Connecting the Ancient Runes classroom to the staircases and the other floors of the castle, the fifth floor corridor is home to more than just a few doors. You just have to find the doors to see what's behind them all.
Timmy was still exploring the castle, he had a funny feeling that it would take him the whole of his school life to find where everything was, but for now he would explore.
*stop*
He stopped suddenly, when he found a corridor, this looked like a good place to start and what was best was it seemed a perfect place to play a prank one day, he was imaging himself pacing up and down telling people to halt, and then scaring them by jumping in front of them.

Humming a muggle song to herself the now first year Slytherin walked through the school, she wanted to explore the castle and search for all the fun places she had heard about! And of course, she wanted to know the way so that IF she needed to sneak away quick, she knew how and where to go!
"Keep your eyes open Flam because you need to know the way too" spoke Leesha while looking at the rat she was carrying in her hands. She now neared a corridor at the fifth floor, a place she had not seen before when she suddenly saw a boy standing. He looked from her own age but she didn't remembered seeing him during the feast at the Slytherin house table, so he must be from another house! Hmm, she only had met one boy from another house, his name was Mason and... She had made him really scared! Oh boy, he had screamed like a girl! But... She refused to think about her own reaction while falling into the lake...
Shaking her head she walked toward the boy. "Whaaaaaat are you doing here?" She asked without introducing herself, she just looked curious.

Timmy was just looking around, when suddenly this girl was talking to him, and boy was he not happy about it, like seriously he didn't want a goody-to-shoes girl telling him what he was doing was wrong, but them maybe she was different, well there was only one way to test that theory.
Without introducing himself, because that was how it worked right, no names so that people didn't get caught. "I'm just wondering what is the best way to cause some mischief on this floor." He was really bored and he thought that it would be epic to do something fun. "You?"

Hmm, why was the boy looking at her like that? As if she was dirt! Bah! Was he thinking better of himself, just because he was a Gryffindor? Yes, she had seen his robes the moment she had stopped before him but she had given him a chance right! So she hoped that the boy at last would show some manners too!
Buuuut, luckily he seemed to behave himself and he spoke normal toward her and what he was saying... Well... It made her grin, this boy wasn't that bad after all! "Hmm, there are really a lot things you can do, like sitting behind a wand carpet and grab somebody who passes by their ankles, but watch out because those wand carpets are dirty and full of spiders!" Leesha made a face while thinking about the spider she had seen during another trip through the castle with another first year Slytherin. She didn't liked spiders! "You also can use a really old muggle joke here because most wizards don't know about it... You just need some money, a robe, too thin to be seen with the naked eye and a good place to hide. When somebody bent's down to grab the money from the floor, you just need to pull it away so that the person will follow it, then you can jump out of you hiding place and make fun of that person because they walked into you trap!"
Leesha looked smug with herself for her ideas but to be honest, she had played her own fair share of pranks already and there was no reason to stop with it now that she was here at Hogwarts! "I have more idea's, if you're interested" she said innocently while grinning.

Timmy looked at the girl and gave a massive grin, yes this was great. She wasn't a goody-to-shoes which meant that maybe he could bring her in on his plans. "Those are all good but I was thinking something bigger." He wanted to start the term with a plan.
"If you want to do a prank, then make it right." Timmy was looking at the walls. "Like you could always write something crazy on the walls, redecorate the walls." Timmy smirked. "Or find a statue and get in it to make it come alive." Timmy though that would freak someone out, especially if he went into the classroom wearing it.
He was also wondering if to find a book on wizarding pranks because surely with his wand he could do an amazing prank and get away with it. Oh and when he was in diagon alley he had got a dungbomb from somewhere cool and he could use that, someone had told him all about them.
"I was always wondering if dung-bombing the great hall or a unsuspecting Professor would be amazing." Yeah those were a few of his ideas. "I'm open for suggestions, if you want to join in."

"Bigger? Oh, that sounds good! Go on!" She smirked while folding her arms, it was always nice to have somebody to work with! At home she always had been alone because everybody else was so boring! But what did you expect from muggles? She always had been better than the kids at home and everybody had known it! "The statue joke sounds good, although I think that we need to do a really difficult spell to accomplish it." Leesha made a face and wished that she knew more spells than the one she had read about. "I've never heard of a dungbomb" spoke Leesha frowning but she had a idea for what it was doing.
"Maybe we can bewitch a whole hallway so that everybody who steps on the carpet will stick to it and cannot walk away. They then need to do whatever we want in order to be freed! And..." Leesha thought for more idea's and grinned. "Have you ever heard of a walky-talky?" She asked excitedly to the boy who's name she still didn't knew.

