Armen was glad that he didn't have any paint throwers in the room ready to bad mouth his decision to revoke the Law Enforcment Department's Apparation licenses. Well they weren't MLEer to start with, he hired a higher caliber of wizards for his department, people that saw things for what they were before attacking and criticizing. After hearing generaly good answers from everyone, glad for their overall positiveness towards himself and Magical Transportation, Armen began to speak and shed a bit more light on the situation.
"Great answers everyone, and Katrina and Maine are exactly right." he said nodding to the group at large and sitting back in his chair at the head of the table. "Since Lord Borr has taken up the post of Minister of Magic, he and myself have noticed the general lack of performance in the MLE department, mostly involving poor response times on urgent matters of the Minister and other instances when they are needed. As punishment, and since we are in a stable time spanse of a relatively worry-free crime rate, we made the decsion to revoke and suspend all of their licenses until they can appreciate them and learn how important this mode of transport is to magical transportation as a whole, the Minister, and for the greater good of the Wizarding World." He added that greater good thing in just as a pun, because the MLE just refused the Cults ways and that DID sort of play into the whole suspension ordeal.
Now to address the ridiculousness of what was the other department's reaction. "As you may assume there are some hard feelings and outrage accompanied by this choice, but I don't want any of you to worry, I would assume Mr. Bole will be like the upstanding Dept Head he is and lecture them on the importance of professionalism. However Magical Transportation has a reputation to uphold and we should not allow Aurors and people in the law misuse and for lack of better words, screw up, the credibility of Apparation." he said squeezing a fist on the table top. He was serious about teaching MLE a lesson. His lunch with Izzy and Emily made it pretty clear that MLE would be serious about getting back at them, but they just couldn't allow that. "If any of you are harrassed or confronted about this situation I want you to kindly state that it is your duty and your job to do what your Department Head and Minister have assigned and then report that person to me." he eyed them all. He would have a word with them in person or go to Evander directly. He would NOT have his people messed with because of a Cult decision. These were his employees.
"Ok enough seriousness." he said sitting up straighter in his chair and his tone switching back to his usual giddyness. "Now team two will be made up of mostly the Apparation Department; Katrina, Katherine, Amilee, and..." The Department Head scanned his papers and it seemed there had been a mistake, someone's name had been printed in both teams. "Maine. Sorry about that dear, I had you in team one when you should be in team two because of your spot in the Apparation Divison. You will be in team 2 from now on." he smiled. "And I will also be using Cryrl's services," he glanced at the Portkey supervisor who had entered recently. "for running a buffet of snacks for our...guests. He will chose another employee to help him later."
"Now team two we will be working on the re-testing of all the employees of the Magical Law Enforcement Department. This includes scheduling practical exam times, helping set up the lesson myself, Katrina, and Katherine will be hosting, and helping issue new licenese and record keeping." Pausing, Armen allowed them to catch up and digest all of the information he was throwing at them. It really was a lot to deal with at once.
"Now are there any questions before we get ready to split up and start working?" he clapped his hands together and looked around the crowded table.
Andie wasn't the sort of gal who didn't like getting dirty, or the sort to hate the environment, but she realllyyyyy couldn't be bothered planting trees or anything. Though she supposed since it was her job, she should do it. Then again, planting trees wasn't technically her job... Oh well... She would be getting paid for it, and that was good enough for her.
Andie listened intently to everything. She was interested in what was happening with the MLE situation, so wasn't about to get distracted by something and miss hearing what was happening. When they were asked if there were any questions, Andie stayed quiet. Everything they had been told was good enough for her.
Did you just lose something? The GAME? Sorry... 'Justin Bieber, he is the man!' U mad, Felton!?

Holli listened to this speech and reproached an urge to shout 'Hear hear!'
'Yeah, I got a question! When can we start?' Holli asked enthusiastically. Planting trees was an awesome job... Almost as cool as Venus Fly Traps! And Venus Fly Traps were awesome... Ooh that reminds me! I have to feed the one in the work thingy place! Holli reminded herself

Maine smiled a little at the mention of her name before realizing that it was incorrect. Oh, well... She nodded, making sure her pen took note of everything Mr. Recard was saying. For the greater good. Sure. Okay. We'll go with that.

Okay. Maine wasn't in team two, but well, let's just take some notes, yeah? Okay. If harrased about the situation, state duty, report to Mr Recard. Got it.

Wait... WHAT?! Team two? Maine's eyes nearly bugled out of her head. But she was just warming up to the prospect of planting trees and getting dirty! Oh, well... Team two did sound pretty cool.
"That's alright, Mr. Recard. Team two it is." she said, her eyes returning to their usual size. Well, at least she hasn't turned into a harpie yet.

