Meet and Greet Game
 

Making his way over to the area where the game was to be done, Gidyun looked around and didn't really see anyone there yet. How was he supposed to lead the game when 1 he didn't know anyone....except one person...and 2 there wasn't anyone there? So feeling foolish he just stood there alone with his hands in his robes pockets standing there casually hoping, someone might join him?

Bradley didn't know why he was there, to get out the house? To meet new people, well yeah he'd like to meet new people - he wouldn't mind seeing Emily again actually - but he knew she wouldn't be here. Beside's he really did need to make some friends, he was old enough - too old - to not really have any.

Besides there were games, weren't there?

Sky made her way way over to the area where the game was to be held...Should be fun right? She was always up to a good game. She looked around four people, would be playing the game? Oh interesting... It would be a super fast game if that was the case, oh well all they had to do now was to wait, hopefully not too long though cause if they waited long enough then the blonde would not even want to play the game anymore. She looked around wondering if Benjy was going to show up to the game or even the orientation.

Benjy finished reading his news article and stuck the paper back in his pocket. Then deciding that he didn't want to stand around, he decided to go look for his wife. As he made his way over to the area around where a game was supposed to be set up.

After noticing his wife looking around for something, he stepped up behind her and gave her a hug from the back. "Hiya honey!" Benjy gave her a bit of a squeeze before kissing her cheek. "You having fun yet?"

Sky for the life of her could not remember what he said about coming she had left to go help her sister with a few stuff. Feeling something touch her she was quickly stolen from her thoughts. She grabbed onto the person's wrist and just before she was about to slam him over she heard his voice. Benjy!

Letting go she smirked, "You almost found yourself on the floor." Giving out a laugh she turned around and gave him a kiss on his cheek. "Eh, no. Though maybe because you're here it just might get better. Might." She looked down at him and smiled "You look handsome. What took you so long by the way? I was waiting forever." She added emphasis onto the forever part.

Eliza was finally excused from her boss so she silently followed Benjy. She spotted his wife and face a light smile. Eliza hadn't seen Sky since the wedding. Elizabeth debated whether to join them or not so she kept back, not bothering them. She didn't mind Sky but... She had been avoiding Benjy for about half of a year...

Sky stopped looking at Sky for a moment just enough time to see Eliza. SHe had not seen her in forever, ever since the wedding. This almost stopped her from waving over to her almost, if Benjy and Eliza had issues well they would just have to fix them, Eliza and Benjy themselves said they were like brother and sister so the problem would just have to be fixed!

"Elizabeth." she waved over to her hoping she heard. Though in all the silence of the room she should have.

Benjy was expecting some sort of attack reaction from Sky so he was ready when she grabbed his wrist. "Hey at least I'd be with you even if I was on the floor" He commented, putting his arm around her. "We'll just have to cause some trouble to make your day better then." The redhead said with a smile.

"You look beautiful, hun." He continued, trying to avoid the question of what took him so long.... especially since he knew she wouldn't like to hear that he overslept....again. Looking around the area to try and avoid the answer to her question, Benjy spotted Eliza coming towards them.... just in time to hear Sky call her over. "Sky??.... what are you doing?" He whispered to her in a hushed voice, seeming to hide behind Sky.

Elizabeth glanced up when she heard her name. She instantly spotted Sky... and she was waving her over... great... She had been avoiding Benjy for half a year but guess that has to stop since she didnt want to be rude... and she really did like Sky and had missed her. Eliza saw that Benjy was trying to hide from her behind Sky's back. Elizabeth was happy that she was far enough away that neither one of them could see her rolling her eyes at him hiding. Eliza didnt know that Benjy was avoiding her as well... She made her way over with a light smile but when she got close enough, the smile turned real... at least when she looked at Sky. Elizabeth hugged Sky and smiled, "Hey, Sky! I havent seen you in forever!" Eliza glanced over Sky's shoulder at the hiding man-child, "Hey, Benjamin." She then turned all of her attention back to Sky. If he is gonna hide then I'm ignoring him after telling him hello... "How have you been? How is marriage life?"

