Ah, finally it was the time of the year for the Employee Orientation. It was a great time to get to know people, which was something Lourdes liked. She was also very keen on getting to know her employees, since she was able to hire some of them during the break. It was a lot of work trying to process them, but it was all worth it and it was okay. They would be a lot of help and a great addition to the Games & Sports team.
Also she would have to think about who she should promote as the department liaison too, since Chevron had left.
The blonde entered the hall, with a smile on her face as always. She adjusted her blazer a little too.. Oh, would you look at that? Swag bags. That was really cute. Lourdes would have to take a look on one of those later, just in case she might find something interesting. Hmm.

Bradley entered the hall, the biggest smile on his face. He was still in total awe that he had even been hired by the Ministry. Let alone in basically his dream job. He loved kids and he loved helping people and he couldn't wait to start his new position as the Nursery Healer.
He looked around at all of the people. He honestly had no idea if he was overdressed or not. He figured the converse would balance things out. Brad felt it was safer to be overdressed than underdressed. He approached the table and grabbed a bag of goodies. Now where to go...
Maria smiled as she made her way to this marvelous event. Having no idea who people were, or where exactly she was she wasn't paying much attention were she was headed.
THUMP!
"Oh sorry!" Maria accidentally bumped into this stranger. Her eyes widened as already nervous to begin with.
Nerves and excitement were a boiling up in this woman, who's finally gotten a job in the magical community that relied on her favorite career field. In the muggle community she was a current pediatrician, up until she joined the Ministry of course.

She overheard a few people speaking to a man nearby, and she overheard the word "Department Head"...ahhh yes, she'd heard there were near hires, specifically in her old department. Well she HAD to go introduce herself, yes?
Click clack, click clack, Gabi's heels made a loud clicking noise as she walked up to the new Department Head. "Hello, you must be one of the new DH's around here," she said with a smirk as she held out her perfectly polished hand. "Gabriela Schultz, Department Head on Level Six, Magical Transportation," she informed him.
Because EVERYONE had to know who Gabi Schultz was. Duh.
Hmm. Obnoxiously loud shoes, obnoxiously strong perfume and a habit of butting in? Had to be... yep. The Transportation head. Roxanne decided to ignore the woman. Because, would not be a good look for the new Minister to walk in and see two department heads arguing. The woman did get a raised brow though.

"Hello Mr.Dept Head" she called to her fellow ex-coworker. Huh. Why do they always go away...and become dept. heads? "Roxanne, how are you?" she asked the woman. She gave her a smile. Last time they'd seen, it wasn't a good situation.
There was this other woman....she recognized. Hm? OH. "Oh hello..." she trailed. "Have I seen you...." They'd worked together for a brief time in the Lab on her first day in MLE. Yes, she remembered. And there was that other guy, rude one. HUH. "I'm Julia Smith, IUMO" Cause she didn't think she introduced herself last time, not that the woman would remember it. It was ages ago. Smile on.
Just as she was about to start holding her breath, Julia came up. "Hey! I'm doing great." Especially now that she wasn't pregnant anymore. Merlin, she loved Ronan to death, but the hormones that came with the whole thing.... not pleasant.

Probably nothing of value to her, but she could always pawn it off onto someone else. Shrinking it and stuffing it into her pocket, Emily walked off. This was boring her already.
Emily got a nod in return as she went by. No doubt headed to the food. Not that she blamed her.

After all being a Hit Witch was more hands on and such. And that probably explained why her small clutch contained her extra wand. And her regular wand was slipped up her one long sleeve. It never hurts to be prepared.
Looking around for someone to converse with she saw Roxanne Carter and walked over to where she was at. "Roxanne," she said with a smile to the woman she had worked with multiple times when Roxanne was in MLE before she became a department head. "It's so nice to see you again. I haven't seen you since you left MLE." Aubrie had been busy and she was sure that Roxanne was busy as well. "How is being a department head treating you?" Aubrie was sure that Roxanne was doing well after all she had done great in MLE before she got the big promotion.
And more people. "Hello, Aubrie. It has it's good days and bad days. How's being a hit witch?" Yep, she kept up with her old department. Though, she couldn't remember if that particular promotion happened before or after hers. Ah well.
And now she starting to get hungry.....