Maine pulled out her wand and flicked it at her pen for it to stop writing. Then, she looked down at her memo pad. Well, that's a lot of notes. Scanning down the page, she nodded as she took it all in.
"One question. When do we start?" Maine asked, grinning. She couldn't wait. Yup. Work. That was all she needed to get her mind off the painful happenings of the past week.

Reason: missed a quote somewhere.
Katrina took a sip of her coffee, her hand moving across the page as she took notes. Hearing her name she looked up and nodded. Her blue eyes looked around for the others she would be working with but found two of them absent. Katrina supposed they just couldn't make it for the time being.
"No questions Mister Recard," Katrina said with a smile, resting her quill down and taking yet another sip of her coffee.

Well, from what he had gathered with the few minutes he was in here as their Department head spoke, the law enforcement level totally got busted and had their licenses revoked, and HE HIMSELF was in charge of the welcoming buffet! Good Merlin, this was so much better than research. "Roger that, Recard." he grinned, saluting the man from his seat as he leaned back, making himself comfortable.
Just...who was Rose?
Glancing around, hoping to see some movement of the sort that would indicate who Rose was, he placed his hands behind his head before glancing back to Armen. He didn't know what these teams were about, but Cyryl was already having some great snack ideas. Mostly his favorites. Of course.
Rose nodded her head when Armen finished his speech. She didn't really agree with the 'For the greater good' part, though. It just seemed a little too..cliche.
Buffet for the MLE's? Well, it didn't sound quite so bad..definitely better than planting trees. But..who was Cyryl? Gosh, she didn't even know her fellow employee. How embarrassing. She cleared her throat. "Um. Cyryl?" She glanced around, hoping the person in question would raise their hand or something.

Great! There were no real questions other than their eagerness to start showing through. "Ok everyone, Im glad we are ready so we can go ahead and start now! Team one, the Tree planters can go ahead and check the Announcements board for more information on their assignment and then head on down to Diagon Alley. Team two people will stay in here and we will begin some planning." He clapped his hands and waited a second for the first group of people to head out, and begin their better of the environment.
Now that the others were gone, Armen closed the door and made sure it was secure before speaking, he didn't want others, especially MLEers to hear what they were planning. "Ok guys, now as I said before we will be hosting a lesson of sorts to teach the MLE department the basic of Apparation that they seemed to have forgotten and I need your help in discussing how we are going to do that. I think we should make it fun," Armen smirked to himself, because by fun he meant tortorusly childish. "with games and prizes. So any ideas?" He leaned forward on the table looking at Rose, Cryrl, Katherine, Maine, Amilee, and Katrina. Armen had some ideas but he wanted to hear some of their first, he couldn't do all the work now.

Katrina watched as the others left to do their work before turning back to the assignment at hand - educating the department of Magical Law Enforcement. Games... and prizes...? She bit her lower lip and thought about it. "Well, when I went to muggle school, my teacher often gave little prizes like... plastic unicorns, sparkly pencils, or a new box of crayons," Katrina offered. She couldn't quite remembered what she had gotten back in Hogwarts besides house points so the best she could think of was that from elementary school. Oh, she felt so horribly childish saying that!

Glad that Katrina has decided to speak up first, Armen quickly jotted down each item on a piece of his notepad as she spoke them, being sure not to forget any of them. "Excellent! Those would be great incentives for them to do well." Yes, they were a bit childish but that was exactly what he was lookign for really.
---------------------
Hmmm..... "Change of plans. Team two I will be meeting with you all later in a group of individually or through corrispondences, so please continue to be thinking of ideas for our upcoming testin influx of the Magical Law Enforcement Department. I am actually going to go assist team one for the moment in getting those trees planted for Lord Borr." There team was larger and in addition would need a bit more structure to lead them correctly.
"Please feel free to take a break and get something to eat in the breakroom or head out into the work area and work on some of your other tasks. I will speak again with you all soon!" And with that the meeting was finished, and Armen left the room, on his way to Diagon Alley.

Well, it seemed this meeting was almost coming to a close, and Cyryl was beginning to wonder just what exactly he missed. However, then allllllll those thoughts turned towards the food that he was supposed to set up. Food...
Well now he was hungry.
Leaning forward on the table, he had PLENTY of ideas on how they could make this 'fun' for himself yet before he knew it, Armen was assigning different tasks and was out of the room. Well now, he didn't even get to suggest the miniature golf obstacle course!! Would it be useful? He didn't know, but it would just be cool to have one.