Sky smirked "Yes but you would be in pain." As she finished speaking her smirk had grown into an actual smile. "Well since you are here it already is better."

"Thank you...You over slept didn't you?" she let out a couple chuckles before adding "I guess we will have to give you an early bedtime, won't we?" She smiled. "Benjy, its time for you and Elizabeth to talk about things, you have not spoken in months. You said she is your sister. So just talk." She whispered back.

When she saw Eliza glance over she realized the avoiding was both of them, they both had been avoiding each other. Great hopefully she was going to be okay too. Sky gave Elizabeth a hug in return "Hey Elizabeth! Yes it has been ages!!

She elbowed Benjy trying to get him to stop hiding. She smiled "I have been fantastic. Marriage life is great, we haven't had a single fight." She looked over at Benjy from the corner of her eyes, hopefully this was not going to create an awkward situation. "How have you been? Um are you and your husband doing great as well?" She hoped so. She would hate for things to have been bad along with the whole Benjy thing.

Sky smiled "Well I would probably be a lot nicer than a bad guy, especially if it was you." She giggled as he tapped her on her nose.

"Quidditch... Who won? Yes, I know. Well at least you made it, Caroline isn't coming, she and her husband don't have the kid today so they are having a date night." I promise..."Okay, if you promise though its okay if you don't. Though you probably shouldn't make it a habit you might find yourself waking up by cold water.

Sky smiled "Yeah me too. Though I can't imagine us having a fight. Perfect couple?" She turned and looked at Benjy. "Maybe, though nobody is perfect." Nobody was perfect everybody had problems, for Benjy it was Quidditch.

Children."Well yes I do want children. But who knows what the future has in store for us." She looked over at Benjy again.

Uh oh. She had done something, the blonde could tell from the signs Eliza was giving off. Jack and I are no more. Oh great!!! She had just brought up something very very sad. Wait Jack, wasn't she married to someone else? "Wait weren't you married to someone else? Or maybe I am getting confused though I was sure it was someone else...Anyways I am very sorry for mentioning it you must be so sad, and I brought it up." She felt horrid!!

Benjy grinned as his wife responded, especially to the quidditch part. "Sadly, I don't know who won...I fell asleep before the end of the match and when I woke up, it was over." The redhead nodded at the sister statement and smirked at the wake up by cold water comment.

So he wasn't paying complete attention to what the two women were saying, so when Sky looked at him the first time, he was confused. Instead of saying anything, he just gave a tentative smile before resuming his scan of the room.

Luckily he heard the word 'children' before Sky looked at him again and he was able to give her a real smile and a little squeeze. Of course he wanted his own children. Sure he had Lily and Lupin, but it was different from knowing that he had his own kids.

Eliza's reaction to the husband issue was a clear indicator that something was fishy.... there was something she wasn't telling Sky. Looking at Eliza with a serious face, he replied. "I, in fact, did tell her about Jack back when it happened." He clearly wasn't happy to have the blame thrust at him. Turning to Sky, he looked into her eyes, placed his hand on her back and gently spoke. "Sky, honey, you don't have to be upset about asking anything. You aren't confused. This is most likely why Elizabeth has been avoiding seeing me since before her baby was born."She's probably hiding something..... Cue looking back at Elizabeth to see her reaction. That's right... I just announced your little secret... so don't deny it now...

Sky chuckled "Well that sucks. Next time." Definitely, the both of them knew no way was Benjamin Doherty missing a Quidditch match...Ever! Good he agreed with her, no one was perfect, or at least thats what she got out of his small smile that he threw her way. Though she had to admit it wasn't the first time someone had said that her and Benjy were perfect.

Just as the thought finished going through her mind Eliza corrected herself oh. The relationship not the people...Didn't those things go hand in hand."I see. She gave out a small chuckle and a smile. Perfect Relationship, if that was anyone it had to be her sister and her husband, they always fought and then they would both leave and five second later they would be back in love.

