Diagon Alley businesses - Gringotts Wizarding Bank, The Owl Post Office, and Daily Prophet - are now accepting summer internship applications from Hogwarts students for the 2079 summer! All applicants must be rising fifth through seventh year students, in good standing at the prestigious school, and require a recommendation as well as OWL scores if already taken.
For those who've already graduated from Hogwarts, or will be graduating at the current term's end, there are entry level positions available at the aforementioned shops, as well as Paradise Piercings and Tattoos. Graduates must be no older than nineteen on the date of application, and include a recommendation and OWL/NEWT scores with their application.
All qualifying applicants should owl their applications and all inquiries to 143b Diagon Alley before the 18th of May. Limited number of internships and entry level positions available, good luck to all that apply!

OOC: We've all had those characters who've aspired to be a Gringotts Cursebreaker, or wanted a summer internship at the prestigious Daily Prophet. Hard to play on SS when we've got a limited amount of shopkeeper positions in Diagon, and SO MANY members who'd love to be one, right? Well not anymore!
Diagon Alley Staff is excited to announce In Character Jobs, our newest feature to the Alley! These positions, both temporary and long term, are available to virtually any member and require only one thing, that you RP! We want you to come join us in the fun of working at a DA shop while allowing your character to gain the experience they need for their desired work field. To apply for these positions, you only need to fill out the questionnaire for either the internship or entry level positions. There is currently only a limited amount of slots for each shop, so the sooner you get these in the better! Though this definitely is not first come first serve, and all those who are chosen will receive a shiny new title, and will have their character's name added to their post-bit.

A Few Guidelines/FAQ:
- You must be an active member in the site wide RPGs
- Exceptional conduct and behavior IC & OOC (no unexpired infractions/warnings)
- Fill out this questionnaire for internships, and this one for entry level positions
- This is currently only available to Hogwarts students/graduates only, though exceptions will be made for school staff, as they currently play no students.
The deadline for all applications is November 30th. Good luck to all that apply!

lets say my boy theres a charrie that i want to sign up for a DA Summer Internship.... will that charrie be allowed to apply for MOM too when summer is over? (say on the next time MOM opens for new applicants).
or... will a charrie be allowed to have a job at MOM while keeping a part time job at DA? (something like working two jobs)

If your character wants to have two jobs, then go for it. We won't stop you.
As of right now though, he'd only be able to apply for entry level positions, as internships are currently only offered to students who will be returning to Hogwarts.
