Gryffindor House Table

This table seats the noble students of Gryffindor house.

Carter couldn't believe it. It was the end of the year already. It had been a crazy year. He was a little sad to leave, but at the same time he was looking forward to it. This would be a summer like no other for him. He took a seat at the oh-so-familiar house table. He drummed his fingers and waited for more people to show up.

Fyo could NOT believe this.

This term was ... about to be over. It had been such a whirlwind, as painful as it had been cheerful and, as he took a seat, the fourth year's eyes were rather wide at the thought. He couldn't believe it was time to head back home, for the summer! Really!

He looked around, only to spot Carter. "Hey there!" he said, with a friendly smile. "I can't believe the year's over this soon."

Lucy stuck her head in the Great Hall. So, the End of Term Feast has began. She was quite sad to be leaving so soon. She walked over to the Gryffie table and plopped down between Carter and...Fyo?!! Yup, it was Fyo. Her face turned pink for a minute as she remembered the disaster in that Potions class, but then she smiled at both of them.

"Hey, guys! Can't believe the term is over!" She said with a pout.

Oh my, it looked like everyone had the same thoughts on this matter! Fyo grinned at Lucy - ah yes, he had pretty much forgotten the 'incidents' of one, freaky potions class - then nodded.

"It's been such a tough cookie," he said. To tell the truth, he wasn't sure if he would come back, next year. The drama drained him of energy. "I can't believe it's just ... over. Really."

"It's hard to digest," Fyo agreed. He would miss Hogwarts, despite the fact this term had been, in a way, rather terrible.

Fun things? Well, what with Nova sick and all ... he wasn't so sure. Buttt ... "Well, I have a trip to the Caribbean in the pipeline," he told Carter. "With my best friend, Brody Summers." Then he added with a chuckle, "I don't think we've been formally introduced yet. I'm Fyo."

"My parents adopted a little girl. So I'll have a new sister when I get home. And I've also been invited to visit some of my friends. That would be fun. Since I'm muggle-born I'll miss magic." Carter said wondering what exactly he'd be up to. Would he go see Ella and Marilyn? He hoped so.

Oooh, that sounded like fun! "Little sisters are awesome," Fyo said. "I have one too and, what a coincidence! She's adopted, too! Of course, that a while back ... and we feel like she's one of the family."

Yep. Nova was as much of a 'real' sister, as possible. He had never really thought of her as an 'adopted' one.

Jason sat down. Then he did his 100 sit-ups, 100 push-ups and 50 jumping jacks. " I am graduating " Jason called out to the students on the table.

Fyo raised an eyebrow as Jason ... tried to do a bit of exercise, after he had sat down. Whoa! What in the name of Merlin was the seventh year trying to do? "We knowww," he called back, with a chuckle. "Gryffindor will miss one of its top-scorers, Jason!"

Alexandra walked into the great Hall quite reluctantly. She was going to miss Hogwarts during the break. She looked around and couldn't help but smile though. All of the new friends she had made were going to be back next term and that was a good thing.

Walking up she took a seat next to Lucy and said, "Hey! Do you have any idea for the summer break?" She was really bad at making small talk.

Josh walked to the Gryffindor Table, where he belonged, and found a seat to himself rather quietly than usual since he was lost in thoughts. The year was over and a long summer break was waiting for him. A summer break without Rose... even without any of his friends. He was not even going to see his parents much and he had to stay in London with that annoying, boring man for at least one month. *Sigh* It was going to be a long, long long summer.

Alexandra smiled and said, "Well, my parents and I always go to our beach house so that's probably about it. Nothing too great." Her face fell a bit when she thought about Lorcan not being able to be with her. "Well, my Auntie Dora is getting married, so I may go to the wedding, that'll be loads of fun. She is a riot." Lexi added picking her smiel back up. "Ireland sounds fun though!!"

Lucy saw that Alexandra's face had fallen and wondered what the cause of it was. But then she was smiling again.

"Oh, that sounds like fun as well!!! I've never heard of her, though," Lucy said thoughtfully.
"Yeh, Ireland is..all right. I prefer my home, though," Lucy said with a chuckle. Then she thought of something.

"Hey, Lorcan's Irish, right?"

Barry spotted Jason sitting at the gryfindor table. This could not be true! He had wasted this whole term when Jason had been back! He everything but ran to him and gave him a hug.(Plymouth had taught him it was ok to hug people).

He then looked to Jason "I`m so sorry Jason, for anything that I did which made you go away for the last few terms. How are you now? What year are you in? We`re going to have to hang out sometime next term" Barry said but then he remembered he was appologising "Do you forgive me?"

Well, Lexi didn't figure Lucy had heard of her aunt before, that would have been odd. But she smiled at her anyway and said, "We must keep in touch this summer, Lucy. I have really enjoyed hanging out with you areound the castle and in the common room. It's a shame we never got to prank anybody together." Her face fell a bit on that bit too. She had spent a lot of money on those pranking supplies and never used any of them.

Aww. "You can come over to my house," Fyo told Lucy. "I have friends over for the summer. Camped with a couple of them, last time, too." Torin, Reese and Lissy, to be more precise, but he didn't want to say that out loud. Torin's memory was such a ... bitter-happy one.

"I bet that's fun, too. You get a lot more attention, no? Though I would never want to be one, now that I have Nova."

Ainsley walked into the Great hall for the end of term feast, still unsure of where the term had truly gone. One day it was just begining and the next finals for clases were being taken. Making her way to an open spot at the Gryffindor table,the young girl sat down and absently placing bits and pieces the food in front of her on her plate. Taking a bite or two with a soft sigh.
