Agie knew her too well. Her best friend held on to her hand as if she had the tendency to run away. She had ever intent to run if someone wasn't hanging on to her for dear life but, she had to think of someone other than herself, which was hard at times. But it was Agie and she would do anything to help her friend, even if it was to see another mean person. Hopefully this one was not mean, but you never knew. He seemed pretty nice at the feast but looks could be deceiving at times. "Yeah, wait."

Mariel casually walked down the second floor corridor in vague search of the Headmaster's office when she stopped in front of a small group of students congregated near a gargoyle. Glancing curiously between the students and gargoyle, she figured that this must be the entrance, vaguely recalling having read about some sort of gargoyle guarding the office in Hogwarts, A History. "This is the Headmaster's Office, then?" she mused aloud more to herself than to the others, who all seemed a bit too distraught for her to want to bother them.
She stared at the gargoyle for a moment, waiting for something to happen. Were they to answer a riddle like the entrance to the Ravenclaw common room? She had never found cause to visit Headmistress Rae last term, so she was unsure of how to proceed. After a moment's thought, the young Ravenclaw decided to pull out her wand and gently tapped it twice on the gargoyle's head, waiting for a response.

" It is a password that allows you to pass." He said, almost with regret at giving away the puzzle for her. " You need a Professor to escort you or the Headmaster to call you in."
Moving away from the steps, he further saw that two very alarmed looking Hufflepuffs were waiting, along with a Gryffindor and yet, still, another Huffie.

"On second thought..." she mumbled to herself as she checked her watch. "Maybe I should come back later..." Wouldn't want to be late for class. Giving a distracted little wave to the two silent girls, Mariel turned around and headed in the opposite direction.

Paris found the Headmaster's office quite nicely. She stepped up to the gargoyles and waited for them to notice her and let her pas. She had to speak to the headmaster about potions.

Kapoor let the staircase shut closed again behind him and figured it was time to be getting back to his office, if the Headmasters' was any indication of what volume of visitors one could expect for the term. Between the Headmaster and the Arithmancy Professor, the situation with the ghosts was probably well under control by this time, and he needn't stick around to clutter what might become a crowded office space.
He smiled warmly to a nearby student awaiting entry into the Headmasters' Office, and wished her a "Good evening.", as he made his way back to the moving staircase.

She looked up at him not sure who he was or what he did in the school. "Um good evening sir," She said cautiously. In case he thought she was being kiss up and took more points way from her. She watched him walk away.

Draught? Okari leaves?" What other things could she think of? "Oh..." Then she called out, hoping she would be heard: "PROFESSOR!! I'VE GOT A POTIONS PROBLEM!!"

So Cam skipped and skipped towards the mean girl who did all of this, with the singing and the dancing. Even his eyes were twitching furiously now and now he was actually heading to the headmaster's office for this situation. Why must he be the Potions professor too? With all of the gargoyles and the passwords, it was all so complicated. As the girl started to guess the passwords, another boy asked her if she could get a teacher to come. WHAT?!
"Oi! Noooooo, I don't thiiiink so!" he sang. "Doooon't you seee the probleem wiiith mahhh voice?! It's URGEEENT!"
With a pleading look at the gargoyle, he tried guessing the passwords too. "Headmaster-Professaaahh?!"

Jake sprinted to in front of the gargoyle. This was it, right? But Jake reeeeeeally wanted to get back SOON. Cameron was here, he could give a note for him.

Lina blinked a moment as she was handed a note, then watched the kid run off. "Huh..." She pocketed it and started guessing passwords again. But the moment she was sure both of the other students had their full attention on the gargoyle she took a small step back and pulled it out just enough to see what it said, keeping her eye on the others to start becoming distracted. Mirror of Erised? She slipped it back in her pocket again before either of them could notice and looked around. The effects of the potion were problematic, yes, but this was something she really wanted to see! Anyone watching her could suddenly see the wheels turning in her eyes. She was thinking again.

Cam stared at Jake's handwriting, what was the boy really up to? But he saw what he wrote and nodded confusingly until the girl put it into her pocket. So he continued singing songs, especially romantic songs and he didn't know why. The Headmaster actually came from his lair to see who was next and then that boy had just told the Headmaster for a word, like Cam wasn't even there. UUUUGH. Whaaaat a seeelfiiish and deaf boy! He continued singing those words in his head, did the guy hear him?! Ugh, people these days, don't even care about others anymore!
He continued whining and whining in his little head. "I love you, you love me..." SILLY SONG FOR THIS SITUATION.