Oh wow. This was...not entirely what he had been expecting. "Oh, thank you. But really, the cure was found thanks to you and Derek." They had been the ones to really find the niche they had needed to create the cure. Aron, while also involved in lab work, had done more of the sample collecting and administering of the cure. "We did make a pretty good team though. It was a pleasure. I hope that we have the opportunity to work together again in the future."
Very possible, since his new department tended to clean up messes where the MLE was also involved.
"Thanks, Roxanne. You settling in in Environmental?" Was the woman any good at Herbology? Or had it been her that had mentioned having a garden at her place back when he had first joined? He couldn't recall at the moment. "Seren looks like she is going to pop any day now, but still has a bit to go." He couldn't wait to meet his son or daughter. Seren and him had decided to not find out the gender until the baby was born. He was secretly hoping for a son though.
And for the record, Roxanne, it had been Van who had hired Aron initially and then Wes had stepped in and continued to help mold him. Combined recognition was necessary. Both brilliant men.
"Julia, hello! Good vacation?" he asked as his attention was turned to his former co-worker. Mr. Department Head. Sounded odd.
It was the clicking heels that caught his attention first, and he turned his head to see another woman approaching him. Holy holly could he go no where without being swarmed by the ladies? Married man over here? Not that that didn't stop him from puffing his chest out just a bit. "Aron Ashburry-Hawthorne," he nodded as he took her hand and gave it a gentleman's kiss on the back of it. "Magical Accidents and Catastrophes. A department you know quite well if I am not mistaken."
See? He had done his homework.
Oh! There was little Emily - not that he ever called her that out loud. He wanted to congratulate her on becoming Head Auror, but it seemed as though she had other plans in mind. Eh. Maybe later.
Aha! Here was another face that he recognized. Doing all that criminal profiling and research had left Aron with a very good memory when it came to faces. "Miss Walters," he said as he stepped towards the woman. "Welcome to the Ministry." And more importantly the Department of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes, but that went without saying.
"It'd go a little better if more of my employees would show up, not going to lie. But otherwise it's going well." Wasn't that the truth. And nope, no garden here. Her expertise was more in the conservation area. Which was why she wished more of her employees would work. "I bet she's driving you crazy with cravings and stuff, right?" She knew she'd certainly done that to whoever had been around her.
And, note taken.

Totally against her better judgement and she knew she was going to regret it by the end of the orientation Natasha glided into the entrance hall in high heels and a light blue summery dress. It was the end of vacation after all so you didn't really need to wear ministry robes just yet, right?
Pulling an elusive lock behind her left ear that always seemed to not want to stay in place Tasha stopped to look around. The people already mingling around where a conoction of brand new employees and old.

So it turned out that her husband was not here yet. Or at least Isobel couldn't see him. Or he have been at the food tables. That was where Wesley tended to appear at these sort of things. Not that Isobel blamed him. They worked hard, and the food the ministry normally provided was yummy. Apart from when it turned you into a Zombie, and that was not too good. She wasn't really into that anymore.
Ahh. There was was of her old Yati's. Seeing him actually took her back a few years. She really did miss the auror office. "Hello Simon." She murmured with a smile. "And call me Isobel." Because well she wasn't his boss anymore. And Mrs Ferguson was rather formal.

Maybe she would be better off with heading further into the orientation. She would probably see more people there. But ahh. There was someone that she recognized. Her sister! A smile on her face, Isobel wandered over to her sister. "Hello Tasha." She murmured. This was a nice surprise. She'd had a quiet Christmas with Wes and her boys, and hadn't seen her sister over the vacation. "Did you have a nice Vacation?"

Manolo lingered by the entrance to the hall. He straightened out his vest and put on a suave bravado.
Psh. I am suave.
He was 21 now after all. He needed to grow up sometime. Well, by now, he should have grown up. With all that taking care of a 13 year old and stuff. Yeah, that should have been an age booster.
Well, ladies...and gentlemen. I'm here and ready to mingle. Now, who would be the unfortunate victim of his socializing skills?

