UPPER LEVELS INDEX
Minister's Office
A large corkboard nearly fills up the entire wall behind the entry to the working space on Level One. This noticeboard is continuously updated with important information pertaining to the Minister's Office, including specific tasks for employees and general Ministry of Magic announcements. All employees are required to check this board regularly to keep up with the flow of the office.
Department of Magical Law Enforcement
This is a busy department. The notice board should be your first and last contact of the day, AND periodically throughout the day. It is the employee's own responsibility to be in the know and up to date on all of the Department's announcements.
Department of Magical Accidents & Catastrophes
Displayed in the corridor between the main offices and the conference room are two noticeboards where important information will be posted for employees. All Accidents and Catastrophes employees are required to keep up to date with announcements here about Level 3 or the Ministry as a whole. One noticeboard contains a copy of the latest memos sent out to employees, sometimes a nice note of appreciation from your Department Head and a list of important contacts in the Ministry.

MIDDLE LEVELS INDEX
Department of Ecological Regulation and Protection
Established in 2107 when the Department for the Control & Regulation of Magical Creatures and Department of Environmental Regulation & Protection merged, the Department of Ecological Regulation and Protection serves to protect and ensure that important magical ecosystems, landscapes and biodiversity found in the British Wizarding World are systematically protected. Responsible for all creature and plant life, they secure and monitor all magical sanctuaries, creature habitats, and reservations along with environmentally sensitive or dangerous areas.
Department of International Magical Cooperation
With all the activity going on in the department most of the time you will get a memo right to your desk or an owl to where you are working when new things need to be said, but if you think you might have missed something the department always puts a sticky on the memo board right outside his office. So come over and check out what is new or what is going on.
Department of Magical Transportation

Department of Mysteries
Located in each Chamber and Room within the Department of Mysteries is an impressive and ancient looking leather bound tome resting upon a tall pedestal. The tome will glow a brilliant red when important information has appeared within its pages and will continue to pulse this glow like a beating heart until each Unspeakable assigned to its specific room has touched the tome and read its new contents of Level-Wide and Ministry-Wide announcements, memos, and department tasks.

The Department of Magical Games and Sports is proud to announce a new tryout-only Under-17 league for Gobstones.
There will be 3 teams in this league, each with 5 spots for players and 3 reserve spots, and each with a pair of professional Gobstones players serving as coach. Take a Break In the interests of wellbeing and avoiding overwork, all Magical Law Enforcement employees are reminded to stop for a breather when and where appropriate. For those of you on Level Two who are Ministry-based or not out in the field this Friday, there will be a belated 'New Year, Same MLE' gathering in the break room (lasting the entire afternoon, covering various lunch breaks).
Nothing fancy, but there will be muffins. Also fruit. Also colleagues, so come and make friends with each other and pretend you don't suspect John Doe from that other division of using your coffee mug without asking.
Blanket 'no-judgement' statement should anyone feel the need to check the refreshments for tampering. I get it.