The blonde flipped a piece of hair that had fallen on her face, as she looked over at Benjy and saw him smile and then followed was a squeeze. She gave him a smile before looking back at Eliza to hear what she was saying about Benjy. Sky smiled "Well if you ever need a babysitter I am free, most of the time... Thats good." Though she already knew he would make a good father, he had that vibe to him.

Sky was really bummed out she hated to bring up such a horrible situation, to be the reminder of the past. Listening to her husband she let out a small chuckle, "I remember now...You told me when I had gotten home from Kylie's house." She nodded towards Benjy and what he was telling her. Still she felt bad she never normally forgot anything! "Okay."

Sky slightly smiled "Are you sure your okay? And don't worry I'm fine..Now. I just felt bad about bringing it up but since you are okay I guess I will let myself off the hook." She looked around the room for a second while Elizabeth sent a growl over to Benjy. She almost chuckled at the little argument the two of them were having trying to get the other one to reveal that they were avoiding each other. She looked down at Elizabeth's hand. "But if you are not married why do you wear a wedding ring?"

Curious. It was her job to spot things out, especially unusual things.

And that was why he loved Sky just that extra bit. She understood how important quidditch was to Benjy and didn't get mad or upset at him for watching it.

As for the Elizabeth situation, Benjy couldn't keep from being disappointed. It was obvious that Eliza had gotten remarried otherwise she wouldn't have been wearing the ring, which his wife had so eloquently pointed out(not that Benjy hadn't seen it before). Benjy had thought that Eliza would have known that she couldn't get away with something so obvious, especially when they knew each other like siblings. "I would've come to see you had you given me any lead as to where you were all this time." He retorted back, his face hardening with true disappointment and a touch of anger.

Why couldn't she just admit to it and let the whole issue be done with?

Elizabeth looked at both of theme and sighed, "Fine,! I got remarried... Victor and I eloped within an hour of me telling him that I finally want to get married to him... the only ones there was us, the preacher and Quinn... We didnt want a big wedding and it was late notice late at night for us but we eloped in the US since it was still early enough and... and..." Tear were in her eyes now, "I didnt want Benjy to know since I was ashamed... and I thought he might be mad or angry or something for not telling him before hand." After she said that, she turned sharply on her heel and got out of there fast.

Sky stepped a bit when the secret finally came out. Before she got a word out Elizabeth had quickly left. Yikes. Turning to face Benjy she gave a small smile and said "Well...I am happy for her. Are you going to go find her?" She looked where she ran off to and raised a questioning eyebrow like she normally did.

And the truth came out. While Benjy had been expecting it, he didn't think that it would affect him this much. Victor was an okay guy in Benjy's opinion, so it wasn't that. It was probably more the fact that Eliza had thought that he would get upset if she told him. Granted he didn't know what he would have done, but that didn't matter right now.

What really mattered was what he had to do next.... which Sky must have known since she asked if he was going to go find her. "Yeah.... I need to go find her..." He said with a tiny sigh as his expression returned to his normal tired look. Then with a kiss on his wife's cheek he started after Elizabeth. "I love you, hun. I'll try to find you again before we head home. If not, I'll see you tonight!" And then he was gone, chasing after Elizabeth.

Ro walked into the meet and greet with a sigh, ally he other rooms had way to many people to taste and he saw his aunt here, but she was talking and had run off. He sighed and looked around and saw a young woman sitting alone at one of the tables, Might as well try to make a friend... And even if not, it'll be fun to have someone to prank again with Lazar being gone.

So he did just that, walked over to her and sat beside here, "Hello," He gave a small smile at least attempting to be polite. One thing he hated, Rowan was always quiet... Just like his brother.

As Jasmine was just chilling out in at the meet and greet. Then when she was about to go see if there was any grub, she noticed a nice young man sat down next to her. Wait a minute....this guy was sitting next to her?? Huh....maybe she was lucky.

At least he was attempting to be polite. Jasmine appreciated that. "Hello there. I am Jasmine and you are?" she asked. She at least wanted to know his name because she didn't wanna guess it. She hated name guessing games.
