Alexander Greingoth EraAll historical records pertaining to Ministry of Magic RPG under Minister for Magic, Alexander Greingoth [IC January 2076 - December 2081; OOC January 2012 - June 2013]
As he heard someone saying that she would like to be in team three, Dean waved his hand from afar. "Team three's over here!" he called out to the woman near Bole, asking her to join them.
Aubrie walked over to where a man, Dean was it, was waving her over. She listened as Wes began to speak. "I will look over Diagon Alley if you would like," she said once Wes finished speaking since she was one of the other non-mentioned. "And assuming nobody really knows what my Patronus is, it is a fox." Aubrie stated since she was new to the ministry and nobody really knew her yet.
Hawk nodded. Then he turned to his two teammates and made his suggestion "I thought of a way that we might be able to capture a few of them. I'm not sure it's the best way though...but I think it's the least violent way." He hesitated. Then he went into it in a lowered voice "These Cultists want to get in, right? Let's give them what they want." He went on before they could reply "We tell them that we will let them in, but ONLY one at a time. And we will be with them. Then all three of us can accompany this person to level two. We will outnumber this person, it's three to one."

Lights nodded. "Good idea, Ebony. But one person should stay with the rest of the Cultists, just in case they start making trouble." She glanced around again. It didn't look like anyone else would be joining their merry band. "We're low on numbers, but we have to get moving as soon as possible. My husband Ethan will probably try to help, and he could be used to send patronuses for backup." As long as he didn't get overprotective ... "Right, let's start at the picket line." Lights walked in that general direction, hoping the others would follow.
The large Lynx came bounding around the fountain, silver wisp's being left in it's wake. It stopped in front of the MLE Department Head, and in among the gathered crowd. Opening it's mouth it delivered the message.
With a bow of it's head the Lynx disappeared in a puff of smoke.
Another person on the loose. Another Department Head, for that matter.

"Then welcome to team 2," She greeted him. The more people the better it would be, it'll would make it easier for them and put Sakura down. Besides, isn't Sakura a name of a flower? "I'm Sapphira.
Gabriel had apparated to just outside the security office, to avoid being seen. Not that he cared if Recard caught him. Gabe was determined to catch that man himself.
Rushing as fast as he could, wand firmly in hand, he finally made it to the fountain and the assembled MLE. He really felt a bit ashamed.
"I'm sorry, boss," he started, shaking his head. "Some bloody man and his gumballs provided enough distraction for Recard to apparate out. I don't know where he's gone. The only words I caught from the patronus he got were...the Ghost." Which Gabe was sure was the nickname of the man who used to do his job. Gevrik.
There was so much going on that Sabel was finding it hard to keep a tally on everything. Orders and plans were being made and crisscrossed between all the groups and amongst it all a patronus had appeared giving a brief detail on Recard's escape. That, and Damien was heading out with one of the teams.
Both factors, along with the tense energy of the atrium, brought a good deal of nervousness to weigh down the flighty sense of wanting to bolt in every-which direction and made headway after every man involved in the Cult. But now with Recard on the loose, and with his whereabouts unknown, as a very out of breath Gabriel reported, there seemed to be yet another avenue that needed addressing.
Sabel took a small step to the side so as not to get in the Auror's way, his eyebrows quirking up at the mention of misfired gumballs. Seemed a rather unfortunate but coincidental circumstance for the Transportation Head. More concerning than the escapee however, was the tone in which Gabriel mentioned 'the Ghost'.
His eyes flicked to Evander, hesitating on rushing off with any which group. He could always join the tail of any of the three that needed another man when they departed, but for the moment it seemed best to wait and see what Evander said. See if he could be of any sort of use.

