Boris the Bewildered

[Zoe]

Near the hidden entrance to the prefects' bathroom on the fifth floor stands a statue of a lost-looking wizard with his gloves on the wrong hands. This is Boris the Bewildered, a good meeting spot on this largely empty and musty-smelling floor.

So Natalia had heard about how great the prefect bathroom was, but not being a prefect she couldn't get it. That didn't stop her curiosity and the fact that she thought maybe, just maybe she could figure out how to get in on her own. She headed towards the statue and looked at it.

Why so creepy?


Didn't matter really, she was not looking for the statue anyway. She was looking for the prefect bathroom entrance. That's where she wanted to find and enter. She was going to figure this out and then relax in that bathtub that she heard so much about.

What was the password? Probably something weird like pollywinkle...

After a busy day of lessons and doing Head Boy things, there was nothing that sounded better than relaxing in the prefects' bathroom. That giant tub was calling out his name, beckoning him to slip into its warm waters and soak until his hands and feet were wrinkly. The homework could wait a few hours. Right now he needed to treat himself to a well-deserved bath. Maybe he'd add bubbles to the bath and send a Patronus Hady's way...

However, his thoughts about a nice way to end the day were interrupted by some chick creeping around near the entrance to the bathroom. This was annoying to say the least. Putting on his scary Head Boy voice, Frankie stated, "I'm afraid that statue isn't going to lead you anywhere."

A few steps were taken forward so he could see the brunette better. All he could tell from a distance was that she was one of Hady's Housemates. But, upon closer inspection, his demeanor changed and the scary Head Boy voice was no more. "Oh, Nat, it's you. What brings you up here?" The Slytherin really had no business being on the fifth floor unless she was on her way to the music classroom or Sokolov's office and wound up distracted by the goofy statue of all things.

Going to Sokolov's office after that lesson, HA! No thank you, but the sixth year did give her band mates boyfriend a silly grin as she heard his scary head boy voice. "Going to go all meanie on me Frankie?" She had gotten to know the boy the last few terms and considered him a friend. Though she wasn't sure how he'd deal with her saying she was going to try to break into the prefect bathroom.

"Oh you know, I live for this floor. It's my happy distraction away from everything in this castle." She wasn't lying though, the music room was her favorite place. She loved it more then any other place in the castle. "Just got distracted from this statue and a certain bathroom that is around here." Her grin still playful. "I've heard it's the best place to unwind. Were you headed there?"

The blond puffed out his chest to make his Head Boy badge more prominent to Natalia, more as a joke than trying to make himself seem more important. The two of them were friends after all. "Only if I catch you breaking the rules." And that was a fact. It was his job to handle rule-breakers and all of that. "But you're being a perfect little angel, right?" Frankie smirked. Riiiiiiiiiiiight.

He simply nodded his head at the first part of her response. It was no surprise to the Gryffindor that this floor of all the floors at Hogwarts was a distraction for her. She was a musician and the music classroom wasn't that far away from where they were standing. Though he still found it a bit odd that was she hanging around Boris instead of carrying on with her original business.

An eyebrow rose when she admitted to being distracted by the statue and ... his bathroom. He wondered how she knew about it, but Frankie played it cool. The blond grinned in return to her own. "Maybe, maybe not. Though it is pretty nice in there. But you need one of these to get in." He pointed at his badge and then added, "And the password." Neither of which she had. Heh.

HAHA Frankie! She saw the puffing chest and the badge flashing, but she wasn't afraid of you head boy boyfriend of band mate friend. She grinned at his motions though, "Oh gosh, I should make sure to take better care of where I'm standing went he head boy is around." Laughing she was clearly joking with her friend, though she knew if she really was doing something wrong he'd do something about it, but looking for a door and trying to guess a password wasn't really doing anything wrong. She hadn't broken in... yet.

"P-lease I'm always an angel, don't you see the halo and wings? Come on Frankie you knew she was adorably perfect and sweet. She was giving her innocent smile at the moment so she could be good, could be.


"Oh I know you need one of these to get in." She pointed, but it wasn't at his badge it was at him. "It's always good to have a prefect or head around when you want to find something so good thing I have you here now." Was she joking, maybe or maybe not? Come on Frankie don't be a stick in the mud. Just one little peek wasn't going to hurt anyone.