As Alexander walked into the Entrance Hall, he was filled with a mixture of emotions. He sighed to himself and thought about his time as Minister of Magic. He'd never imagined himself there as a young man, but he'd gotten there anyway and done a good job, too, in his opinion.
On the other hand, though, he was glad to see it go. He had a wife, a two-year-old, teenager on the brink of adulthood, an older daughter who was married with two children, and...basically, a life. It was time to move on and be there for them, and he was happy to do it.
He was also glad to rid of the headache known as being Minister of Magic...
Stepping further into the Entrance Hall, he glanced around the room. Now where was the Kettleburn man?
... Was there no fanfare? What kind of place WAS this? Did they not know how amazing he was? Sad.
Smoothing down the front of his suit jacket he smiled a winning smile at those around him. Mentally he was ticking off who was acceptable to make conversation with... and who was CERTAINLY not. There were undesirables about, that was for SURE.
Now. Maybe he could sliiiiide through here and into the rest of the thiiiiing without being touched by people with sweaty hands. And yeah, his Magical Transpo pin was there all shiny and stuff. Shinier than anyone elses. He had made SURE of that. Ha!

Charely had arrived into the Entrance Hall. He had wanted to make sure he was well-acquainted with any new employees that may or may not be working with him in the same department, along with greeting any familiar faces from his first year of employment there.
His undershirt was buttoned, hair cleaning swept, jacket and pants were firmly pressed and wrinkle-free as he took in everything. The Ministry always looked so good.

If he hadn’t been certain that Wes would have hunted him down and dragged him to the Ministry for the yearly meet-and-greet, Dorian might have just skipped it. He didn’t really have a reason to hide, but after last year’s orientation, when he’d become the odd focus of a zombiefied Ms. Whitworth, he wasn’t sure what to expect this time around. Although, at least there were certain things that were a bit more established now, and he wasn’t about to let them down, or his friend and boss. Therefore, hehad left his flat and headed down to the Ministry, slipping inside in time to see that things seemed to have gotten underway. At least that would make it easier for him to just blend into the crowds, in case certain relatively new department heads still liked getting irritated in his presence. Positive thinking, he reminded himself, letting his grey eyes scan the people still mingling in the main entrance area.
Of course, the first person he had to see was Roxanne, over talking to a group of people including both current and former MLE employees, but as he’d continued looking around, he saw the familiar blonde head of Natasha, as well as her sister, and he chose to walk over there instead of dealing with the others just yet. he could work his way up to that, and besides, where Isobel was, Wes usually showed up eventually, and that way he’d make sure that his presence had been noted. “Blue looks lovely on you,” he murmured to his girlfriend, leaning down so he was speaking in her ear as he shifted the lock of hair behind her ear again. It didn’t seem to want to cooperate, but he’d stood back up straight in order to address Isobel as well. “Hello Isobel,” he said graciously, giving her a nod as he slipped his arm around her sister’s waist. “You look lovely as well. How are the twins doing?” He could handle idle conversation, after all. He might not actually do so often, but it wasn’t impossible.

Genevieve Branxton huffed impatiently as someone stopped RIGHT THERE in the doorway. Wanted to make an entrance, did he? She was tempted to shove. She was tempted to shout, actually. But no, no this particular YATI was well-behaved and full of impulse control.
Instead, she politely inched past his elbow and smiled winningly. "They won't bring the party all the way over here to you. You have to enter the room fully first." She paused, completely aware that she was being a bit brusque even still. "I like your vest. Most men are afraid of coming off as cheesy if they try for a vest, but I think you've managed the look quite well."
Was there food here?
Just as he was about to step inside, with shaky knees and a fresh glaze of sweat on his forehead, a female was speaking to him. Not just someone of the human, um, species, but a human. One with a mound of flesh on her face with two holes in it- a nose. And she was addressing him directly.
He wanted to squeak and run away back to his basement where his mother would bring him a tuna sandwich and some video games, but now he was stuck. Could he panic NOW? Oh no, no, no. This was very bad. What if she wanted to CONTINUE speaking to him? Ferris could have wet himself right then and there.
So he finally settled for full on panic mode. His eyes bugged open and began to flicker back and forth to the exit. By the time he finally found his voice, it was squeaky and anxious sounding, "I, um, well, uh." Good start. He cleared his throat and continued, "O-okay."
Tasha was just about to step over threshold and walk further into the orientation when the voice of her sister stopped her dead in her tracks. The food could wait. Turning around she beamed as Isobel wandered over in a black and blue striped dress and matching heels. Hugging her sister tightly Tasha said with a bright smile. "Hello Izzy." Not spotting Wesley in the hall she asked "Did you leave Wes at home with the kids?"
Stepping away from the door to not hinder those wanting to exit and enter the adjacent room she nodded in response."Yes, I just relaxed and spent time with Dorian. I also made an express visit at mother’s..." Yes, and that had ended like it always did. "Did you have a nice vacation with Wes and the kids?"

