All Magical Creatures have a place in the wizarding world, but there are exceptions. Here lies the place where dangerous creatures' fates' will be decided, and the best and most humane ways of taking care of the creatures that just won't learn to get along with wizards.

Some creatures are hard to classify farther than being beasts. Some beasts are best classified as pests, for they come in large, constantly multiplying, numbers. These would be the pests, and they are hard to rid yourself of. Is your garden plagued with Garden Gnomes? Are Horklumps the reason the gnomes are there in the first place? Have some nasty biting Doxy's infesting your draperies? Here is the discussion and control of those little pests.

With a slight swagger, Teal made his way down the hallway drinking from his coffee cup, just about ready for another long day of work. Sighing as he turned the corner, Teal walked down a few more doors before he arrived at his Head Quarters; The Committee for the Disposal of Dangerous Creatures. Even though it wasn't his cup of tea sentencing certain creatures to death, he was glad he had the job anyways. It settled his conscience to know that he was there to make the calls on the fate of these so called 'Dangerous Creatures', not some tyrannical lunatic who just wanted to see bloodshed. As a matter o' fact, he was quite pleased with his new job as he had been working with Dragon's in Romania for the past ten years until he finally reapplied for a job here at the Ministry two years ago.

Teal opened the door and walked into the large room, he took a quick glance around this familiar place and headed over to his desk in the corner. Taking the last drink from his coffee, he tossed it into the wastebasket nearby and took a seat as his desk, sitting back and relaxing for just a moment. Teal sighed as he leaned forward and grabbed the file's laying on his desk and read them over; the one catching his eye was the fact that Hogwarts was holding 'dangerous' creatures there now, and students that were third years or older had access to see them. With a slight shake of the head, Teal turned the page and saw the the Professor in charge was Fabian Clark. His eyes widened as he instantly recognized the name; Clark was a past professional Quidditch player for the Puddlemore United and was quite the player not too long ago. Teal shrugged, and couldn't help but thinking, hopefully those creature's don't cause too many problems...I don't want to have to go down there. The truth was, he wasn't very good with kids and the thought of entering Hogwarts to reveal the demise of an out-of-line creature seemed very irritated. Teal didn't think much of it however, as he knew problems probably wouldn't arise anyway. Looking up to the door, Teal smiled as he realized none of his other fellow employees had entered yet. He sifted though some file's in his desk's drawer and started to fill out some paperwork, just wanting to get it over with.

Padme came into her room, looking around. She noticed a stack of papers on the desk and began to look through them. She was looking for a certain piece of paper with information on doxies as she could not remember what the powder was to stun them and get rid of them. She continued to search through the papers, and hoped someone would come in soon to help her out.

Kai walked into the room, she noticed that to her left was a desk. Upon further inspecton she noticed it was her desk.

She sat down in the chair and began to look through the stack of papers that accumilated on the top of desk, she sighed "Oh boy, this is going to take me a while to do" she said with a slight frown. She sighed once more, picked up her quill and began to write.

Draxon was nervous but excited about his new job. He was 6 foot 7 and owned muscles any body builder would be envious of, disposing of dangerous creatures seemed like the perfect job for him. Draxon knew how to handle these creatures, Care of Magical Creatures had been his top mark in school and he'd worked with Lethifold's after graduation. He was pretty sure he'd handle this job quite well. Excellently even.

He followed the signs for the Committee for the Disposal of Dangerous Creatures and entered the office, ducking slightly in order to fit through the door. That was just something he did naturally now after knocking himself out a few dozen times.

One person was sat at a desk, filling out paperwork it appeared, and Draxon headed straight for them, clearing his throat in order to get their attention. "Scuse me." He said, stroking the stubble on his chin, his voice a low gruff growl. "Are you the boss?"

Quick and straight to the point. That was the best way.

Padme came into the room and was looking through her desk. She was searching for a letter that someone had sent to her a few days ago. It had information to do with an animal that she was researching. She continued to search before she realized someone else was in the room.

"Oh, hello there." She said to them.

AJ approached the Pest Board's cubicles with a smile on her face, a curious one. "Greetings, Pest controllers. It seems there's a bit of an issue with Bowtruckles infesting the trees where our good Minister himself is getting married, and we've been asked to keep these critters, and all other creatures, away from the ceremonies, they want nothing ruining the wedding. Who'd like to come down with me and have a look?" she asked, with an amused smile on her face.

"I suppose I shall come down with you there Arrica." Padme said as she turned around to look at the person who had come through the door. "Especially so that the minister can have a good wedding without any creatures disturbing." Padme lent down and picked up her jacket to go outside.

Teal yawned as he was finishing another long line in his paper work, this Erkling case was really getting back... and it was almost time to contact Wizengamont as well. Right as he finished his sentence, he heard the door open and one of the new employee's walked it.

He looked up from his paper and noticed that the guy wasn't just big, he was massive. Teal stayed sitting in his seat, but he could tell that the guy was probably more than four inches taller than him, and Teal considered himself pretty tall as it is. Of course, it didn't rattle Teal at all, he was as hard as a rock and he had been working with dangerous creatures all of his life, nothing rattled him.