Timmy listened to everything that the girl said and beamed. "Oh I've had an epic idea." He suddenly thought of the spell he had tried earlier and succeed in doing. "How about an epic water slide." He thought it would be cool to see fellow students sliding all over the floor.
"Of course, I know what a walky-talky is, I use them all the time it's how we planned our pranks in primary school, like in one lesson, we all pretended that the only English was Shakespeare and so we all acted like he would have and spoke funny and then another lesson we went dressed up as cowboys and Indians just for the laugh." He had found it funny but the teacher hadn't.

"I'm in if we're adding mud to the whole thing because that way they need to walk all the way back to their dorms to clean and show how dirty they are!" Grinned Leesha. "Buuuut... And I know that it's a bit early for that, but someday we need to do something with fire too cause I like fire and people can get really scared because of it!" But then, the next question, where and to who were they going to play the prank on?
A little surprised she raised her eyebrow when the boy said that he knew about walky-talkys, they were muggle and most wizards didn't knew that much about muggle tools! "So... Are you a muggle born? I have a pair in my common room and we can use them to communicate, it's fun AND cool because we will look like spies!"
Suddenly remembering her manners, and yes, she REALLY had them, deep down in a very dark place inside of her and she put out her hand to the other boy. "I’m Leesha Griffel, and what's your name? Oh, and where do you want to play the prank? I haven't seen much of the castle yet but it must be somewhere were we can hide quickly if we need to run."

Timmy was just standing there talking, when suddenly she was asking questions. "Yes, I'm muggle-born." He smiled. "Awesome!!!!! Being a spy is epic, we could come up with some codenames for ourselves, like maybe prankster King or something cool like that."
He then shook hands with her as she told him, her name. "Rule number one, never give your name to anyone, that way if your partner is caught then they can't give you away." He had always told his team mates that, no names just faces but now she had given her name, so he would have to be polite. "I'll make an exception for you." He had thought about it for a bit. "I'm Timmy Jones, but most people call me Mr X."
He then thought about what she was saying. "Epic, do you know a mud spell?" He could only do water. "And I've got the perfect place, the great hall, how epic would it be if we did it at the great hall entrance." He thought it would be a perfect place.

Making a face she shook her head; “You can take that name if you want, but I will take another name, maybe a Dutch name because nobody here will know what it means so that way it’s really a secret name!” Yes, that will be cool, she thought, liking it more and more that English wasn’t her first language and that she could use her own language as a secret code! Ha, that could be handy!
Oh, she made a face, the boy had apparently thought about this a lot longer than she had, rules? She even didn’t knew that there were rules for making pranks! “Alright, nice to meet you then!” Nodded Leesha. “How do you want me to call you? Mr X or Prankster King?” She asked curious.
“Yes and no, I’ve read about a mud spell but never really tried it but it didn’t sounded too difficult” responded Leesha. She had read about a lot spells like the mud spell, liking it to know a few thinks to get others dirty or really scared.
“That’s a good place but shall we first try the mud spell somewhere to make sure that it’s going to work?” She didn’t thought that she would fail, but just to make sure she wanted to have tried it first, just because she WANTED it to be really dirty and good!

Aoife had been walking for ages, not really sure about where she was heading. To be honest, this castle was starting to feel like a prison, and the end of term couldn't come soon enough. Whether there was an actual reason behind that was yet to be discovered! Heading off of the giant staircase, Aoife wasn't even sure which floor she was on, but having found an unusually quiet corridor, she stuck to this path.
She sat on a bench down the corridor and sniffed hard. It wasn't easy being thirteen. The Gryffindor burst into soft, totally adorable tears, and hoped everyone no one would notice.

Coming from the Rune Study Room, Zeke strode down the corridor with his hands stuffed into his pockets, contemplating if he had enough time to sneak to the kitchens before his study session in the library. Or more to the point, if he should bother going to the library at all.
Choices.
Instead of acing on either, what he found himself doing was pausing in his tracks just short of another student sitting on one of the benches. He recognised the Gryffindor (because they shared the same common room and all), but couldn't put a name to the face. That was the least of his concerns though, because she was crying.
Crying!
Merlin.
Was it too late for him to keep going? Could he turn around? He was terrible with tears. Just terrible.
"Hey, you 'kay?" he asked against his better judgement. Girls were wild and unpredictable, he knew this much.

Sometimes sniffing really hard made the cry sound a bit more convincing, right? She was crying, but if she was going to catch the attention of anyone then she'd rather make the biggest scene possible. Otherwise people would just ignore her and keep walking, wouldn't they? Aoife KNEW these things, see.
It wasn't long before she was noticed. And RESULT - it was a boy.
Aoife peered from the top of her arms that were covering her face. She knew exactly who it was, how could she not? Zeke Browne. Total hottie who was conveniently in her house. "No." She mumbled as she rubbed her eyes. "But I'll be okay, I just want to go home." Aoife tried a smile but sniffed right after.
Perhaps, a hug from the seventh year would help?
It would. A lot. She'd stay hopeful for that.

