■ Seren was a reasonably bright and bubbly student, and though she excelled in most subjects, she was often known for being a socialite. Gracing the library with cheerful laughter- often resulting in a scalding and a detention or two. And though Seren was in no way a trouble maker, she often found herself on the receiving end of punishment. Between starting or being involved in ferocious food fights, and wandering the halls after curfew... or tracking mud and dung through the castle, not to mention attempting to enter the forbidden forest whilst skipping Ancient Runes... no, she didn't have a clean record, but in many ways she was a model student. Needless to say her grades did not suffer, even if her mothers nerves did. Seren took pride in her studies and in her sports, excelling in quidditch since her second year, she played as a chaser until she graduated- after which she stopped, under her mothers' influence.
The Present ▙▟▛▜
After graduating from Hogwarts, Seren began work as a Garden Designer. However, after a year of this she realised that she wasn’t satisfied and so began her studies in the field of Herbology- a passion of hers. Travelling to the four corners of the world Seren studied a variety of magical plants, trees and herbs. She began her journey in the Amazon Rainforest, though she also explored the untamed wilderness of the Swiss Alps, the Australian Outback and Daintree Rainforest, and Snowdonia National Park. She was particularly fascinated by plants of the Flesh-Eating variety, though she was also partial to plants with fangs. In 2071 she published her findings entitled, A Worlds Collection of Flesh-Eating Trees ,Shrubs and Plants and a year later released Fanged Flowers of the Amazon. Children and education had always been a passion of Seren’s so in 2071 after her adventures as a Herbologist she enrolled at the Cambridge University of Witchcraft and Wizardry, graduating two years later with Honours in Magical Education, specialising in Herbology.■

■ Seren Bentley, pureblood, was born to Addiena Monique Bentley- single mother and was raised in Cardiff, Wales. Though Seren grew up in a loving and caring environment with her mother and her grandparents, she always had an untameable curiosity to discover who her biological father was. Much to her dismay, her mother refused to disclose the information- for reasons unknown. This mystery had haunted Seren throughout her childhood and adolescence and still haunts her today. This is the reason why her boggart is a disembodied male voice, she fears being rejected by a man who wasn’t around for her. Despite this, Seren grew up to be an independent, cheerful young woman. Driven by her passions and motivated to make a difference in the world through the education of witches and wizards of the next generation. She plans to encourage children to explore their world, to understand it and to never stop learning, but most importantly to never stop asking questions. Because without questions, there wouldn’t be answers; questions are the most important weapons in an academics arsenal. Friendship is something that comes naturally to Seren, she has the uncanny knack of making friends with almost everyone she meets. Love on the other hand is something that does not come easily to her. Since she was young Seren had never been able to trust a man so much as to get close enough to him to form a serious romantic relationship. She fears heartbreak, this also stems from her issues concerning her absent father. Only one man has come close enough to taming this feisty herbologist, and who knows, perhaps he will.

Comfortable is Leo’s key word when it comes to how he dresses. He prefers wearing a simple shirt and jeans but dresses up for fancy occasions in tuxes or whatever is required. He isn’t picky about clothes but about his hair. He has since he was 6 years old thought that he will go bald before he is forty since all the men in the family has gone that route and that scares him. Leo also thinks that his parents made sure he’ll go bald since they named him Leobald which in his ears sealed his fate since bald in your name is omniscient. So he takes extra care of his hair to be wary of any hair falling off.