Elinor has spoken her peace, and felt better for it, even if it was something any other person could have let go. Her conscience was too sensitive for that. The woman bobbed her head briefly in agreement. "I hope so as well."
And with that, she let him be. He had plenty of people to talk to, introduce himself to, plenty of things to be said to his new employees. And she did hope that, in the future, he would show up in her lab again. She might even overlook it when he decided to go touching things. Elinor sighed quietly and continued scanning the crowd.

After loitering around the food area long enough, Wes had decided that if Izzy wasn't going to come to him, he would take himself (and his precious chicken wings) to her.
On his way toward where he THOUGHT he had seen a bit of blonde hair, Wes and his plate of saucy wings nearly ran straight into the outgoing Minister of Magic.

Aha, and THERE was his Izzy! After excusing himself from Greingoth, Wes made his way through the crowd, careful not to let ANYONE accidentally touch his chicken wings. He popped up beside her, Tasha, and Dorian just in time to hear his sister-in-law mention food.
"They have excellent chicken wings," Wes spoke up, lifting his plate a little to show Tasha an example of the meat selection. "And ribs, too. Also, don't worry about contamination, but I taste-tested everything personally myself. And it was all clean and tasty too."
He was clearly very proud of the hard work he'd put into today.

He nodded in understanding as she provided the preferred choice of referral, the answer making things easier in knowing just what to call her. It had worked out better than him acting too familiar and making things uncomfortable from then on. She still was a superior within the ministry even if not directly above him anymore. Mysteries...like Evelyn, making him briefly wonder what was up with his friends.
"Of course...Isobel," he said, returning her polite smile.
"How are things?" Simon added tentatively. The auror figuring to try and continue a conversation but keeping it general so the woman could decide where to go since he himself couldn't settle on the right words. The new(er) department...the twins...work or family...whatever.

How are the twins doing?” He could handle idle conversation, after all. He might not actually do so often, but it wasn’t impossible.
If she and Wes were anything to go by where her sister would be, her boyfriend would soon turn up at events like this. And Isobel was proved right a few minutes later. "Hello Dorian." The department head smiled at her former colleague. "Why thank you." Compliments were nice. Especially from someone who wasn't her husband, and therefore inforced to compliment her. "The twins are fine." She murmured, with a smile. "Still little devils." Though they were growing into bigger devils now. She wouldn't change them for the world though. She loved her boys far too much for that. Though she would prefer it if they actually behaved a little bit.

Not spotting Wesley in the hall she asked "Did you leave Wes at home with the kids?"

Isobel beamed as she hugged her sister. She was very glad she had seen Tasha here. It had really been far too long, and she was going to be very busy once the ministry reopened properly, so probably wouldn't have chance to see her sister then. "No. Louisa has got them." Because Wesley was around her somewhere too. "I'm collecting them later." Because she hadn't brought them to work today. Probably would drop them into the day care tomorrow. They had been rather tired this morning, so she hadn't thought that it would be too good an idea to bring them.
"You saw mother?" Isobel raised an eyebrow at her sister. Isobel would not voluntarily go to see her mother. Actually she was pretty sure she had not seen her mother since before her wedding. "Why?" Because their mother was not the nicest of people, so there must have been a big reason. "Yes. It was very relaxing." Well when the boys were in bed it had been relaxing anyway.

Ahh. There was her husband. Isobel smiled, watching as her husband approached. Oh. Hello facial hair. "Nice beard dear..." She murmured, smiling up at him. Though she did notice that something seemed to be in his beard. "But you seem to have some sauce in it..." No surprise when he was eating chicken wings. But Izzy still didn't think it was a good look. Not when he was a big department head and such.
"They look good..." She murmured with a nod. But not very ladylike to eat, so maybe she would go for something else. "Was there nothing but meat left Wes?" She teased, raising an eyebrow before she smirked. "Very good dear. Glad to know security is top of your priorities." She was very glad, because she really would not want to be a zombie again. Not at all.