Speaking of coolness, where was that person who said his name.
"Cyryl here." he said, hand reaching up and waving it around. Hmm, was it that person there? Right there? Standing up, he pushed in his chair and picked up his papers on candy crane machines as he looked towards the woman. Rose was her name, wasn't it?
Katrina was a bit excited to be at work despite her boss's departure. The twenty-two year old resisted the temptation to twirl her hair around her finger as she held a cup of coffee in one hand and had a folder tucked under her arm. Work. It was something she looked forward to each day when she woke up. And now she would be formally meeting the new boss. Katrina couldn't help but wonder what the woman was like.
The blonde sat down at one of the empty seats in the conference room, awaiting the arrival of her coworkers and wondering how many new faces she would see this time.

The first day was always scary in Rylan's book. He had been worrying in his house all morning before coming to work. What if people didn't like him? What if his boss didn't like him?!
So, since it was his first day, Rylan wanted to come over as professional and there for choose a suit to work. He normally didn't like wearing them but for this occasion he could do it. Taking a deep breath to calm himself the man opened the door of the conference room and stepped inside.
Once inside the room he knew there was no turning back. He looked around and his eyes instantly fell on a female sitting on a seat with a coffee in her hand. "Morning" he greeted and flashed her a somewhat nervous smile. Rylan took out one of the seats from under the table and sat on it. Nervously playing with his fingers as he waited for the meeting to begin.

Katrina took a sip of her coffee, calming herself down. This wasn't any different than her first time at work... and she had been in this department for three years now, not much could possibly change. The worst part would probably be if the new department head banned coffee and the thought it- oh look, someone else entered. And he was new, Katrina was pretty sure of that because she had never seen him around the department.
"Good morning," Katrina greeted giving him a warm smile.
He was nervous, that part was clear from his smile to the way he played with his fingers. "New to the department?" Katrina asked, just to confirm what she had thought. Who knew? Maybe she had simply never run into the man before.

"Is it that obvious?" Rylan asked and laughed softly before nodding his head. "Yes, i'm new" He leaned back in the chair and as he looked at the woman. "I'm Rylan and this is my first day actually" he added.
The man let out a sigh as he looked around the conference room and felt that as the minutes passed by he became more relaxed. He was always someone who was more relaxed than stressed, it was just the nervous feeling he always had when he was new somewhere.
Turning his attention back to the woman , he couldn't control his question anymore as he looked at the cup of coffee in her hand. "Is the coffee good?" he asked as he pointed to the cup. Better ask before he wasted his not much left money on lousy coffee.
Georgie walked into the confrence room.... her first day... Her first meeting. It was all happening so fast!
She took a sip of her iced tea, and chose a seat in the middle.
there was a few people here as well, they all looked so professional!
Walking into the Conference Room for her first level-wide meeting was a tad nervous making but Inez was not going to show that to her employees. They needed to see that their leader was under control and strong.
Inez walked into the large room, head held high with a small smile to the few people who had already shown up. Punctuality, she liked it. She placed her breifcase on the floor beside her chair and looked at those sitting at the table. "Morning everyone, we will start as soon as more people show up." And with that she plopped into the chair and began reading the lastest issue of Witch Weekly.
A path is not simply for walking, its purpose lies in moving forward and improving oneself.
Waiting for an answer from the woman who had been the first in the room, Rylan turned his attention towards the door when it opened again. He saw a man walk in while also holding a cup of coffee really where did they get those? and he gave him a quick nod in greeting.
It wasn't long before the door opened up for a second time and his eyes looked at a very nervous looking female. She must be new too and to be honest, it felt good that he wasn't the only one who was a bit nervous for his first day at work. Rylan gave the female a smile and wondered how many employees where in this department.
The next person to walk in had a different kind of aura around her than the previous ones. He could tell by the way she walked with her head held high and Rylan noticed a small smile. This must be his Department Head. And his thought was comfirmed when she spoke.
"Excuse me?" he asked after clearing his throat to get the nervousness out. He looked at the woman who started to read Witch Weekly from across the table. "My name is Rylan Seong and i'm new to the department" He figured that he better introduced himself now before the meeting started.
❄Suaviter in modo, fortiter in re❄| ⚕=equivalent exchange=⚕ | pinned ya!
Eliza breathed as she arrived at the door. Surely she was not late yet? The new Head of their Department would surely disapprove if she did. She sighed. If she was indeed late then it was her own fault nonetheless. She had been too keen and enthusiastic about her newly bought Nettle Tea exported from China. And because she had almost spent two hours smelling its aroma, the time totally slipped her mind.
Not wanting to waste anymore time, she pushed the door open and stepped inside. Just as the chatter of people greeted her, she smiled. She was not late at all! In fact, they were still waiting for more people, she heard their new Department Head say. She already knew the woman for her former Head pointed her out during the Celebration Ball. "Good morning everyone!" She greeted the crowd as she beamed. The old employees were already used to her now. But there were surely new faces around.
Victoria walked into the conference, she knew that this was too important to miss even if she was still mourn her husband. She quietly found a seat and looked around the table.
"Is it that obvious?" Rylan asked and laughed softly before nodding his head. "Yes, i'm new" He leaned back in the chair and as he looked at the woman. "I'm Rylan and this is my first day actually" he added.

