Stained Glass Windows

The large stained glass window is quite the feature in the library as it lets in a lot of natural light. Not to mention one might find their face shaded in the varying colors of the glass from time to time. The window has been charmed to shine during the daytime no matter what the weather. So this will always be a bright spot in the library.

There is a large tree depicted on the glass and several small animals run back and forth across the bottom of it, searching for nuts and peering at the students occasionally.

But don't worry, they have been warned by Mr. Kennedy to keep quiet and not disturb the students who rest there.

A few chairs have been scattered around as well, making this a very nice place to come and study.. or day dream, which ever you prefer. No judgements here.

Just make sure no loud noises, yeah? This is a library after all.

Paul meandered up to the library to look for some books that he currently did not possess. Which was rare, actually, and Paul so rarely came to the library now that the former Ravenclaw Head of House was no longer the librarian. Nothing was wrong with Kalen, though. He thought well enough of the guy, and Kalen was adorable. Right?

Ahem.

His sight was caught by the BEAAAAUTIFUL stained glass picture. Paul had seen it before, yes, but it didn't mean he couldn't be DISTRACTED BY ITS BEAUTY. He smiled and took a seat, right there in front of it, and sat criss-cross style and closed his eyes. "I am in the presence of art. Of beauty." He whispered to himself.

Juniper was in the library, in her favorite spot when she was here. The pretty painted stained glass windows. She was nested by said window, studying Spanish language. She had become quite the linguist since last year, when she learn french before her summer vacation to France.

If she had her say in where the family summer vacation would be she pick Spain, hints why she was so into learning how to speak Spanish. It was a lot to learn, considering she was taking her normal magical lessons, and learning Gobbledegook, Mermish, Latin and troll. BUT she was not complaining one bit. She loved it. She had soooo many more to learn.

The Library was slowly coming back together, most of the Restricted Section and the bookshelves were put back together, and the chairs and tables had been straightened out, but sadly, the book maze was still in disarray. He needed to put some serious work into that.

Kalen was walking past the stained glass window with several piles of books hovering behind him when he saw a student studying by the window.

”Hello Miss Primeaux, how are you today?“ He asked as he took a look at the book she was reading. ”How is Spanish coming?“ He always found people who studied languages admirable, new languages were hard and took time to learn, one really needed to be dedicated to fully grasp a new concept..
