Hello there, your thread has qualified into our forum and you can now begin RP'ing as soon as you get some players. We would like to remind you of a few links which are here for your reference:
Zeke has never been invited to a party before. Oh wait, a cook out. He's never been invited to a cook out before. What was a cook out? Blink. Oh well. It sounded pretty nice to Zeke and since he had nothing better to do and that Adeline was now his friend, I guess, he came over.
Wearing some casual clothes, Zeke tried to look for which one of the houses belonged to Adeline. Checking the address on the invitation, he checked each place one by one until he reached a really awesome house that's mostly made up of glass. "Epic," he said to himself as he examined the whole place.
He went up the steps and stood in front of the door, not knowing whether to ring the doorbell or just knock. But it was glass after all. It's best not to knock. Hmm. And Zeke just stood there. Like the fool he was. And he didn't bring anything with him at all. A cook out...did that require him to bring something to cook? Waaa. What to do? Maybe wait until someone notices him?
Zeke, there's a doorbell. Go ring it. Gee. Use your mind. Finally realizing that there was a doorbell, he rang it and waited for someone to let him in. As he waited, he turned back and watched the waves crashing down the shore on the beach. This girl was rich.

Alyssa arrived at Adeline beach house. The house was awesome. She just wasn't sure whether she was dressed appropriately or whether she should have dressed up a little bit more. But then she shrugged her shoulders and decided that it was too late to turn back to change.
She walked up to the house and noticed that somebody had already arrived before her. It was Zeke. Just seeing him made her want to turn around and walk back the way she came, but she decided that she couldn't avoid seeing him forever, so she straightened her shoulders and walked up to the door. "Hi Zeke. Guess you got the invitiation too."

Zeke must have been so caught up at staring at the waters of the beach that he didn't notice someone else approaching. It was only until he heard the voice that he realized that another person was there. Lyssie also went to the door in front of where he was standing rather stiffly.
He smiled and held up the invitation he had in his left hand, "Yeap. Right here." Maybe it was now the time to clarify stuff about the cook out. "Erm, Lyssie, by any chance do you know what a cook out is? We're going to be....cooking? Uhm, outside?" Rawr, Zeke. It's pretty obvious, why don't you connect the dots yourself and figure it out. Cook out. Somehow related to what you just asked.

Nikolas wondered when people would start to arrive. He liked it when people arrived earlier than normal. Nik went outside to check on the grill. HE lifted the top of the grill open and checked on the burgers and hot dogs. Nik looked up from the grill when he heard the door bell. Nikolas entered from the sliding glass door that entered from the kitchen and then down a short hallway to the glass door and he saw two people outside. He opened the door and smiled at them. “Hello.” He said in a friendly tone.

And just before he heard Lyssie's reply, Zeke heard another voice. This time, it wasn't a guest anymore since it came from inside the house, not unless the guy arrived reaaaaaaaal early. "Hey, is Adeline home?" he greeted and asked the nice guy.

So he was invited to a party. And not just any party, a party held by a girl who's heart he had broken a couple of weeks ago.
... This was going to be awkward, wasn't it?
But it didn't have to be! There was still that slight bubble of hope bouncing around inside Alec that made him believe that 'friends' was something him and Adeline could be. No one could back out of being friend with someone after sharing ice cream with them. And they had shared ice cream this time last year! On Adeline's birthday! And now they were meeting again!
Alec grinned slightly as he looked around at his surroundings. They were right near a beach! This was brilliant! They could have lots of ice cream! And they could have a blast! Yeah, this was going to be the best summer ever!
Alec turned his eyes away from the beach and looked at the doorway to the house. There were three people standing there already. One was someone he knew very well and the other two were people he had heard about and met very briefly. He ran up the steps towards the three people. "Hey Lyss!" he said, before turning to the other two, "Hey!"

Nik look at them. "You three can come out to the back deck with me. It has a beautiful view of the beach and ocean." He tried to smiled.
He didn't know these people. He had heard of them but he didn't know them personally.
He waved them him and walked back through the little hallway and out the glass sliding door to the blueish/grey colored deck. He went to go check on the food on the grill. He took off the hot dogs and the burger and put them on a big plate and he set them on a little table to cool off.

"Hi Zeke. Uh a cook out is something like a barbecue. Everything is casual and we all have fun eating outside. You'll like it. Is this your first one?Alyssa asked Zeke.
Then the front door opened and a good looking older boy popped his head out and introduced himself as Adeline's brother. "Hi Nick. It's nice to meet you. Thank you for having us here. Your place is awesome "
Just as was about to enter the house, Alyssa heard a familiar voice behind her. "Hey there Alec. You got invited too? Cool. I wonder who else? Did Anya get an invitation as well?"Alyssa asked looking around for Alec's constant companion, before following Nick into the house as he showed them around.

"I see. Barbecues, eh?" Mehehe, Zeke liked the sound of that. Oh who are we kidding? He liked anything as long as it was good food. "Yep, it is." Not that he was actually invite to anyone's house before. Let alone a cook out. He didn't have any friends before. Guess Hogwarts is changing his life for him now.

And another new addition to their group. The space in front of the front door was beginning to get crowded. "Hi," Zeke greeted and nodded at the boy. A few seconds later, he decided to give the kid a small smile too.