Oh. There was Dorian; Wes wondered why he hadn't seen him before! Then again, it was rather loud in the Atrium with pretty much the entire Department of Magical Law Enforcement gathered around...his head spun just taking it all in.
"Pairs sound good," he spoke up suddenly, nodding at Dorian. "We can alternate levels; Izzy and I will take the even ones if you and Dean want to do the odds. And then whoever else joins us can search areas like the Atrium here and I don't know... whatever we miss."
He looked around at the assembled crowd and looked at Dean. So full of questions he was. "Communicate via Patronus if need be. Got it?"
Gabriel's Patronus and apparition caught Dean's attention. Recard was on the loose? Perfect! Just another offender to be locked behind the bars. Then again, they were going to be arrested anyways. The Ghost? Who was the Ghost?
"Sounds good to me," he nodded agreeing with Wes' idea. He will pair up with Dorian, and as he predicted, Wes will go with Izzy. The Ghost Gabriel mentioned earlier made him curious. With a questioning face, he looked at Izzy, Dorian and Wes respectively. "I heard Gabriel mentioned "The Ghost". Who's "The Ghost"?" he asked with a low, but serious voice.

What in Merlin's..? She was very upset now. That little weasel. It wasn't Gabe's fault he had a slimy little weasel. At least he warned us and now we have Recard to look for. That man seriously had a talent of angering people.

"Aubrie Hampson," Aubrie said. It would be great to head out on a real job for MLE. She had all sorts of disguises in her head to keep D'Isigny from recognizing her, at least as MLE, if she found him in Diagon Alley. She would just act like a regular shopper, hopefully.

"Nice to have you on the team Ferguson." Isboel grinned at him, as she wandered over to where him and Dean were. They were going to make an epic team. She knew it.
"Calm down lo..." She paused, before she said it, grinning at him. It was cute to see him getting really into this, but they really did have a job too. Ooh. Someone else was on their team too. Awesome. The blonde auror listened to what Dorian had to say, before talking. "Dorian's got the idea..." She nodded with a smile. They'd go faster by splitting up. "I'd say we split into pairs though..." You know. Just incase something did happen.

He felt humble for a moment, but was determined to bring down the Cult.
Dean nodded once in respond to the speaking man's plan. D'Isigny wasn't dumb. If what he heard was true; D'Isigny was the true leader of the Cult of Walpurgis, then they he was going to face the most dangerous wizard ever (aside from Victor). "Got it. So, if one of us caught him, what should we do?" he asked to clarify the action needed to be taken. Amateur question, but they were sayings that if you don't ask, you'll get lost.
Dean never expected that Izzy and Wes were that close. They were like a magnet and a metal. Although, he understood Wes' desire to protect the one he cared about. Heh! He would've done the same if Chelsea got involved. "The pleasure's mine," replied Dean as the auror welcomed him. It wasn't like they weren't familiar with each other. The three of them worked in the same room.
So, the other guy's name was Dorian. Dean smiled, glancing at Wes. His eyes clearly said that he agreed with Izzy and Dorian's idea was brilliant. Without saying a word, Dean kept his attention on the three seniors if they had any more ideas to share.
As he heard someone saying that she would like to be in team three, Dean waved his hand from afar. "Team three's over here!" he called out to the woman near Bole, asking her to join them.

At least people were noticing him now. Dorian knew he was quiet, but in the same respect, even amongst the group of MLE employees, he couldn't see how people could miss him. He returned Isobel's nod as she seconded his idea for the search, not feeling much need to say anything even as he'd actually said to split up after they'd checked Level One, not before. He'd sent a brief smile towards the other woman as she joined them, though. The more people on the team, the easier the search would be.
As Wes took over, he shifted his weight slightly. They needed to mobilize, but clarification would help them work together. "Sounds good," he said as the idea to split up the floors was introduced, then he nodded again at the Patronus detail. That was a given, and he assumed they all knew how. If not, there had been an example as Gabe sent the message about Recard escaping. Hopefully the rodent wouldn't get far, and he amused himself with the idea of transfiguring the Transportation head into a guinea pig. It wouldn't be the first department head transfiguration, but it would definitely be appropriate. But D'Isigny first.
"Just in case, my Patronus is a lion," he established. Odds were, if their luck held, knowledge of everyone's patronuses would come in useful. There would likely be chaos, so a verbal message might not be able to be long enough to identify voices. "Perhaps Aubrie should stick to the Atrium while we're searching the building, though. Or join either myself and Dean or you two. Just for safety's sake." Clear one area, then move on to the next. Unless they gained another team member, so the pairs could extend to Diagon right now. If D'Isigny was truly on the run, it wouldn't be easy to detain him. Especially if Gevrik was involved as well, and the likelihood was that was the case. Preventing MLE injuries or worse was important as well, after all.

