Gina pushed her way inside the ministry.

She was a Department Head and had every right to be there.

She walked into the fountain. Getting her feet and legs wet. This wouldn't be good for her joints but she was making a stand. "NO NO WE WONT LEAVE! NOT UNTIL OUR GOAL'S ACHIEVED! OUT WITH BORR! OUT THE DOOR!!!" She chanted.

When Adler was patrolling around ministry, suddenly he saw an old lady was yelling at the fountain.

Was that Gina Latorta? The lady at the picket line who was the leader of the Protest?? Man, it was not good!!


He casted a patronus.

"EXPECTO PATRONUM!!" a silvery smoke-shaped Eagle was produced from his wand and he sent it to the Security Office.

Olivia followed the woman in charge of the boycott inside the Ministry. She wasn't sure if this was right. There might be security surrounding them any minute now, but this was just so thrilling! She could feel her palm pulsing with excitement. Plus, they couldn't get in trouble for standing up for themselves AND they weren't doing anything wrong technically. There was no violence, or destruction of the property.

She did raise an eyebrow when the woman climbed into the water fountain. There was no way she was going to do that with the new boots she was wearing. They were quite expensive and she knew that if they were damaged then Borr wouldn't replace them.

So, instead she went to stand on the edge.

"I'm with her!" Olivia shouted, doing a fist bump in the air. She didn't know this lady's name.

Hmm, what would her brother think if he saw her acting like this? He'd probably say that she was finally acting like a Gryffindor.

Oh, this was getting ridiculous. Were they ALL going to start acting this way? And a woman of her age as well.

Gabriel pointed his wand at the shouting woman and circled the fountain as she climbed in. "Mrs Latorta! Please get out of the fountain. This is not the way to handle such matters. Striking will not work! This is Borr we're talking about here," he added the last bit under his breath, hoping none of the Cult cronies overheard.

"Please don't make me arrest you for causing a disturbance!" Department Head or not, the holding cells were for anyone.

A combination of hearing yells, seeing splashing in the fountain and almost running straight into a patronus eagle alerted Lights to the fact that something wasn't quite right within the Ministry. When she reached the scene, she realised the severity of her understatement.
She ran over to Gabriel and Adler, staring at the shrieking woman in the fountain. Gabriel had pointed her out before ... wasn't she Department Head of something? The rather ... eccentric one? What in the world did she think she was going to achieve in the fountain?! Lights looked at Gabriel, trying to stifle a smile. She knew how bad it would be if there was an arrest. "How much time do we give her before, um, you know ... we have to arrest her?" She glanced around, wondering if she should send her patronus after Adler's. The other people who should be here weren't.

The strike being outside had been bad enough. But now that it was inside. That was not good at all. Isobel had been a little surprised as she saw Dean's patronus appear in the office. She hadn't really thought they would've gone this far, and even though she did support the cause for why they were striking...this was just not on. She left her desk straight away, and apparated to the atrium. She really didn't want to see any employee's that were on the same side of them arrested, but she was sure they'd get worse from the cult.

Oh merlin's beard! That department head the annoying one that had said she was a coward was in the fountain. In the fountain. Oh dearie me. Isobel shook her head, approaching where Gabriel was, pulling her wand out, and sending a patrnous off to Evander. There boss needed to know about it, and she had a feeling he would not be happy

Gabriel yelled to make Latorta calm down, The situation became awkward. He pointed his wand to his neck to casted Sonorus Charm.


"EVERYBODY HERE PLEASE CALM DOWN!! Striking and protesting is not the best way."

Tim walked into the Ministry Screaming at the top of his lungs''Out with Borr,We won't go until she does!''His Department Head said not to be here but he can't overule us.He joined the Two ladies in the strike Yelling out the same things.He thought it would make more of an impact if more people came so went back outside and asked for the others to come out.

Gina grabbed the woman's arm and pulled her close. In the fountain with her. "Thanks! United we stand!" She said.


"It's Gina dear, and no." She said calmly. "I'm not leaving. I'm making a stand because I care about what my workers work on. I care about the wizarding world and who rules it. You should too. You shouldn't just be a drone..." She said sadly.

"It's the only way to get our point across." She said.