➐ Getting to know Me
Leobald was gifted from birth with book smarts and brains that can only be rivaled by few in his age group plus a photographic memory which made learning stuff a breeze. From the day he learned to read he could almost always be found with his head in book in his free time. When he went to Hogwarts, he from the beginning chose books and studying and getting good grades over making friends and socializing. His love for knowledge and the fact that he constantly got bullied for his name and knowledge made it easy for him to choose to be a loner.
It wasn’t until 4rd year that his head of house got involved since Leo’s temper had landed him in detention again for like the 5th time that year for hexing a peer. Sitting down with him the HoH learned the full story about the hair and the constant bullying and after some talk with his colleagues also that the knowledgeable boy had no friends. Perplexed the HoH made Leo sign up for quidditch and he even gave him homework to socialize more. For someone who chose books before living people it was a challenge to just make small talk at dinner or with a desk mate in class let alone doing it effortlessly and every day.
It didn’t make things easier that his temper flared up when people didn’t understand or didn’t believe him. In quidditch he actually showed some apt for the game but no passion so he always ended up on the keeper reserves but his HoH persisted that he should sign up each year since he needed the social interaction. Leo loved all types of trivia contests or games in classes since there he could sport his knowledge but again it led to him being bullied or just looked up on as someone looking to show off or be best.
At home in between terms his father tried to teach him to cook and bake but Leo was unfortunately a total failure in his father eyes since he couldn’t even boil an egg correctly. His dad also told him that which was disheartening to a young boy who wanted nothing more than his father’s approval. Instead Leo spent as much time as possible with his mum since she understood his passion for books and encouraged it.
As a man he is still slightly socially inept. He feels insecure in big groups and always worry that people will misunderstand him or even look at him weirdly because of his broad knowledge. Leo is always on tense when meeting new people and tense usually means his temper is close too. One wrong mocking comment or joke might make his temper flare up and when he sees red he usually doesn’t think straight and that can lead to unpredictable actions. He is a patient man who is practical but not very good at communicating unless it is with just one other person since he tends clam up.

After Hogwarts Leobald was sucked into the family business and helped opened and manage a new book shop his mother opened in downtown Oxford. Leo helped out while his mother was carrying his youngest sister Rose. When his mum got back into managing he fled the field to see the world ending up in New York. Taking several courses at the local university whilst learning how to fish from his mate Ben, he after 3 years was a certified library technician. Persuaded by his mate to make his hobby his profession Leo worked 2 years as a fisherman supplying fresh fish to grocery stores. Going up at the crack of dawn and doing hard work from dusk to dark was only fun for a short time.
Leaving the work as fisherman he searched for new challenges and took up the position as substitute professor at Salem Institute of magic and held it for 3 years teaching classes in a wide variety of subjects including his school favourites of charms, history of magic, herbology and Comc. In the years at Salem he tried a bit of news reporting on the side but it wasn’t something he enjoyed so he gave it up after 6 months. Resigning from his position at Salem, Leo moved back home to Oxford to be near his family again and to re-connect with his sisters whom he had missed dearly while away in the States. Content with being home and helping out at the family book shop he was surprised when Headmaster Tate of Hogwarts came calling wondering if he’d be interested in the vacant librarian position. Accepting without thinking much about it Leobald is now on his way to start working at his former school.
➒ The life Story
Leobald was born as the eldest son of Frank and Charlotte Kitridge on a rainy day in Oxford, England on May 2nd 2047. Being born into a family with mixed heritage in the lines boded for an upbringing with influences from both the muggle and magical world. From the day he was born Leo was surrounded by books and his father’s cooking. He learned to read almost as quickly as he showed magical abilities. Like all Kitridge’s his mother most especially he as he got older got more stubborn and also acquired a feisty temper when aroused. In his youth the temper usually resulted in throwing things around but luckily that has happened more seldom in adulthood.
When he was 3 his sister Ariel came into the world and they grew close as siblings usually do living close and playing with each other. One thing Leo hated was that Ariel instead of calling him Leo kept calling him ‘baldie’. It made him self-conscious and broody when he learned what bald meant from his father. From that day on he has paid extra attention to his hair and the few unlucky people who have called him ‘bald’ have been hexed through the years. 6 years after Ariel a new girl was born into the family; Rose.
Leo’s temper isn’t to be taken lightly; when aroused it has resulted in him serving plenty of punishments in his youth like cleaning out the weed in the vegetable patch, cleaning all the bathrooms or not being allowed to read books and at Hogwarts detention. His temper usually quiets down if Leo gets distracted by talking by books or fishing or taking a stroll but that is if someone stops him before he starts throwing things. If not then take cover and wait for the storm to pass.
During his Hogwarts years Leo showed apt in his studies and got high marks in most subjects since learning came easy to him. He took part in all games especially trivia or chess since he liked the strategy and found the games fun and exciting. When it came to friends he didn’t exactly have any to speak of until his HoH got involved but even then Leo only kindled cautious relationships with his peers scared to get burned like he had in his previous years. Graduating from Hogwarts he had made a few friends and had dated one girl name Chelsea Oakheart which he kept dating for a few years until they drifted apart, the friends he has kept in touch with and cherishes fiercely.
After Hogwarts he has tried out a number of professions over the years like fisherman, shop manager, substitute professor and news reporter with different success. Currently he is looking forward to start teaching at Hogwarts meeting both his new colleagues and the student body in september of 2077.