All these people informing their Patronus form... Dean thought he should do the same because when he thought about it, only Izzy and Wes had seen his Patronus before. "Mine's a duc- I mean a peregrine falcon," he nodded. Duck hawk, peregrine falcon, same thing. Only he wasn't used to the word 'duck hawk'. After that, he tried to recall all the informations he gathered about the Cult through his photographic memory. The file was secure in his desk, guarded by all sort of protection charms, hexes and even some fatal curses.
Hunting the head of the Cult won't be an easy work, but the outcome did worth it. Once the Cult were down, Alexander Greingoth will take over the Ministry. Although Dean wasn't sure who he was. If that was what Bole said, then Greingoth should be a trustworthy man. And he might peek over into the holding cell too, to see what the Lard will do.

Oh. Well. Isobel should've seen that coming. The one easy way to make sure that she was okay, was for Wesley to come with her. Although that was kind of cute, Izzy really did hope he wouldn't come to frustrate her. Izzy would not appreciate that too much. "That sounds good." They'd get it covered quicker, and hopefully not get hurt in the process. With Wesley, Isobel was sure that was not going to happen, but that might be an advantage...maybe.
Oh. Patronuses to communicate. "Mines a lion too..." She mused with a grin in Dorian's direction. That was quite funny actually, but hopefully people would be able to tell the difference between the two patronuses. And Dorian did have another good idea. About them clearing one area before moving to the other. The last thing they needed was someone getting hurt. Isobel nodded in agreement with the man. Hopefully nobody would get hurt.

Wolf, lion, lion, and peregrine falcon. They would all be easy to remember except for the exact name of the peregrine falcon, but she would be fine just knowing that it was a falcon, probably. She shoved this information into her brain, one thing she was good at, her ability to remember stuff easily.
Stick to the Atrium or the rest of the building, that would be to bad. Aubrie was looking forwards to sneakily roaming Diagon. Whatever, these people were clearly more experianced than her. "Of course, wherever you need me, Atrium or with one of the pairs, either would be fine," she replied to Dorian and Isobel's nodding. Clear up this area before they moved on.
Dacs turned to those who had stepped up to go after Ren and said,"So, Sakura is a nasty one. He's an excellent Legilimens. He's ruthless and will hurt you. Damien here, I knows what I'm talking about. I'm just telling you now, we have to take him down hard. The only other thing I can imagine is him coming quietly but only for his agenda.", her tone serious and her face like stone. "He will have other around him and probably want to stay close to his brother. Just be prepared for anything. Don't hesitate to attack if you're attacked. You hesitate, you get hurt or worse, killed."
She looked to Damien to see if he had anything to add. Dacs was sure Evander would be dispatching them pretty soon.

Damien looked at Dacs and quirked an eyebrow... Sakura is a Legillimens? He was certain that was Ikenna. In fact, he was positive. Yes. Taking a deep breath he shrugged slightly. Looking to those around him he said, "Taking a page from Wes' book over here I think we should split up. Dacs you lot take the upper levels and the picket line and I will take the lower levels. We can work our way back up and meet somewhere in the middle? And Patronuses... yes. Mine is a Golden Eagle. But to add to what Dacs here just said, Sakura and his "brother" are pieces of work. Really nasty. Suspected of being the ones behind the violence and disappearances. So do be careful. They will certainly hex to harm. I think... I can handle the lower levels alone if you would like to take the rest of the team with you, Dacs. And better yet, we can all head out to the picket line together and then fan out from there. Best to see if we can spot anyone or anything out of the ordinary there, as well. But remember OUR objective is to take Sakura. Please do be mindful if there are others around. The last thing we want to happen is for some innocent bystander to be injured because we were a little too gungho about apprehending this man."