"I'll tell you what, if I guess the password you show me if I don't then we go to the kitchen and I'll bake you and Hady some cookies."

The smirked remained on his face when Natalia responded to him, obviously taking in the sight of him puffing out his chest and making himself act more superior than her. Though all of the air that he had sucked in quickly left his body as he started to laugh. "Halo and wings?" he asked in between laughs. "More like horns and a pitch fork." He was just kidding ... mostly.

When the Head Boy recovered from the laugh attack, he was back to gazing at the Slytherin with a raised eyebrow. Why was she so keen on getting into his bathroom? Hmm? "How convenient for you..." he muttered, still eyeing her and trying to figure out what she was playing at. It was just a bathroom after all. Mind you, a very pretty and private bathroom.

After she made her proposal, Frankie crossed his arms and then tapped a finger against his chin. He was mostly pretending to think about the scenario as it was honestly a no-brainer. The blond knew that she wouldn't be able to guess the password -- it was only known to a handful after all. Plus he really did like the idea of getting cookies baked for him and his girlfriend. "We might as well start walking down to the kitchens then," he stated nonchalantly.

"Yes of course wings and a halo. Come on Frankie you know I'm the most innocent out of the band members." She was laughing because HAHAHAHA, that was so far from the truth. She was probably the baddest influence among the four Sirens. She really didn't mind being that though. They all have so much fun. "At least I look good with a tail." Should they put one on her to see?

A smirk played on her lips as she moved a bit closer and ran her fingers over his robe and badge, "It is very convenient that some of my close friends wear these badges." Hello why do you think she was friends with him? haha, okay so that was a lie, she adored Frankie and Hady. Her smirk still there she let go of his robes, "A cute head boy like you wouldn't like to show a girl what's hidden in there?" Was she flirting with one of her best friends boyfriends?

She backed up a bit realizing, but kept the smile. Mother's teachings were a hard habit to break. Flirting was the number one lesson she got early on. She could hear her mother in her head, flirt with them and distract them. A pretty girl always gets what she wants.

"What is the fun in that Frankie. Walking away when I could figure it out." She looked at the wall and smiled, "I know what it is... Hady is queen right? You probably picked it this year." Her grin grew bigger as she kept joking with him.

The laughter continued when she stated that she was the most innocent out of the Siren ladies. He felt no guilt whatsoever laughing about it for Natalia was laughing two. They both knew that she was no fairy princess that did no wrong. Frankie, in fact, was surprised that she had never gotten the Most Likely to End Up In Azkaban superlative in the yearbook. That spot had her name written all over it.

Words were not able to leave his lips in time for him to make a comment about her having a certain tail. Before he had even batted an eye, the Slytherin was running her fingers over his robe and badge. Needless to say, Natalia had successfully made him uncomfortable. The laughing ceased, and he was eyeing while trying not to let his discomfort show. "In my bathroom? No. But I do know of another place you might be interested in." If she didn't stop touching him in exactly ten seconds, he would have no choice but to transfigure her into a matchbox and take her for a showing of the dungeons.

Internally, he sighed with relief when she backed away after whatever that was all about. But he wasn't surprised that she was still being so persistent about the whole bathroom password. "That likely would have been the password ... if I was the one that got to pick it," he said honestly. No, their password was more random than that. "But I hear that bribes tend to work on students with leadership roles. Batches of cookies in particular," the blond lied, grinning.

Well that was a good thing to know. She didn't need to hex him for going with her flirting and showing he wasn't fully committed to one of her best friends. Her eyes moved to the wall, possibly she needed to go find Hugo or another single badge person. She could probably get it out of them easier. "Other places, like where?" She crossed her arms allowing him to try to convince her to leave this task alone. It wasn't going to happen, but he could try.


She ran a hand through her hair as he said about the bribing. She wasn't under bribing but she knew better. "Now if I go through all the trouble in making you something Frankie Paton and you don't tell me I'll turn you into a chipmunk." He'd be a cute chipmunk, but really she couldn't do something that advanced. She still was catching up on her wand work. She could threaten it though... jokingly. Her smile grew though, because why not she liked to bake. "Okay, let's go to the kitchen." She'd make them for him, why not.