The Royal Chronicles ~History~
On the twentieth of February 2066, David and Rebecca Edwards were finally blessed with a girl after six boys. Dubbed the princess, for the first two years of her life she only wore pinks and purples. She was born on the ancestral farm Edwoods, which has been in the family for generations. On the vast grounds, Sarah spent early years running wild with her brothers (the youngest Edwards - James is a year her junior) until she reached school age. It was then decided that she needed to be around girls and Sarah was sent to a Muggle school. Her mother being Muggleborn as well as being close with muggle relatives, Sarah blended in well there and excelled in every arena (although sports was difficult in the end she pulled through). Despite being well adjusted, Sarah knew that when she was eleven she was going to go to Hogwarts and it was her dream. Bidding her time, Sarah soaked up all the knowledge she could get, spending her free time in the library reading about all sorts of things.

First year:
Finally, after all the years of waiting, Sarah was iff to Hogwarts. She found herself a seat on the train and settled down with an assortment of books. With brownies to share, Sarah made more friends by the time she arrived at Hogwarts. At the sorting it was decided that although her brain would have made her a Ravenclaw, her heart (and tongue) made her a lion. So, she joined the ranks of half her family in the great Gryffindor house. As the year began, Sarah tried to lay low as possible, scared of what her tongue might do. But that did not mean that she did not have fun... she watched a dragon being hatched, and took care of it, she discovered an interest in Herbology that she never thought she had and she actually thought Ancient Runes was fun, as in the first lesson she was allowed to climb a tree. In History of Magic, she was able to visit the City of Atlantis, where she got a mirror. The year was marred however by mysterious cases of people falling into a deep slumber. Among those who landed up in the Hospital wing, was Sarah’s beloved prefect- Kurumi Hollingbury. Eager to help solve the case, Sarah joined others with research. Despite all her work on keeping her tongue still and temper in check, later on the year found Sarah at a bookshop in Hogsmede where the lioness within her emerged. When offered tea by the young shopkeeper, Sarah followed her intuition and declined, after all she would never accept tea from strangers. This time she was right and those that accepted the tea began to suffer the consequences. Noticing this, Sarah, despite being a first year, confronted the lady, surprising all others with her tongue. Luckily, the lady was more into escaping then harming Sarah, so Sarah emerged unscathed. At the End of the year feast, Sarah met Penelope, and the two formed a friendship. Second Year:
On the way to Hogwarts, the train broke down mysterious, but Sarah took it all as a big adventure. At the start of the year feast, Sarah met Alexa Cambridge and the two became friends, with the younger girl bring out a different side of Sarah Third Year
Finally, after a lot of practice, Sarah got onto the Quidditch team. It had taken a while, yet hard work pays off. Sarah took the role as chaser and enoyed being on the team. Meanwhile, there was a lot happening around the school as there were Board Of Governers elections. Sarah watched with interest at the saga, and did a lot of research and when the time came she voted too. But before the actual voting, Sarah got to watch debates, one of which she was involved in the planning of. There was also an auction to raise money for the library and Sarah won a bid on a book, written by someone with the same surname as her. Lafay surprised her by giving up her prize to Sarah. Fourth Year
On arrival back to school Sarah was shocked to find that the school was broke. The fact that the school was historically well off aroused Sarah’s interests and she was sure that this warranted an audit. But that was not the only thing on her mind. With the school now charging for entrance to the common room as well as eating of the schools paltry meals, Sarah had to re-examine her finances. Knowing that she could not possibly afford the meals at the school, Sarah planted a vegetable patch for herself in the student garden. With her personal needs taken care of, or so it seemed, Sarah then decided to focus on the wellbeing of Hogwarts and its students. Early into the year she brainstormed and wrote a list of ways to help Hogwarts, which she owled to her Head of House. She was happy to see when her ideas were being used and she helped Hogwarts by selling Ashwinder eggs and flowers. As the year progressed, Sarah stopped feeling her energetic self and lethargy overtook her along with a shortness of breath. Only at the end of the year, after a scary incident with demonters, did Sarah discover that she had Anaemia due to a lack of enough iron in her diet.

