Storeroom by the Conference Room

[Maxilocks]

This is a small, damp room, that contains large boxes, and old furniture. There are a few, rickety chairs, and a single, burning light on the ceiling, that illuminates the dusty, ole interiors.

Alex got to the storeroom with Frida and Morlen. She opened the door and sneezed with all of the dust. "This room really needs a cleaning." she said. She waited for Frida to come in with Morlen, so they could deciede what to do with him.

"Yeah, but that can wait." Frida said and levitated Morlen into a standing position in front of the open door. There was all sorts of junk in the closet/storeroom. "Just make sure you don't bash his head on anything." Frida said and took the charm off of Morlen, holding him up with her own hands so that the man wouldn't falll backwards.
Despite all of the trouble he had caused, they weren't permitted to injure Morlen any further. Frida gestured to Alex and said, "Well...?" Tilting her head for the girl to get Morlen inside. A ghost of a smirk was on her lips. Now that the day was NEARLY over, Frida was able to realize how happy she was to be getting home soon.

Alex moved him into the corner of the store room. Ick, the man was gross along with this room. She asked Frida "Can we leave now?" She was anxious to get out of there and go home.

"Head back to the conference room, yes." Frida said quietly and glanced towards Morlen again. He really was out cold. She made sure that the ropes were binding him well enough and closed the door on him. Without a wand, Morlen couldn't apparate or disapparate. "Don't worry. The days aren't always this chaotic."
Frida turned and headed to the conference room again, maybe the others had gotten a good handle on the mess. There was still the task of dealing with 'Ria', and making sure that the woman wouldn't remember anything that had happened.

"Well, that's good." she said. "I couldn't handle this everyday." she said, smiling. She started to make her way back to the Confrence Room, but before she left, she shut the door on Morlen.

Sion stepped into the Conference Room, pulled up a chair, and sat down. Out cold. Morlen Deverex was finally out cold. But he had caused enough chaos to last for quite, quite a while.

There was so much she had to face, right now. MLES - Ministry Security - and the injuries of the employees. People who had been brave enough to fight, and unfortunately - been hurt in the process.

Georgina had finally got around to the storeroom, though she might have accidentally wandered around a bit getting confused and whatnot... She had no idea why. Though in all that mayhem that Morlen caused, she hit her head again, hard. The cut was split open again. Georgina knew none of this, but awoke when most of the smoke had cleared. "Alright, so what're we doing with him?"

Sion looked up at Georgina. "You're hurt." It wasn't a question, but a statement. "I'm sorry," Sion added, after a moment's pause. "That meeting should have been fun."

... and for a while, it had been. It really had been. Until Morlen had showed his true colours.

"I need a few answers," she told Georgina, honestly. "I think we all do. Then I'm going to hand him over to Magical Law Enforcement and Ministry Security. They'll know what to do with him."

"Hm?" Georgina reached up and touched her head to feel the blood now once again fresh. "Oh, it's noth..... I'll be fine." She stopped herself from saying it was nothing, it was something if she was bleeding, but she will be fine nonetheless.

Then Sion mentioned answers, Georgina liked this plan.. "Verita Serum?"

Sion frowned. "The healer should be here, soon," she said. She didn't like injuries; and, to be honest, all those stunners to the chest had left her in more pain than she was willing to admit. But Georgina looked worse. Much worse. "I only hope it is the healer."

They didn't need a new, dark artiste-in-disguise.

"If it comes to that," she nodded.

[The Announcer]

Morlen stirred. His head hurt. His chest hurt. The moment his eyes flew open, he sat up straighter and tried to move. Then he realized he was bound. By ropes. Stupid people. STUPID people.

He glared at the two women in the room. "What do you want?" he asked acidly. Where was his wand? He needed it.

Sion resisted the urge to pick something up, and thwack Morlen on the head. He had destroyed - quite literally - a good portion of the Department, and hurt more people than she could count. This man had no conscience, none at all. Eyes narrowing, she looked right at him.

"I'm going to ask you a few questions, Mr. Deverex," she said, coldly. "And you are going to answer them."

[The Announcer]

Morlen spat at Sion's feet. "I can't believe you people dared to bind me," he growled. He was going to be next Voldemort, he knew he was. How dare they attempt to lock him up? "I'll be out of here before you know it, and then you'll all pay."

If only he could somehow get his wand.

Stay calm. Sion took a deep breathe, refusing to take her gaze off Morlen. Morlen. Was that even his real name? She had a feeling it was; but then, he had fooled them all, before.

Yes, she - all of them - had to tread carefully.

"Who is Ria, Morlen?"

Ria? She cared about Ria? Morlen laughed, a short, sarcastic laugh. "Stupid muggle girl," he said, his distaste of muggle-borns evident in his speech. "I gave her what I call my Imperius Potion, to make her follow my commands."

He smirked, making it clear how proud he was of his potion-making abilities.

No wonder. Perhaps she ought to send a Patronus to the Conference Room, to inform Tasha and Frida of this, immediately. But then, such a situation would be part of both's actual job - yes, if anyone would know how to handle Ria, it was the Heads of the Obliviator Headquarters, and the Muggle-Worthy Excuse Committe.

"I see," Sion said, quietly. "I suppose Ria's family knows nothing of this?" She paused, and then added, "Where is Ria's real home, Morlen?"

[The Announcer]

Morlen sniggered. "Of course not. I bet they're dead worried where their pretty little lass is gone." He was finding this amusing, to be honest. Sure, he was concerned about his immediate circumstances, but it was fun to boast of his successes.

"If you think I'll tell you that, you're quite mistaken, m'dear," he sneered.

Sion could tell Morlen liked to boast. He was, she figured, some sort of wannabe dark artiste, someone who enjoyed talking of how good he was. She doubted he knew actual dark magic.

But she wasn't going to jump to conclusions.

Not where Morlen was concerned.

Morlen nodded, sulkily. "Fine creations they are, too," he pointed out. He couldn't believe that, after all the effort he had put into this, how well he had planned this, these people had managed to get the better of him.

"You'd want to know why I chose your department, now?" He gave her a bitter look. "I heard how you're new. Some polyjuice potion, and making myself look good was easy." He had thought it would be relatively simple to wreck a place, if the Department Head herself hadn't settled in, yet. Yes, yes, much easier. "I can't believe you stupid people managed to take me down." He muttered something under his breath, and then crossed his arms furiously across his chest.

"I refuse to answer any more of your foolish questions," he said. "I demand you untie me, and let me go at once."

Of course she wanted to know. Of course. Sion doubted Morlen was telling the full story, but she kept quiet; and, when he outright refused to answer any questions, did not say a word. He could sulk or throw a tantrum, if he wanted to - Sion was not going to give him back his wand, or untie him, and she could bet he knew that, as well as she did.

"Very well," she said, quietly. Then, one leg crossed over the other, she did not say anything else. The Heads of Magical Law Enforcement and Ministry Security were going to arrive soon, and she was going to let them tackle this man. Her part, here, was done.

Hearing Sion's reply made her go silent, she didn't think she needed a healer, not at all. Instead she listened to the interrogation thing at hand... Ria? Who's Ria? Muggle? There was a muggle in the conference room? "Weren't we questioning him for all that smoke and damage to the room and the pink pigeons and whatnot?" What was all this with a muggle girl?


Though Georgina could only remember what she saw after she awoke, and nothing of the conference before that.

"He was... What? Why didn't I see that?" They were all in the same room right? How could she not see a muggle girl being used as a pawn?

Even though she was talking to Ria, reasoning with her too, she had no recollection.

Georgina was so confused, she didn't know what Alex was talking about.
