Did Department Head Lourdes Black call in a meeting today? Well if she did, hurry up. The room is wide and a long table is in the middle, surrounded by several black office chairs. Modern and luxurious the room was. A nice place to hold a conference but at the same time, relax. Oh, and don't forget... do not be late.

Blake walked into the conference room and looked around. Ah, looks like he's the first one there. Well the notice board did say that the meeting was today, unless he read it incorrectly. So he walked over and took a seat as he waited for the rest to show up.

Zander made his way into the conference room. He hoped he wasn't late. As entered the room he let out a sigh of relief once he noticed that only Blake was there. Good. He wasn't late. "Hey Blake!" He said with a grin. Sitting down at an empty seat his hand restlessly went to tighten his tie. When was this meeting suppose to start again.

Brooke walked into the room and found an empty seat before putting down her bag, straightening out her skirt and pushing back her red hair- she smiled at the people already there and waved a little- "Hey" she said softly as she looked around the room.

Ryan walked into the conference room, why was the Head of Department forcing him to attend a meeting it wasn't as if they had anything important to discuss was it and even if there was surely he could have sent them a memo instead of making them leave what they were working on.

Ryan sat down in an empty seat looking around, he didn't see many people in the room at the moment, but well maybe more would come and hopefully then the Head of Department would tell them what was so important.

Blake had been sitting in the room for quite a while now. Okay like five minutes but still. It sure felt like an eternity. He was just thinking about getting up and leaving when he saw that Canadian guy walking in. Wait?! He is the Canadian one right? Blake had a sudden erg to say 'eh?' but he decided to keep his mouth shut remembering Zander's reaction from the last time.

So he smiled instead and sent him a half-wave type thing. "'Lo Zander. When do you suppose this meeting will start? I was actually starting to think I came on the wrong day or something." He admitted truthfully. Who could blame the guy. It was his first meeting at his first ministry job ever. The guy was worried.

Blake smiled as he saw another person walking into the conference room. Ah and this one is a girl. "Hey there." He said as heard her soft hello. Well she must be shy or something?

Blake raised his eyebrows as yet another person walked in. He didn't know this guy either!? Maybe it would have been funny if Blake had sat at the head of the table and pretended to be the supervisor or something. But no because Zander knew him already so that would be foolish. Blake half smiled at the Bloke as he made his way to a chair. Well this guy didn't even say hello. So Blake won't either. HMPH. Rude.

Brooke looked over at the guy and smiled again- "I wonder what this meeting's for" she said curiously before moving over to him and taking a closer seat- "I'm Brooke, and you are?" she asked kindly as she pushed back her hair and put down her bag again.

Wow. It seemed they were both thinking the same thing. But really who could blame them? It was a little strange when only two people were at the conference room when there was suppose to be the whole Department. "I think in five more minutes." He nodded before looking at his watch. Yeah, in five minutes.

Zander chuckled. "Wouldn't blame you really. How long have you been here?" Zander himself was known to be early to any meetings, but usually there was always more people.

As two more people walked in Zander smiled at them before tightening his tie again. Did he look alright for this meeting? Hopefully. "Hello guys." He nodded at both of them. He was sure he hadn't seen either before.

Blake smiled warmly at the girl and nodded his head slowly. "It might be to check up on how everyones assignments are going." He said thinking it through. Actually that wasn't so bad of an idea. Good job Blake. "Oh right. I'm Blake. It's nice to meet cha' Brooke." He said checking his watch. Wait. Blake doesn't wear a watch! Oops. So he decided to be very interested in a nonexistent freckle. To cover up his little watch mistake.

Blake nodded happily. Okay good, five minutes. Shouldn't be that bad. "It's strange that our department head hasn't arrived yet. I would have thought that he would be the first one here." Not Blake. That was probably the strangest thing of all. Seeing Blake show up on time. Well there's a first for everything isn't there?

Blake went to check his nonexistent watch again only to realize once more that it wasn't there?! Note to self Blake, buy a watch. "I'd have to guess and say ten minutes? Maybe five. I'm not exactly sure actually." He said with a chuckle. Blake looked at Zander trying to analyze what the guy was wearing. He was so, business-y. Blake just showed up in his normal robes, his Puddlemere United scarf, and a pair of clean trousers. Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to sit near him. It might make him look underdressed or something. Not like Blake cared, but still.