Ahh. Yes. He was calling her Isobel. That was much better. She still found it a little odd when people called her Mrs Ferguson. It was very formal, and she didn't like formal too much. "Much better..." She murmured with a smile. She did prefer people using her first name. Made things much easier.
"Things are good..." She mused with a nod. Things were very good. "Glad of a vacation." Because things were just maniac everywhere. "How was your holiday?"

She chuckled at the kiss on the back of her hand. Here's hoping Armen wouldn't see that! Even though it was just a polite gesture. "Well, very pleased to make your acquaintance. I hope everything goes well for you and there aren't many, well, catastrophes to deal with there," she said with a wink. At one point the level had been notorious for STARTING catastrophes rather than solving them, but thankfully that had passed before she got there.
Now it was his turn to chuckle. Not too many catastrophes would put his department out of jobs. Not that he exactly wished for the world to come to an end or anything. Just enough to keep things interesting and him and his employees on their toes. "As long as there is no drool involved I am alright with anything thrown my way," he smirked.
Seriously. No more drool please. He had collected enough of that for a lifetime and then some.

There was plenty of food too, which was one of those nice touches that was so often overlooked. Really, an event could be perfect but the food was inadequate, and it would forever be remembered as 'that time the Ministry served bad food'.
Merlin, what was he supposed to be doing? Ah, right, looking for Alexander. And maybe having a glass of punch. He was parched, and one did not go looking for the Minister for Magic with a dry mouth.
Oh hey, look who it was!
Aron slowly made his way towards the gentleman who would become Minister for Magic and offered him a small gentleman's nod. He wasn't entirely sure how best to proceed around this fellow - not that he knew how to proceed around Alexander either - but as long as he didn't go around calling him the new Head Head Cabbage he figured he was save.
"Good to see you again, Mr. Kettleburn."

She knew she'd certainly done that to whoever had been around her.
And, note taken.
Show up? That sounded a bit odd. "The majority of my Department is out on the field and not in the Ministry," Aron replied with a small smile. "On assignment that is and owl their reports to me." Like the one bloke who was off in Egypt taking care of that mummy problem. Had been a right mess. Poor muggle tourists hadn't known what had hit them.
Literally so now. Heh.

Smiling as the woman left, he felt a tiiiiiiiny bit sad that he would not be working directly with her. Maybe he could just stop by the lab down in MLE every now and again. You know, just to bother her. Heh.

Bradley was about to head into the main part of the orientation when a woman bumped into him. He held out his arms so that she didn't stumble and fall. Didn't need someone getting hurt because of him on his first day here. Heck. He hoped it never happened.
"It's all right. Are you okay miss?" He was genuinely concerned.

Maria nodded and felt some embarrassment, first day here and she's already bumping into people.
"Yes, I'm fine. I hope I didn't hurt you?" Her eyes widened, not sure if was turning red or she was in pure embarrassment.
Maria was always clumsy on her first days of work or first days for anything. But all in all, she was here to have a good time and get to know her fellow mates.
Ah, the Minister. Albert took a few short strides from his position near the door, hand outstretched. "Alexander! Good to see you again." His face was all warm smile and pleasant expression. It was easy to be pleasant when the man in charge was on his way out, even if Albert didn't find Alexander the least bit objectionable. It was still easy to be pleasant.
Ellis hadn't ran to the banquet room that was hosting the Ministry's party to welcome the new employees and the rest of them back from the Holidays because he wasn't a new employee or a weirdo.
Recard was just moseying along looking at the food and messing with the lapels on his suit jacket. He hadn't gotten a chance to meet many of his coworkers before they had all gone on vacation so he was definitely stag tonight.
SPOILER!!: Ferris and Vivi

Maybe he could do this another day? Gulp.

Socializing stunk.
Oh what was this?
Ellis had been minding his own business when he was bumped into by some bumbling guy who was trying his best to talk to an attractive, although rather young girl. She'd probably recognize him from the posters or if she had attended any of his matches--she wasn't THAT young. And Merlin he wasn't old.
"Hey buddy, relax. There's no need to be nervous. Ellis Recard, former Keeper of the Tutshill Tornadoes. Working here in Magical Games and Sports as a PR Rep because of that injury." He flashed a grin at the girl too as he offhandedly felt the place on the back of his head where the Bludger had gotten him. The guy probably knew all about this though.
Most people did. *cough*

"Ms Lordes, enjoy your holiday?" Ellis Recard certainly did. He had had one awesome weekend in particular with a bird from back home....but no, focus! Work and schmoozing time.

