to the Hospital Wing and to the left is a long hallway that leads to the office of Healer Cecelia "Cece" Tillstorm. Her office is the ideal place to find her if you do not need any medical attention and wish to simply visit the Healer, or if you are a Slytherin student wishing to speak to your Head of House.

The door is currently closed so please knock and wait for her to call you inside. While you're waiting, feel free to take a seat on the little bench just to the left of the office door.

OOC: You must post here first then wait to be invited into the office. Those brave enough to try entering without permission will suffer the consequences.

Sophie was outside the healer's office for two reasons.

1. Her Aunt Sierra had sent her here with a message.

and...

2. Supposedly this woman was her new Head of House, and Sophie was determined to question the two people who took her grandmother's place.

Yup. She was still a little disappointed that her time with her grandfather's wife had been cut so short. At least they'd been invited to come over throughout the summer. Anyway...

*knock, knock, knock*

She was there. Finally. With the letter that Healer Tillstorm had sent her clutched tightly in her hand. And a very concerned look on her face.

Not because of the letter she was holding, of course, because she was already aware of what, or really, who, the Healer wanted to talk to her about, but because of.. well.. the Hospital Wing in general. Had it always been so cold and dark in this part of the castle? How many people had DIED, right where she was standing? Sure, it was just in the middle of a corridor, but strange things do happen. And it was Hogwarts, after all.

Had the girl standing by the Healer's door knocked already?

Most likely, but since she was still standing out there, with no Healer in sight, Rhodes figured she just didn't knock well enough. She gave the girl a nod of her head anyway, and moving even closer to the door than she was, raised her fist to knock.

Knock, knock, knock, KNOCK.

Healer Tillstorm sat at her desk reading over some paperwork while she waited for a certain student to arrive to her office. Hearing the knocking on the door she pointed her wand at it. "Come in," she called out as the door opened.

OOC: Go ahead and post entering the office.

After a long while thinking about whether he was going to show up at all to Tillstorm's office, Theo decided that he had better do or else he would end up on her 'list', if she had one like Lafay did. Funny thing was with Lafay's list, he never actually got off the list despite becoming a prefect, a top quidditch player, and surviving his OWLs. Maybe he just repelled head of houses.

Good to know.

She didn't know how one was supposed to ready themselves for a meeting with their head of house who probably wasn't pleased with them much. So Cassia decided that she better be on her way rather than uselessly sitting around thinking of what she had to do before she went there. She probably needed her tongue. And courage. Ehhh..

And it didn't help that this was the hospital wing. One the snake had successfully avoided for all the years she's been here. Don't people receive a medal for this kind of thing? Obviously not, since no one approached her with the idea.

And Theo was already there. Cassia nodded her head at him in a 'we're in this together' way and slipped next to him. They'd be waiting for West now. Whom Tillstorm wanted to meet as well. The silence was eerie but she didn't find anything to say.

It was stupid that he had to be here. West had things to do that were more important than getting reamed out for prefect things. He appeared in full uniform, tidy from head to toe, robes just so, tie just so, shirt tidy and no creases... well at least he couldn't get in trouble for that, right?

He wasn't at all nervous; Tillstorm didn't make him nervous. Aside from Botros she was his favourite of all the adults at Hogwarts. Most of the time. Less so in this particular moment.

West gave Theo and Cassia head nods and didn't bother sitting.

After having to miss her date last night with Waylon, Cece had decided she was still going home after the party had closed down and all the snakes where in their dorm rooms. So that's exactly what she did. She went home to try and salvage her night. Which she was able to do.

After a wonderful breakfast with Waylon, she made her way from her home in Hogsmeade back to her office at Hogwarts. As she approached her office she noticed three bodies outside her door. Three bodies she had told to meet her there.

Taking out her wand she unlocked and opened her door. "Inside, all three of you."

OOC: Go ahead and enter the office. Cece will follow. Also, this will be a different timeline than Rhodes.

Was Caleb supposed to sign in or something? He didn't think so. This was an emergency so he didn't have time to sign in! He bypassed that whole step and instead ran straight to Tillstorm's door. He REALLY hoped she was in...

"Healer Tillstorm! Help! Quick! Professor Flamsteed is hurt!" he exclaimed, pounding on the door. He didn't care if he interrupted her doing paperwork or something, or the fact that he was SHOUTING, but it was an emergency!

She may not even be in her office right now. Did you think to check the waiting room and leave a note there, just keep collected, there are sick students in there. I'll wait here.".

Caleb was waiting for Tillstorm to respond, when he heard someone come up behind him, being all bossy and stuff. For a second he thought it was Genie but nope. It was a Gryffindor girl from class. Did they not trust him just because he was a second year?? How rude!

A number of sassy retorts were swimming through Caleb's head, but he decided to take the high road. Bickering with this girl was not going to help Flamsteed! Besides, he was beginning to think she was right - Tillstorm hadn't answered and he'd been here at LEAST three minutes now. She could wait for her while he ran to find someone else! Or headed back, he was kind of tired now from running. He'd done all he could, Flamsteed was in fate's hands now.

"You know what, you're right. She's probably busy. I'll go back to Flamsteed and check on him, and I'll let you handle it from here, yeah?" he said with a mischievous grin, clapping the older girl on the shoulder reassuringly before turning on his heel and heading back the way he had come down the corridor.

:: Ganymede shuffled over to the door and knocked. KNOCK KNOCK Ok, it was more like pounded twice on the door. She just wanted to get this over with. It was awkward and she felt it was not necessary. Her Uncle sent her an owl stating she should check in with the healer about her management. After all, it was just one more person that could help her out.

"I think I already know everything there is to know. This better be worth the wait." She grumbled to herself. Another voice popped in and added, This is a perfect opportunity to impress your Head of House.

With that idea planted in her head, Ganymede sat up straighter and folded her hands politely in her lap. That voice was right, and she was going to be amazing with all her knowledge. Maybe even teach the Healer a few things. ::

Sweet Merlin he finally made it.

And hopefully Hope hadn't died yet or broken another bone. Jun leaned against the healer's door and knocked. C'mon, lady, you need to pop out soon. Even if two seconds had only passed by. Still, a matter of life or death was probably accurate here. And other parts of the castle. "Healer Tillstorm! Kitridge sent me to tell you we have an urgent situation at the moving staircase!" C'MON LADY. "Student down! Student down! There's an injured student!" And probably him next since his legs were starting to hurt from the running and painful joints. Jun would have to hex whoever thought turning them old was funny and whatnot.

KNOCK KNOCK.

Many doors will open to you in life, but this is unfortunately not one of them as the Healer is not in. She is currently out and about taking care of the other old and wrinkly students. Perhaps the better option would be to send a patronus to communicate with the Healer.

Nothing left to do but either go her himself or a patronus. Jun decided to go with the patronus. Totally not going up and down steps so he could be the next victim. Maybe it'll be worse since he's older. Figuratively speaking, of course. Taking out his wand, Jun tried to think of a happy memory or anything that made him feel relaxed. He had only casted a patronus once when trying it for the first time anyway. Wand and memory ready, Jun casted the spell. "Expecto Patronum!" The tip of his wand lit up and the silver shiloutte of his patronus appeared. He will always wonder as to why it was a giraffe. Maybe because it was his favorite animal? But whatever. He doesn't have time to wonder about that right now.

"Injured student at the moving staircase near the library. The librarian insists you come as quickly as possible," There. Message done and now to send. Jun casted his patronus off to find the healer and watched it as it dashed down the hall. Now to make it back to where Hope was, that was a real struggle.