Katrina laughed quietly along with him. "Just a tad, I don't think there's anything to be nervous about, it's a normal first day of work," Katrina said, in an attempt to reassure him. No crazy animal figurines or anything... that was not a normal first day of work so, really, the man should be quite grateful. "It's nice to meet you, Rylan, I'm Katrina and I've been here for... three years now, I believe," Katrina mused. Three years that had flown by way too quickly for her liking. "You'll have an amazing time in this department."
Katrina awaited the arrival of the other employees and wondered if there would be any faces she wouldn't see here anymore - there was always a chance of that happening.
Oh right, coffee question. This caused Katrina to grin, she did love her coffee. "One of the best, there's more in the break room, I'm sure you can nab some after the meeting," Katrina said, nodding her head. If not, it wouldn't be too hard to make another cup. Best way to start a morning was with two cups of coffee - one to wake you up and the other to enjoy.
SPOILER!!: NEW department head... boss lady!? :D

And with that she plopped into the chair and began reading the lastest issue of Witch Weekly.
Katrina immediately straightened up as she heard the door open, but instead of just normal working employees like herself, it was the department head. She seemed... well, she didn't seem nervous at all, but she did seem like she commanded RESPECT from all of them. "Good morning," Katrina greeted as she glanced at what the woman was reading. Witch Weekly? Not the Daily Prophet? What did that mean? So much to think about!

"Good morning everyone!" She greeted the crowd as she beamed. The old employees were already used to her now. But there were surely new faces around.
Katrina turned her head to face the woman who had just entered. "Good morning," she replied. Yes, there was definitely some people who were excited to be back, or glad, and it made Katrina smile herself.

Walking into the Conference Room for her first level-wide meeting was a tad nervous making but Inez was not going to show that to her employees. They needed to see that their leader was under control and strong.

Leo despised meetings, but he willingly came to this one. He was kind of glad that Armen was gone, and he was ready for a fresh start, where he could actually develop broom features and not be ignored completely. He walked in a few minutes early to find that his new boss was already there. And reading Witch Weekly at that. Leo had never liked that magazine, it picked on innocent people and shoved them out for public humiliation. He had liked it even less since the episode at Christmas where his baby sister had been in it.
But Leo was Leo, so he smiled politely at everyone in the room. "Good morning," he said cheerily, taking a seat at random, and making sure the one next to him was open for Maine.
Entering the room, Lana smiled to all that had arrived... Many were there already! UGH So obviously she felt as if she were late.. she looked around giving everyone a slight nod... OH my! The department head had arrived too.. Oh dear!
She sat down in a chair, scanning the faces, already seated around the table.. ''Good morning,'' she said shyly in her little American like accent... she smiled and looked down... again!
Rose walked into the conference room, feeling a little curious and excited. This was the first official meeting since Armen had left the department. She was actually looking forward to meeting all the new employees.
On entering the room, she immediately realized that she was late. Sigh. She gave a smile directed at pretty much everyone in the room and made her way to an empty seat. She sat down before she noticed the new boss sitting nearby. Oh. Well, this meeting was going to be interesting.

Sancho walked into the conference room, sipping his coffee still. He had been in a good mood all morning, and forgot the meeting was on until about 15 minutes prior. Even though he himself hadn't been in the ministry for long, he was still looking forward to seeing the new employee's, and the new boss properly too.
Seeing the new department head already sitting in the room, he realised that he was probably late. Great. Just what makes a good impression. Taking a seat, he gave everyone around the room a quick smile. "Good morning all," Sancho said, trying to move on from how he was pretty sure he was late.

Andrew had mixed feelings about working at the Ministry, despite the fact that he was hired fairly quickly after applying. On one hand, he was anxious for that something different, but on the other, the action. He would miss that most of all. Even the danger.
Drawing a deep breath, he adjusted his dress shirt again for about the seventh time that morning, before entering the conference room. Women. That was the first thing he noticed. Lots of women were working here. And for some bazaar reason, this depressed him, even if they were younger than him.
Scanning the room casually, his light eyes fell upon someone who seemed safe and he strode over to sit next to him (Sancho). At least he wouldn't be tempted to think of her. That was the whole point of leaving the Kestrals.
"Good morning," Andrew noted nonchalantly to his neighbor.