Dacs nodded and then remembered something,"Oh, it's not Sakura who a Legilimens, it's Ikenna. Got that a little mixed up but if he shows up be prepared to protect your heads. That sounds ok to me."she said,"I agree. My patronus is a Jaguar. Just watch yourselves and keep leveled heads. Assume that they know about you and they will try to use things against you. Evil likes to poke weak spots." she nodded to Damien.
It was not something easy to do but it was necessary. Her sister ran across her mind and she had to think 'whose side she will be on?'
"Damien, can I talk to you for a sec? I need to ask you something." she remarked quietly.

Damien nodded as Dacs spoke. Yes, yes... all well and good. He was ready to go. He had no desire to stand around talking all day. Then... she asked for a word alone. Hmmm.
Nodding once more he stepped a little away from the group and waited on her to join him. "What's up?"

Dacs followed him and said,"I know this is weird but my sister Layla adds a personal angle to all this for me. I can't help but wonder whose side she's on. I don't like her but she's blood Damien. What do I do if she's stands against us? " It was a rare moment for Dacs to even care about anyone when it came to her job. But Layla was her only family."She's not going to go quietly, she's a Dacosta.", she added with a slight smirk.

"You know the answer to that already, Dacs. If you are keeping a personal angle in any of this perhaps you should keep yourself far from her and anything to do with her. Everyone tends to get foggy headed and make bad decisions in times like that." Truth. He wasn't sure how he would take having to apprehend a sibling... if he had any.
Shaking his head once he began to speak again, "If she stands against any of us you must subdue her or let someone else do it if you can't. Simple as that. We are not playing games or doing exercises now. Anyone that stands in my way shall be taken down in one way or another." She had better keep her head on straight with this one...

She nodded at his very honest words. She took a deep, breath, looked around at all the others. Her face went cold and blank yet full of purpose and said,"I can do. But should things get a little crazy, I needed someone to back me up. And she's almost as tough as me so, it had to be someone who could take her down. But I can do it. I think I just needed to hear what you said."
As experienced as she was, Dacs was still very young. At 25 she was very accomplished and as tough as any other veteran in her field. She was level headed and was more than capable to do what is required of her but with age comes wisdom in some situations."Ok, time to take out the trash. Thanks Damien."

Right so..what was happened? Legend was really TRYING to pay attention but the more people came the more confused he got. And THEN Damien and Dacs went to have a private conversation! How rude! They needed to GO and take care of Sakura.
Did Damien just say he was going off alone? "I'll go with you Damien." Legend said interrupting their little private convo. "Sapphira can go with Dacs. Makes sense right? I mean splitting up in teams of two." Then calling the others when something big went down of course.

Dacs looked up at the YATI and glared,"Do you mind? I get that you want to say something but say excuse me. But I do agree with you somewhat." she said. "But watch it newbie. Don't cross me." she remarked.
She turned to the woman and said,"You will come with me but you won't stay with me for long. We'll have to cover ground.", with a stern look.

WHOA. WHOAWHOAWHOA! What was Dacs' issue right now?! Hearing the way she spoke to Damien's employee had him more than a little peeved. Stepping up beside Legend he put his hand on the boy's shoulder. "Legend can indeed come with me. Please mind the way you speak to my YATI, Dacs. Now. Get your other team member and I will see you later," he said in a Papa Bear tone. Yeah... No. No one got to talk to his kiddies like that but HIM.

"Well sorry." Legend said, rolling his emerald green eyes. He really wasn't sorry, not at all. Dacs was clearly just being over dramatic.
Legend wasn't going to say anything else, because getting into a fight with his co-workers didn't seem like a good idea. Especially now when they were suppose to be working together. But it seemed like Damien thought there would be a fight...or something...because the man rested his hand on his shoulder. Weird. They were not close at all.
AND he just called him by his first name.
Legend smirked. "Alright, let's go to the lower levels then." Then could leave now right? Evander was done talking wasn't he?