It looked real, it sounded real, it felt real. Zeke was convinced this girl's life was falling apart.
And all he could do was watch? No, he could do better. Maybe.
The blonde's reply only confirmed the worst. She was not okay, which technically meant that he now had an obligation to help TRY to make things okay. That was the price of asking. He was responsible now. He didn't mind so much... except that there were tears and things.
Moving to claim a seat beside her, Zeke peered at her with raised brows. Homesick? That's why she was crying? She was homesick? At least, that was the first thing that came to mind, though he supposed it could be something else, something worse. Was she being bullied? "Any particular reason why?" he asked, not wanting to sound nosy, but y'know... this was his problem now too. "I mean, term will be over before we know it... " and then he would never be returning. Weird.
So, what does the Slytherin Prefect do during his free time? Besides taking naps or hanging out with Dante.
Well, today...just wander around the castle. That was different last term 'cause he would look for Henric to tease him about dating Candice. Good times, yes. Right now he was just lost in thought and walking aimlessly until he realized he was in the fifth floor. The boy looked around, it seemed everyone was out, he sat on the floor and kept thinking about how fast has gone by his last term or his time at Hogwarts. Nostalgic much? Yeah but no tears, actually he was excited to leave and go somewhere else but of course he was going to miss the place.

Brooklyn didn’t make it a habit to go up to the upper levels of the castle often. Considering she’d dropped Divination and in essence she’d dropped Astronomy, there weren’t really too many reasons to go up above the third floor aside from going to Transfiguration lessons and sometimes utilizing the Room of Requirement for ballet and/or violin practice. There was the occasional appearance in the library, but even that wasn’t common for the redhead. The only reason she’d been up in the towers this time was to check and make sure the owls weren’t mistreating Cat for not being an owl herself. The gyrfalcon preferred the higher spots to being down in the dungeons with her, so she felt the need to check on her wellbeing.
However, even she hadn’t missed the giggle as she’d gotten back to the fifth floor, intending on just passing through on her way downstairs. Mysterious giggles hardly bothered her, except for the fact she was fairly certain it hadn’t come from a portrait. Nor had it come from a person, seeing as it appeared the entire level was practically empty. She hadn’t seen a soul before she’d turned a corner to see a familiar figure sitting on the floor up ahead. She tamped down the awkwardness she really didn’t want to feel as she stepped closer. “I’m guessing that giggle didn’t come from you,” she said, stopping a few feet away.

Hugo wondered if that giggle had come from an elf but there was no one. Maybe someone was playing a prank on him. Dante? Maggie?....Nat? He was about to get up and leave but someone stopped him. He looked up, it was Brooklyn "Nope" and it certainly didn't come from her either "Weird stuff as always" shrugged.

"How are you?" he asked.
Given the lack of, well, any visible source of the giggle, Brooklyn was fairly certain it was related to certain ghostly inhabitants of the castle. Just as she was certain that, if she could have gotten rid of the poltergeists herself, she would have. As it was, she’d felt like she was in a permanent state of irritation this term, not entirely only because of PIffy’s antics, and she knew Skurge only worked if they were there. The spell didn’t work on mysterious disembodied giggles.
She was also faintly surprised that Hugo had felt the need to answer her rhetorical question. He could have disregarded it, especially since she hadn’t exactly stated it in the form of a question to be answered. Just an observation, like what he’d said after his denial of being the source of the giggle. “At least we’ll be able to get away from it soon enough,” she replied, minus the shrug he’d given with his comment. She didn’t think she’d miss the weird stuff.
“I’m still here.” Focusing mostly on lessons instead of anything related to her personal life.

*Giggle*
Giggling was a fairly common noise. Girls did it often and it was usually when discussing each other, boys, hair, makeup others or any combination thereof. This being the case, Blaise was content to continue on his way down to the kitchen when....there it was again.
And again.
Never having been the shy type, Blaise actively began searching out the source of the giggling. If nothing else, he might have been able to get a good laugh out of it too and a good story for his quill that floated along behind him eager for anything to happen.
You'd think that if it really was a bunch of girls, he'd run into them by now but apparently not?
The further he walked was the further he got from the staircase he needed but he supposed he could spare an extra five minutes. The kitchen wouldn't magically disappear in that ti--actually, this was Hogwarts. Strange things happened all the time. This distraction could very well cost him his meals for the next week.

Sir Nicholas was floating around aimlessly. His thoughts were lost in memories a century old, when he heard something.
A giggle.
That giggle sent what would have been shivers up his spine if he still had working nerves. He snapped back to present moment and moved around the corridor, trying to follow the noise. Further up the corridor was none other than Blaise. "My dear boy, did you hear that giggling too?" He asked. Was it just a giggle on his plane, or was it here for everyone?

..."Did you guys see Mr. Friar?" Once again, the blonde had zero idea how to address ghosts. And the Fat Friar sounded so rude...and body-shaming.