Melanie can typically be found in her school uniform because she does have classes five days a week. But when it’s a weekend, Melanie does enjoy wearing casual clothing like a t-shirt and jeans or a large sweater. She particularly enjoys wearing clothes that her elder cousin, Elaine, sends her because she looks up to her. Melanie also loves to wear hats and nerdy glasses without lenses thinking they’re cute and fashionable. Melanie was born to Elizabeth and Kenny Sung who fell in love by accident. Funny story, apparently they actually didn’t like each other at first but they fell in love in the very end. Melanie loved the story of how her mother and father used to hex each other and tease each other. It was like a perfect romance story that she’d read over and over again if she could. Being an only child, she was spoiled a bit by her parents who loved her very much. Melanie did things that upset things at times but at the very end of the day, they’d all sit down together for a meal and she’d apologize before eating. Both of her parents are very traditional and superstitious for some unknown reason, but Melanie isn’t. Her parents were both from Korea and settled in the United States after their marriage and held onto many customs from Korea. Melanie, being born in America, did not share the same views but loved the folk tales from there as well as the idea of going back there. Since both her parents dislike traveling, Melanie never got a chance to visit her parent’s hometown but after she graduates, she hopes to go there for a visit and meet her parents’ siblings and her numerous cousins.
Melanie looks up to her cousins, particularly her elder cousin Elaine, who is five years her senior and ready to debut musically. Melanie hopes that one day she can be as successful as her New York City cousin. Her cousin Elaine has influenced Melanie a lot and Melanie is often found with her cousin when she isn’t lost looking for the elder female. Other than Elaine, Melanie looks up to her mother and father who have both raised her and loved her unconditionally.
She attended Hogwarts up until the end of her third year. Summer before her third year, she met her new best friend, Landon Hughes, when she got lost in New York. It wasn’t until the winter time that she ran into him again at the ice cream parlor. Melanie considers him to be her best friend due to their similarities though there are numerous things that set the two apart.
However, she has transferred from Salem to Hogwarts because of family matters. Her grandmother and grandfather wish to spend more time with her and with her parents’ consent, she has moved to London to reside with them. She would stay with her parents for the first half of the summer vacation and spend all other holidays with her grandparents. Her parents would fly over for Christmas. Melanie was quite satisfied with this arrangement though she was a bit upset about leaving her friends at Salem.
On the bright side, she now has one extra teddy bear from her friends, Jason & Sabrina, as a reminder that they’ll all still be friends. Plus, she’s embarking on a whole new adventure and Melanie couldn’t wait to see what was in store for her.

