"Good. Also, I would like to make sure that things are properly recorded. I don't want anything falling through the cracks. We should be able to cover all this in at least two weeks. I don't want to go beyond that. So, Ms. Ward, I hope you can keep up because I don't slow down or wait for anyone to catch up who shouldn't be catching up." she said as she leaned forward unto her forearms as she looked across at Medea.

She then smiled at her before turning to her own paper work. She got busy in starting to write up all the things she had planned in her head.

And just like that, Medea was impressed. You wouldn't hear her complain about a heavy work load, or a fast pace. She rather enjoyed it. "Looking forward to it." She said with a pleased smirk.

Medea was actually starting to look forward to this now, hopefully this woman not only talked the talk, but walked the walk.

She nodded when she heard Medea's response. Writing a to do schedule rather than a list, Victoria looked up and said,"When you can and I hope you can do it soon, draft up an announcement for me for a departmental meeting. Let me have it before the day is out. I will be going in to see the minister shortly about it." as she wrote. She then continued with,"Find out the availability of the conference room. I will need two time slots for upcoming meetings. You and I will be two busy bodies. Also, make a note that we will be briefing all liaisons, whether supervisor or media soon."

Vicky was a fast pace worker. Sometimes she had to pace herself. "Ok. So, do you care to join me for lunch this afternoon. We can get to know each other better. That way you won't see me as a control freak but just little Vicky." she said with a pleasant smile.

She listened carefully, grabbing a spare parchment and taking notes. Draw up an announcement and assess the availablity of the conference room. Easy-peasy. Medea loved being busy, made the day go by quicker. She made a third point on her list, briefing liaisons soon. She would have this list done by lunch, well except the liaison thing obviously.

Speaking of lunch. "Of course Ms Daniels." Medea had a hard time shaking the all business attitude. "That would be great. Also, I should have at the memo drawn up for you by then."

The dark haired woman had been sitting far too long, "And I think, if there are no objections, I'll go check on the conference room." She waited to make sure her new boss didn't need anything else before making her way out.

Victoria looked up from her work and said,"Excellent. You Ms. Ward exceed effiency.". She nodded and replied to Medea saying,"That's quite fine.", before returning to her own work.

Yessss. Yes. Compliment me!!

"Very well." She nodded and slipped out the door.

Layla had never really had a partner before and now that she had one, she found she was really enjoying it. She had someone to talk to about work and getting things done, which made the job so much easier and a lot more interesting it turned out.

She left the work area with Tasha and clicked her way towards the undersecretaries office,clipboard tucked neatly by her side, stopping to leave a good morning with the front desk workers before knocking and entering into the undersecretaries office with her partner.

"Good day, may we have a word?" We meaning her and her partner of course.

Natasha felt that having a partner gave her sense of security as well as a motivator for her to do a good job in the office. With Layla she now had a sounding board for her sometimes wacky ideas which made her job a lot more interesting. Tasha also liked that they could chat freely too on their lunches which made her relax enough to be herself.

Following Layla passed the front desk workers Natasha politely waved to them before entering the undersecretaries domain/office. Flashing both woman polite nods she added onto Layla's opening phrase "Good day, is the Minister of Magic available for visitation?"

Victoria looked up and said,"Yes he is. You can go in. Knock first please." before she went back to her work. Things needed to be done. Looked up again at the two new employees, whose files she had looked at as they stood there and gave them quick smile.

Victoria stood by the door of the undersecretary's office....The meeting is today right? She wondered silently. Then why was she the only one here. Could it be that they all made inside already and started the meeting already! Nah..that couldn't have happened, she would have noticed if everyone went to the meeting.

Besides she pretty much remembers that the note on the board said now. So chill out Victora...she calmed herself down. Anyway as she stepped two steps in the office with the opened door. She looked around searching for one of the secretaries, they were supposed to meet at the minister's office right! "Hello, May I come in?" Well she was already in but just to make sure.

Just as Victoria was gathering her things to head to the conference room for the meeting, she heard someone knocking at the door before she heard someone speaking.

Glancing up Vicky said,"You may come in but I'm on my way out and unless you are magical maintenance, one of my security charms will see you in a bind."

Pulling everything into her arms, Vicky stood up and realized it was a level one employee,"Ah, hello Ms. Smith. How can I help you? Even though we should both be heading to the conference room for the meeting." she asked with a firm look.

Victoria froze in her tracks, "Oh...In the conference room!" She said puzzled, "Actually I was coming to ask about the meeting, But I guess I got my answer." She blushed. She was an idiot of course the meeting was in the conference room, where else would it be!

The secretary nodded ,"I'm heading right there. Sorry...."She said turning and heading to the conference room where the meeting is really held!


Different time frame...

Victoria reached the door to the undersecretaries' office and knocked lightly on the barely open door. She stepped one step into the office. She glanced around to see if she was interrupting something. Hopefully not. Considering there wasn't any guests here. Because she would have noticed if anyone passed her office and entered here.