He nodded again. "Alright then, leggo," he said. A back deck sounded nice. Besides, Zeke gotta admit he was looking forward to seeing the rest of the place. It was kind of cool. Who knew Adeline lived in such a place?
Zeke followed closely behind the guy. And as they reached the place, Zeke could smell the grilled food. This was gonna be a nice day. There was food and there was the beach. He leaned against the railing and stared at the ocean. It was calming, really. Peaceful too. Makes Zeke at ease.

She knew his name? Wait! He remembered now. "The girl who won't admit that she's beautiful." Nik chuckled. "Hello. So how have you been?" he asked her. "I just got it two weeks ago when Adeline had some issues at Hogwarts." Nik said glancing at Alec.

Before he could say anything else to the people there, the oldest boy, most likely Adeline's brother?, said something to them. Something about... Adeline? So the girl was here, yes? Alec could go and see her later, right? Right. But he couldn't barge into her bedroom or anything. That would be rude.
Alec blinked as his attention was brought to... Lyss! Now this was a girl he had no trouble over. The twelve year old grinned at the girl he counted as his older sister. "Hey!" Had he said that already? "Yeah, I did. And you did as well!" Otherwise she wouldn't be here, would she? "Erm... Anya didn't get an invite but I'm sure more people will turn up soon." It can't be just the three of them there. And it was probably a good thing that Anya wasn't coming. Adeline and Anya having a fight on Adeline's big party day wouldn't be... nice. "You look nice, Lyss."
And then the other older boy started talking. "Hey!" he said, "I don't know if we've met. I'm Alec, Alec Summers." It was good to introduce yourself right? And he could make a new friend today! Someone who wasn't a girl and likely to-
But something the other older guy said caught him off guard. Adeline had issues at Hogwarts. And these issues had to be linked with him didn't it? Unless the older guy was talking about something else, and someone else. But right now, it didn't seem likely. When did he even get into this mess in the first place? "Erm... Is she okay? Adeline?"

Nik looked at the boy that walked over. "Nice to meet you. I'm Adeline's older brother Nik." he introduced himself. Was Adeline okay? Why wouldn't she be? Well she was now. Until she saw this boy. "Well...yes she is....she's just in her room right now." he told the boy.

Hmmm. Zeke turned to look at the boy and examined his face. Just in case he's seen him before. "I'm afraid not. Nope. We haven't," he smiled at Alec. "I'm Zeke."'And I have no plans of telling my full name to anyone. Yup, no sir. Am not. Ever. NEVER.'
To be nice or not to be nice....
OH WELL, it was an innocent kid anyway. A cute and innocent and nice kiddo. Or was it?
Anyhow, Zeke decided to be nice and be true to himself now. He'd only act rude to those were rude as well, and those annoying ones. Aaaand, know-it-all girls who'd never leave him alone. Also, older people thinking that they're 'all-that.' He had to admit, too, he did like young people. He doesn't seem like the guy to be like that, but he was. Though he didn't want anyone to know he was nice deep inside. No need for that. Besides, it's nice to put on a tough act. So no one would see through your vulnerability. No one can break through your walls... BUT enough of that.

His eyes slightly rested upon the older boy whom he now discovered was named Nik. And was Adeline's older brother. Gee, Adeline was a long name. She must have a nickname or something. Like how the guy's being called Nik.
Speaking of Nik..what was it short for? Nikolas? Nikolai? Nikolaias? Nikolo? Mehh. Zeke shrugged that thought off. Maybe it wasn't short for anything. Just plain Nik. Anyways, enough of that too. Zeke, you have had too much nonsense thoughts for today.
"So you live here now? Or is it just a temporary house?" He suddenly said, just trying to make conversation and not be awkward just standing there.

As Alyssa waited for Nik's permission, she heard Zeke say hi to Alec and then ask Nik whether this was where they stayed. She rolled her eyes. Zeke really needed to lighten up and just relax for once. She knew that she still irritated the heck out of him but she didn't care anymore. She was no longer going force herself on him and try to be his friend if he didn't want to be hers. To each his own...or in her case...her own.

"Well you definitely picked a nice place. I'm sorry to hear that your Mom didn't want you guys to live with her. I guess parents sometimes have their own problems which we will never understand. But it's great that you're old enough that you can take care of Adeline, yourself. She's really lucky to have a protective brother like you....and a good looking one too." Alyssa couldn't help teasing him. "Okay, okay I'm done teasing you, Nik. I'm sorry. I really wasn't flirting with you. I have a feeling that you get that a lot already from girls your age. So who else is showing up?" she asked him.
Birthday party. He's invited to a birthday party and not just any birthday party but a girl party. Sure Messer had attend some of birthday party but he never went to one before the only girl birthday party he ever attend was his sister's. And to make t worst he's late. He's very very late. He just hoped that Adeline hasn't start the party.
Messer couldn't help to grin when he noticed his surrounding. He's in the beach. Finally he could feel real summer. The sun. The beach. He should thank Adeline later.
Once he's on the doorway, he saw some people already arrived. Messer grinned widely when he saw Alec was there. For a moment he thought that Adeline not gonna invite his roommate but he's glad that she did. "Hello. I'm sorry I'm late." then he turned his gaze toward his housemates. "Hey Lyss and Alec. How are you?"