Melanie is very trusting of people and believes that they wouldn’t lie to her. That’s also the reason why it’s very easy to gain her trust but also just as easy to lose it. Once you lose her trust in you, she’ll always wonder if what you’re saying is a lie. Melanie is very sweet and tries to obey her parents’ wishes and do well academically. However, she isn’t exactly the sharpest and can be a bit slow at times but by no means is she stupid. She can be very smart and can study diligently but she believes that one day she’ll be famous and she won’t need any of the things she learns in school which can deter her from what she’s supposed to do.
She also loves joking around and general teasing of others. It’s very easy to make Melanie laugh and when she finds something particularly funny; it can take her a while to stop laughing. She also loves making other people laugh and smile with music and lame jokes. She’s not the best at telling jokes but she loves hearing them from other people. Melanie also ends up cracking up whenever she trips or dances awkwardly. It’s not that she’s a bad dancer, she just doesn’t like it when the spotlight is put on her immediately and she has to dance – she simply doesn’t know what to do any does something random. However, she can sing and she does not mind singing whenever. The girl is also very clumsy and trips over everything and anything which isn’t great since she loves to wear tall shoes; plus, she has a horrible sense of direction.
She is, generally, very comfortable around people though and doesn’t mind striking up a conversation with a stranger. Because she dislikes crying, Melanie tries to be optimistic though there are her off days when she’s just sensitive.

Extra Info Personality: Penelope is full of contradictions. She can, at times, be very much in control of her emotions to the point where she can appear almost emotionless, yet there are still times where she will almost literally explode, such as when she gets angry or frustrated. This eleven year old is a loud, bouncy typical hyper kid. Abbi is never one to be afraid of making herself heard. She is the kind of person that will with no problem shout something loud and clear in almost any public place without feeling ashamed. This can at times make her instinctively obnoxious, but really she has no intention of being rude unless you give her one.
Bravery would definitely be a reason as to why the sorting hat put this fairy in Gryffindor. Personality: Tag is a very happy, upbeat person. He is usually smiling or telling a joke or having a very random conversation with his friends. Because Tag is such a jokester type of person some people believe he is not mature for his age. That is the opposite case. Whenever one of Tag's friends seem to be having a hard time or a bad day he goes and talks to them and gives them advice, to the best of his ability, and helps them out. Usually he knows what to say or what to do to make his friends smile again. Tag's funny side turns completely serious and concerning, when it is needed. Personality Blair is your typical 11 year old : cheerful, easily excited and most importantly eager to learn. Not overly extrovert but Blair is not afraid of making herself heard. When comparing her background with a lot of other people, Schuyler really has little to complain about. Her parents are still happily married with four healthy kids. Money isn’t much of an issue, with her father being an international wizarding diplomat and her mother working in design for Witch Weekly. Her father's promotion was the very reason that her family made the big move from New York City to London just before Schuyler's fifth year. However, in spite of being fortunate enough to have a loving and stable family with few financial problems, Schuyler isn’t a spoiled brat. Her upbringing, character, and experiences prior to Hogwarts have shaped her into an accepting and genuine fifteen-year-old.
She was born and raised with her brothers and sisters in Brooklyn, New York, where she attended first through fourth years at Salem Academy. The city was her stomping grounds, her home. Hence, when her father’s promotion brought the family to London, Schuyler had some adjusting to do. She and her older and closest brother Ansel are now at a new school, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry - both placed in Gryffindor.
THE PERSONALITY
Her adventurous attitude and stubborn nature no doubt contributed to her placement in Gryffindor house. She finds no better motivation than someone telling her that 'she can't' and to coincide with this, Schuyler is very open and willing to try new things. Having grown up with three siblings and a plethora of other people just outside her doorstep, Schuyler is very accustomed and comfortable with interacting and socializing with other people. She has a tendency to feel emotions intensely and occasionally gets frustrated when someone else shows indifference towards a matter that she feels very strongly about. In matters of head versus heart, heart wins very often. Concealing emotions and thoughts is not her strong suit, and a mere look at her face can be enough to give her away.
Generally, she does relatively well in classes, but her other pursuits sometimes get in the way of her studies. A true friend is something she holds in high regard, as she has had her fair share of fair-weather friends in the past.
In short, there is a sweetness and want for fun that radiates from the Gryffindor, but look a little closer and you'll find her crave for some edge and mischief.