She nodded to the man joining them. "NO NO WE WONT LEAVE! NOT UNTIL OUR GOAL'S ACHIEVED! OUT WITH BORR! OUT THE DOOR!!!"

As Lights arrived, Gabe momentarily averted his eyes from Gina towards the girl. She was needed more at the doors, seeing as most of the protesters were still there. "As much time as possible," he replied under his breath. If he had his way no one would be arrested, but if they did something wrong they might have no choice. "Can you go and help Dean at the doors please? There are far more people out there than here."

And now Isobel was here. Good. Dean's patronus much have reached the office. He gave her a nod as she approached, and followed her own patronus with his eyes as it shot off in the direction of level two. Evander most likely. An unhappy Van was not going to be a thing the protesters wanted to mess with - but they might need all the help they could get.

"I just wish they would listen," Gabriel muttered, aimed in Izzy's direction.

"ADLER! Please go and help at the doors, Isobel and I can handle this for now. We'll send for you if we need you!" Because here they had three people, at the front there about ten times that.

At least she had calmed down enough to hold a civil conversation with him. Gabriel nodded at the woman and sighed. "Gina, please listen to me. I'm not asking you to leave just to get out of the fountain. The cold water won't do you any good for a start." He lowered his wand, safe in the knowledge that Isobel still had hers out and would have his back if needs be. Walking slowly towards the woman, he fixed a calm expression on his face.

A twinge of guilt ran through him at her next words. To them it did look like MLE were doing nothing to get Borr and the Cult out, but inwardly he, and everyone else in the department, knew that wasn't true. They just weren't so vocal about it. "I'm far from a drone, Gina. I want....all the decent people want....that man out of here. But it's not as simple as a protest being able to achieve it. He's just a big overinflated puppet - the people pulling the strings are much more deadly." Surely she knew that?

But the conversation seemed to have drifted when she heard another person shouting and began joining in again. This could get very tiring.

"Okay, Gabriel." said Adler short and calm. And Lights also were asked by Gabriel to help at the doors

"Come on, Lights!!"He asked. Quickly he went to the door and the people there.

Apparating into the ministry, he'd finally grown tired of arguing with the law enforcement outside. Heading directly for the Fountain, Gavin joined his department head stepping into the fountain as well. The fountain meant something to the entire ministry and Borr was going against everything he'd believed in. It was time to take a stand!

Even if the Law Enforcement people were to afraid to risk their lives and jobs to defend it, he wasn't. "TAKE DOWN THE BORR!!!"

Melanie ran quickly back into the Ministry to continue striking against Borr. She saw many people already rushing to get quickly inside and surrounding the Fountain of Magical Brethren. "BOORRR GO DOWN!!!! I WILL NEVER CLEAN YOUR NAIL CLIPPINGS AGAIN YOU NASTY MONSTER!!! MAGICAL MAINTENANCE SHOULD NOT BE TREATED THIS WAY AS SLAVES!!" Melanie stomped her feet in anger.

Chelsea was heading back to her level when she heard yelling. Wasn't the protest outside? She thought as she looked around.

Merlins Shorts she was IN the fountain? She was going to get herself sick!

Taking out her wand she walked over to where Gabriel and Isobel were. "You need any help?" She offered, after all she could wipe memories if need be but really, this was interesting. Interesting and would never work. Borr was like a malignant tumor that just grew and festered. As long as he wasn't wanted - he'd stay.

Lights nodded slightly grudgingly, and started towards the doors again. "I'm coming!" she called to Adler. Just to make sure he knew.

And there there was that pesky man from outside. The one who'd called her childish. Lights really wanted to hex him, but she also wanted to follow Gabriel's orders. So she just contented herself with shouting over her shoulder, "It won't work, you imbecile! Just get out of the fountain!" And then, however much she didn't want to do it because it looked like she was running away, Lights followed Adler out the door to go and help Dean.

Isobel sighed, as she glanced from Gina in the fountain over back to the entrance to the ministry. It didn't look good, and she had a feeling that they were going to get in soon. And that would not be good at all. Although everyone would know why they were striking, Isobel was pretty sure it would not help things in the long run. "They won't....I tried before." She shrugged, watching Gabe carefully as he walked towards Gina. "Be careful Gabe..." The last thing they needed was for their head of security to be taken down, but she knew that Gabe would be able to hold himself. He obviously wasn't head of security for nothing.