She cleared her throat to draw attention to her presence. "Hello," She said smiling. She glanced back at the two employees who were waiting. Was she supposed to take the gifts as they said. No it's better if she informs Ms.Daniels about this. They said they're here to see her.

Vicky sat in her office looking over reports and lists of things to do when someone knocked on the door. She looked up when, Victoria, the other young lady who had the same name, stepped in,"Hello there, how may I help you?" she said, politely.

And immediately she was noticed, Victoria smiled at Ms.Daniels who was Victoria too! That's why she refers to her by her surname even in her head because that confuses her!

She stepped another step forward ,"We have two visitors," She started, "They're employees from Level Five. And they say they have gifts. And that they are here to see you." She explained. That was all of it right?! Victoria considered it, yup she stated it all.

Leaning back in her chair Vicky, said,"Oh we do. Well, that's fine, you can send them right in." as she began to push papers and rolls of parchment to the side, trying to clear her desk a bit.

"Oh and Victoria, don't forget to catch your break, I seemed to have missed mine. I tend to lose track of the time when I'm working." she said, with a small chuckle. She was always a busy bunny and it usually made her miss little things like breaks and lunch. Vicky continued to rearrange her desk as working usually caused some amount of chaos, a whirl wind of bits of parchment and scribblings of ideas.

Nodding at what the other Victoria said, "Ok, I'll let them in," she took a step backward and reached for the door. The blond secretary grinned at Victoria and said, "I'll make sure not miss mine!" She's never miss her break. She didn't even know that it was possible. Well, obviously it was.

Victoria nodded again at the undersecretary and turned on her heels to get to the visitors waiting at her desk.

Hesitating as he stepped through the door, he looked for the person named Ms. Daniels. Spotting two desks he saw a person off to the side at a desk. "Ms. Daniels?" he asked hoping he had gotten the name correct. "We have gifts from level 5 that we have brought for the minister's offices that we were asked to deliver."

Lola nodded, letting Gavin do the talking.

Victoria looked up when two persons walked into her office. She turned her gaze to the one that called her name,"Yes, come in." she said,"Oh that is fine. May I ask what these gifts are?"

She was quite curious as to what Level 5 would be sending to the minister's office. Standing and moving to the side of her desk, Victoria eased a hip onto the desk and folded her arms, comfortably across her chest and looked at the young man.

Smiling kindly at Lola, who looked a little nervous he spoke up when the woman greeted them and asked what the gifts were. "We've brought up some trays here from the food court, in courtesy of our level, level 5." He said gesturing to his plate as well as Lolas'.

"Mine has a variety of grilled chicken and turkey wraps, beef stew and Chicken Parmesan." Nodding over at the second tray that Lola had in her hands "And Lolas has the three different salads: fruit, garden gnome and caesar salad as well as the roast beef." Looking up back at the woman he smiled dipping his head slightly in a small bow.

Vicky smiled and said,"Well, that sounds absolutely scrumptious." as she took out her wand and waved it toward the corner near her desk, conjuring a table,"You can rest the trays here."

She stepped aside to give them room to set down the trays. Speaking of food and trays Vicky was a bit hungry and it would be lunch time soon. Food was her friend and she loved it right back. She had to exercise everyday to make sure her physical activity level matched her food intake.

"Thank you so much for bringing it. Is there anything else I can do for you?" she said as she sat in her chair behind her desk.

Placing his tray on the table she'd conjured. "You're quite welcome." he said with a slight bow, "That's all we wished to do, just bring you a few trays in compliments of level 5." Smiling he dipped his head again. Looking towards Lola, he waited for her to place her tray and if she had anything she wished to say, before even moving towards the doorway.

She half listened as Gavin told the Senior or Junior or whatever she was undersecretary what they'd bought. This was making her huuuuunnngry. She nodded along adding in "Mmmhmm"'s when they were needed. When Gavin turned towards her, she remembered her tray! She put it down, and was thankful Gavin had remembered what was on it, as Lola had completely forgotten! She stepped back, ready to leave. Hometime. Yay.

Vicky leaned back and looked at the other lady and said,"Thank you. And please tell Ms. Latorta, the Senior Undersecretary sends her regards and thanks.Well, that is all, have a nice you two."

She then gave a quick smile before turning her attention back to her work.There was much to be done as there were things to be sorted. The ministry was tiered for a reason, everyone had a part to play. And each part was codependent on the other making each part important to the daily running and smooth running of the ministry of Magic.

Zach stepped out of the Senior Undersecretary's Office and into the office outside the door. He walked around the table and placed his bag near it.

He flicked his wand and the layer of dust from the furniture was gone. Another flick of his wand and everything was in place, he conjured the photo of his folks and placed it in a file cabinet that he conjured as well and placed it near the cabinets that were already placed.

He sighed and looked around before sitting on the chair.