As the new guy asked if Teal was the boss, he shook his head... I basically am of this committee though, he said with a slight frown on his face, before shaking it off. "No, I'm not. But I can get you settled in." he said, taking another big sip of his coffee. "You are, Derwent right?... Well your desk is over there." Teal said, pointing across the room at one of the vacant desks, the name plate read, 'Derwent, Draxon'. Teal stood up and walked over to the guy and put out his hand for a handshake, "I'm Teal Andrus, nice to finally have some help around here." he said with a grin.

"Yeah, that's me." Draxon nodded when the guy asked if he was 'Derwent', slowly, he turned to the desk that was being pointed out and smiled when he saw a name plate with his name across it. Draxon had always wanted one of those.

"Nice to meet you Teal." Draxon grinned back, shaking his hand with his firm grip. When Teal had stood up himself, Draxon hadn't failed to notice he was also on the bigger side, just like himself. Perhaps it was a popular trait around this department.

"So, what's happening on the dangerous creatures front?" He asked, letting go of Teal's hand and nodding at the papers he'd noticed on his desk. He was ready to get straight to work. Draxon wasn't really one for sitting around and waiting, he just wanted to get straight into it.

Corvus smiled as she jumped out of her chair and walked over toward the two "I would love to help as well" she said as she continued to smile.

AJ smiled, "Alright then, let us go down there, we need to take care of this quickly, now," she said, and walked out of the office, towards the stairs. She needed the exercise, after being cooped up in this office all day long, the lifts weren't really the best of ideas, she thought.

Corvus gave a quick nod and walked out the door along with the other two.

AJ entered the offices of her Pest control people, and posted a notice on their personal bulletin board:

To anyone listening or watching, she said, "One of you please take care of that A.S.A.P., please?" she said, knowing she could simply have taken care of it herself, but figured that this would keep at least one division of her department happy and busy.

Padme looked at the bulletin board and read what was posted. She personally did not like roaches but if she was needed to do something, she would do it. She wanted to be able to be proactive and do something to help.

She thought about a few things of what she would need and then decided to go up to level 6 as soon as she was done with her paperwork that she was in the middle of.

Corvus nodded her head and walked out the door "I'll get this over with" she muttered, as she continued to walk.

AJ walked into the room with a satisfied smile on her face. "Okay, so I finally got the information as to the Minister's Wedding Site Bowtruckle infestation assignment." she announced proudly, "apparently the liaison to our department seems to have gone missing," she said with a slight laugh. "Doesn't sound serious or anything, tho that's not the point. The point is: who was it that was coming with me in the first place?" she said, still smiling and ready to let only the person helping her know the details, afterall, she WAS told to do this job in secret...

"Both of us were, however by the time I got there the problem was already taken care of" she paused "Someone from the level 6 department decided to take care of it him self" she smiled "But I think the credit should go to padme because she was the first one who said she would go with you"

AJ smiled, "Oh no, Corvus I think you're getting the two jobs confused. This is to go with me to... oh darnit I just forgot the name of it, but it's a park that gets a lot of Muggle foot traffic, and we have to contain a bowtruckle infestation problem in the trees around the area which the minister is getting married in. Not the giant roach problem on Level 6..." she said softly, "So which one of you wanted to help take care of some bowtruckles?" she asked again.

She'd found the office pretty quickly,well for a beginner anyway.It was on the fourth level and had big solid doors.She nodded and smiled. This is going to be fun she thought to herself.Lydia had only gotten the job a week again,and was excited,even now.But the excitment could take away the sense of nervousness.This was her first day and couldnt wait to get into the job.She opened the door,to find two big muscular men stood infront of her. She looked at the for a moment and then smiles. These must be my new collegues.. she told herself.She walked over to them in a calm collected mannor,even though she was all over the place inside

"Hello.."She said,smiling."Im Lydia.."She said."I take it this the Division of the Committee for the Disposal of Dangerous Creatures?"She asked them.

Corvus paused for a second before speaking "Both of us, but I think I was the second to say I would go" she sighed, running a hand through her hair.

AJ looked to Corvus, who seemed a bit awkward and reluctant to speak. "So, Padme seems a bit preoccupied, and we need to take care of this quickly, no one really knows when the Minister is getting married, and there can't be any pests interrupting his ceremonies..." AJ said, smiling to her employee.

She walked over to one of the desks and scribbled something on it, and left it at Padme's desk for her to find,

Corvus and I have gone to Hampstead Heath Park to check out a bowtruckle infestation. If you'd like to come along you are more than welcome, we need to get these pests under control very soon. Please watch out if you decide to apparate there, for there is lots of muggle foot traffic in the park and we don't want to have to obliviate them.

She finished the hastily written note and set it on her desk, and smiled at Corvus. "Shall we?" she asked, indicating that they were to leave now.

Corvus nodded and followed her out the door.

[XanaSnape]

The hoarde of house elves entered the department office, chattering loudly. One of them was magically transporting an unconscious teen girl, and they had two other children with them, both looking very upset.

"We is making mischief on this bad place, too! We IS!" cried one of the house elves. With a snap of her fingers, the paperwork on desks began to fold itself up into origami animals shapes, frolicking about the room. They jumped on desks and chairs and an origami monkey dangled from the light fixture on the ceiling. Woe be it to the wizard that came too close, for while they had no sharp teeth, these origami animals were aggressive, angry, and ready to deliver a nasty paper cut bite!

The house elves continued down the hall, searching for other opportunities for mischief making. As they left the room, one elf turned and clapped, conjuring a sign that drew and re-drew itself in the air:
