100. Homework.

“Oh, come on, Hermione,” Ron whined loudly. It was one of those days, Hermione thought to herself. Ron never wanted to do his homework, especially since he never understood it. Every time Ron asked, Hermione was dying to help him, but he was nearly impossible to help. The easiest way to help him was to simply do it for him. “Ron, how will you ever learn if you don’t at least try it by yourself for once?” Hermione inquired. Ron rolled his eyes and spoke, “But I have Quidditch.” Hermione looked back from him to her homework, and simply shrugged.

8. Potions

Hermione sat in potions, just a few seats away from Ron. Professor Snape was going on about how to make a potion that Hermione already knew well. It was simple things like this that managed to get on her nerves. Her brown eyes peeked over at Ron, who was looking at Snape in confusion. Ron began to feel someone looking at him and began to glance over at Hermione. The short second he saw her beautiful face, he couldn’t stop staring. Professor Snape strode over and glared, “Mr. Weasley, now is not the time to be staring at Miss Granger!”

56. Fight

Hermione walked down the corridor after class as Ron wandered a few feet behind her. As he was headed to his next class, a boy maybe a year ahead of him started to stroll beside him. “So, Weasley, Hermione is looking quite…. Nice today isn’t she?” he said. Ron’s ears flushed pink as he clenched his fist. The net thing the boy said was unheard as Ron punched him in the gut, causing him to slouch to the floor. “Don’t ever talk about her again,” Ron demanded. Hermione stood frozen, looking at Ron in the middle of the corridor, speechless.