Deciding that the food table was looking a little full, Recard went over to take care of it. Once Ellis had his plate full of shrimp cocktail and other things covered in bacon, he walked towards the tables.
He was about to take a seat with someone he didn't know when he noticed a familiar face standing nearby, one that his brother would probably duck away and ignore all night (that is if he wasn't seething too much to make an effort). Changing course the young Personal Relations officer walked over to the blonde and the man with her and smiled after he pulled an empty stick that had just been covered with shrimp and vegetables from his mouth.
"Isobel, it's good to see you again!" Surely she remembered him from the family dinners Armen had brought her to. It was a shame things hadn't worked out between them, she could have been a nice addition to the family.

She overheard a few people speaking to a man nearby, and she overheard the word "Department Head"...ahhh yes, she'd heard there were near hires, specifically in her old department. Well she HAD to go introduce herself, yes
What in Merlin's beard was this, a meet-up of his older brothers girls, past and present?
Chuckling at the thought Ellis walked over to the Transportation Head and bumped his elbow into her's, they had met a few times so she should be used to his shenanigans. "So where's ArMANDO?" He snorted. They were always together at these things. He was probably working or something boring.
Mom says I have no sense of direction, so I packed my bags and right.

OOOoh How very exciting today was going to be. So many people introduce himself to, and hopefully some shall introduce themselves. It was his first time working in the British Ministry, and as a Department Head to top it off. He wondered if he'd see any familiar faces from when he attended the Debate here during the campaign for the Board of Governners. Splendid! He did see two faces, Lourdes Black, and Roxanne Carter. Both former candidates, whom he'd have the pleasure of working with now more closely. "Ms. Black." Warfield called over to the Lady as he moved over to her and to took one of her hands into his, and shook it quickly. "I'm not sure if you recognize me, Warfield Rockefeller. I campaigned for Cooper Cope during the Election. Shame you weren't elected in along with him. Past is the past of course, you seem to be doing just fine here at the Ministry, no?" Oh were those Swag Bags! He released Lourdes hand from his hands and moved his attention to the table. Grabbing at a Minister's Office pin and poking it into his suit"It'll be a pleasure working with you. As well as the other Department Heads. I cannot wait to meet the others." He did loooove meeting as many people as he could. Perhaps tonight would prove to be a challenge with so many employee's here tonight. Was the Minister here as well, of course he had to be? Warfield did not move from his spot beside Lourdes and scanned the Entrance Hall trying to spot where he may be.
Dacs decided that she would go to the orientation. As she headed into the hall. She saw a lot of new and some familiar faces. She looked around for her MLES crew and spotted a few. It was nice to be back. She missed this place.
She saw Simon and pondered whether to go over. Dashing the thought she allowed her feet too move, as she squared her shoulders. As she got closer she saw Izzy and Wes nearby. Everyone seemed to be here.

EEEEEEP!
More people to socialize with. He wanted to run, get out of here and un, well, uh, leave please. Maybe they could try this another day. And the gentlemen talking TO him, Merlin forbid, was all talky. Oh why, oh why, oh WHY did the nice lady have to come over and talk to him. It was too much pressure.
And then the guy was introducing himself and Ferris blinked. So many names, so many titles, so many...so much... MUCH. And he was a snappy dresser too. He had, um, uh, probably been socializing for AGES.
Instead of saying anything of any real interest, Ferris just gulped and nodded at the human specimen known as, well he couldn't remember.
"F-F" Sweating, lots of sweating, "Ferris.". VIDEO GAMES AND TECHNOLOGY NEVER ASKED HIM TO SAY HIS NAME. OH HE NEEDED TO GO NOW!
Elizabeth came back to the ministry after a long break. Things had finally calmed down and she was ready to be back. Eliza was nervous at the possibility of running into Benjy so she quickly looked around and smiled when she didnt see him. Eliza twisted her wedding ring... She hadnt invited Benjy to the wedding... or even told him yet. Elizabeth felt bad for avoiding him especially since he hadnt seen the baby at all. She sighed and stayed close o the wall, watching as the crowds of people flow past her or stop and talked to their friends. She was starting to miss Benjy and even started to miss Jack but Jack was no longer at the ministry... not since the divorce. He avoided her most of the days and the only times they talk was about Anne.