Ryan looked at the man as he spoke to him, what did he think this was a social visit, it seemed like no one knew what meeting ment, even though Ryan though that meeting's were pointless if the Head Of House though that they weren't pointless, even though it ment they couldn't do the work they were paid to do then he would sit quietly and stare at everyone that was talking.

Keylee entered the confreance room to see who was all there. She was glad she wasn't late. She had her hoped she wasn't. "Hey everyone I am Keylee" she said will she sat down in a chiar waiting for the meeting to start.

Marie quietly walked into the Conference Room. There were a few people but she still thought a few more would come. She sat down in an empty chair. Everyone seemed to be chatting around. Now she just waited for something to happen.

" Blake, am I late?" J.J. Starr asked him. " Katalin is pregnant again" Joe Jon Montcenaggio said to Blake." This will be our seventh child and we adopted two more, so nine in all" J.J. explained to Blake. " I have my work done" he smiled.

Blake waved to the too ladies that had just walked in. He is ready for this meeting to just start already. It's not like he had anything else to do, but it was still tiring.


Blake grinned at J.J. Starr as he walked in. "No, I don't think so. The department head isn't even here yet so I think your fine." He said with a quick nod. "Have a seat. I think the meeting will be starting soon... hopefully."

" Good, thank gos, I am early" J.J. Starr told Blake. " Good, can't wait for the meeting" Joe Jon Montcenaggio said to Blake. "What do you think of my even bigger family now?" J.J. asked Blake.

Keylee May was sitting there waiting for the meeting to start thinking to herself. "wonder if I could hurry and run and grab a coffee and be back before it starts" she wondered in her head.

Rushing through the door, Adam skirted to a halt just after the threshold and looked around. Thank goodness he wasn't late - or at least, he didn't seem it. Although the Conference Room was beginning to fill up, the Department Head wasn't even here yet, which surely meant that meeting hadn't started? Judging by the way everyone was talking, he decided it hadn't and so Adam smiled around at everyone as he slid into an empty seat, running a hand through his hair and fixing his jacket with the other.

Rex was the last one to enter the Conference Room and he walked over to his chair at the end of the table. But instead of sitting down, he remained standing.

"I apologize for holding this meeting at such short of notice and I want to get this over with so that everyone can get back to work, but it appears that Lord Borr wants us to discuss ways to liven up our work areas," he said and held up a crumpled piece of parchment. "He's adding a potted plant to his office per this memo."

The same memo was promptly balled up and tossed into the rubbish bin by the door.

"Anyone wish to share some suggestions?"

Do you think we could have muggle music in our rooms?" J.J. Starr aked Mt. Vindictus. " Of course, that may be too livly for Mr. Borr" Joe Jon Montcenaggio said to Mr. Vindictus.
" I am going to think of more suggestions right now" J.J. explained to Mr. Vindictus.

Liven up? Alrightie... This Lord Borr guy obviously doesn't know Blake. "Maybe we should hold a party?" Are parties lively enough?

"Not everyone can work with music playing, but perhaps I can figure something out for the Game Room and the Coffee Cart area," Rex replied.

"Parties? They distract from work. We need to think of ways to give our work area a more personal touch."

Blake nodded his head slowly trying to come up with something else. "How about posters?" He asked furrowing his eyebrows. "Of Quidditch players? And pictures too?" Covering the walls maybe? He had absolutely no idea what this Lord Borr guy was playing at. "Maybe we could erm-- redecorate?"

"We already have these decorating different areas of the level," Rex replied. "And we just redecorated after the disasterous incident with an insane inventor. The entire floor was unrecognizable for nearly four months."

"But I digress. Is anyone opposed to sprucing up their cubicles with personal items such as pictures, drawings, and even plants or flowers?"

Keylee spoke up "I think its a good idea to spruce up are cubicles a little bit. Put a personal touch on it."

" Thanks for the music idea in those places" J.J. Starr told Mr. Vindictus. " How about pictures of Lord Borr in the office?" Joe Jon Montcenaggio asked Mr. Vindictus. WE possibly put in an aquarium with fish in ut in the office" J.J. gave his next suggestion to Mr. Vindictus.