But...oh. It seemed some of the protesters had gotten through. Drats. Keeping her wand out, she glanced around at the new people that were here. Maybe....she should've sent her patronus to Wes too.

" I am with you" J.J. Starr told his old boss. " NO MORE BORR!!" Joe Jon Montcenaggio called out. " You can count on me to help you out" J.J. explained to her.

" NO NO, WE WON'T GO!!!" J.J. Starr called out. " You are wrong to help that man, a psthetic thing for a boss" Joe Jon Montcenaggio said to her. Join us, you desever a better life and to be treated well" J.J. explained to her. " NO .NO. WE WON'T GO" J.J. repeated again

All right, this was out of hand. Gina LaIdiota looked like she was causing a stand-off in the middle of the Atrium, complete with hostages accomplices being dragged into the fountain with her every other minute.

"Where do you need me?" the Hit Wizard growled, popping up by Gabe's elbow. He nodded over to Izzy and flicked his wand into his hand in an instant, directing that toward Gina as well.

Couldn't they just arrest her already? OH how he was itching to give her a good interrogation.

Lights had entered the Atrium in time to hear the loudmouth man shouting again. Merlin's beard, did this guy ever take a break?! "I can think of better ways to get at that better life, and none of them involve dancing around in a fountain!" she shouted back.
Lights found Gabriel trying to reason with the crazy lady. "They've all gotten in! We couldn't hold them off!" she told him rather apologetically, glancing around. What in the name of the Sorting Hat were they going to do now?

The Head Auror was angry... well angrier than usual. This was NONSENSE! This was no way to achieve ANYTHING. Where he came from it was one's right to PEACEABLY assemble, but THIS was not peaceful. Not in the slightest.

Sighing heavily Damien stepped out of the FLOO, not even bothering to brush off the soot, and stepped into the melee. Spotting Department Head Latorta he shook his head and moved closer to Gabe. "This has gotten out of hand... I say we use force if we have to... but then again I am not the best judge at this sort of thing," he said with no humor in his voice.

" You have something against dancing?" J.J. Starr asked the womsn. " I will dance even more when there is no more Lord Borr" Joe Jon Montcenaggio said to the woman. " NO NO ,WE WON'T GI" J.J. called out. "DOWN WITH LORD BORR" he called out again.

Esteban followed everyone inside, keeping off to the side though. His heart was chaning fast, and he hoped that Gina would not notice him sliping slowly toward the lifts trying to get back to his level. If his Department was even open, if Esteban recalled correctly Gina had locked it all up tight before the strike.

Dacs came in through the Floo Network and she headed by the Fountain, she saw a loon in the fountain, protesting. Then she saw a group of MLE workers, Gabe, Izzy and Damien. She took out her wand and headed over to the group. She joined them when she heard Damien suggest using force and said,"I agree but I'll listen to what Gabe has. This is more up his alley."

She looked at the protesters especially the one in the fountain, 'They have no idea who they are really dealing with.' she thought, as she twirled the wand between her nimble fingers.

"YES! DOWN WITH BORR!" Melanie hollered out in agreement with the man. "He is evil and should be fired for treating their employees so poorly! I have proof of that because he treated me like a slave to polish his shoes and clean up his toe nail clippings. We should be treated more fairly!"

" This is nothing" J.J. Starr told the woman. My best friend, Jason Potter Weasley was at Hogwwaers when the ministry took over and while Lord Borr had been teaching, one of thhe classes he had all the boys, it was split between boys and girls at the time, sit in water buckets" Joe Jon Montcenaggio said to the woman. " Actually Jason is younger than me, but he married my wife's, who also works in the Ministry, niece" J.J. said to her. "DOWN WITH BORR!!!!" he called out." The ministry security is trying to arrest the wrong peple, they should be arresting Lord Borr for cruel and unuaulapunishment" he told her. By the way, I am Joe Jon Montcenaggio, but my freindc dall me J.J. Starr' he introduced himself to the woman. " NO. NO. WE WON'T GO!!!" he called out louder.
