After filling all those forms at the front desk, Konrad walked a bit nervously to the cubicles area, not exactly knowing what or who he was looking for. "Hello," he said, once he was there. Did he have to introduce himself of something? Nah, nobody would've been interested, most probably.

Uhh... and now? Right, they had to look for different ways of getting more oxygen for the minister. He also noticed Ms Hathaway, who seemed to be taking notes. "How about some simple floral arrangements?" The man suggested, as he took a glimpse of the list with other ideas.

Jenna looked at the man a little bit shocked for a second.Had she doen something wrong?Was there something up with hr? oh dear god please not.Maybe he didnt like the ideas she scribbled down on hr parchment?But oh well she would follow him and see what it was about."Yes sure sir",the blonde nodded and smiled friendly.Maybe it was a good reason.It had to be.

Lizzie listenened intently as people spoke, jotting down every idea neatly on her parchment. It seemed like they actually had quite a good, long list. Hopefully it would be good enough for Borr. No one wanted to be sat on, after all. She pitied the poor man from the Atrium.

'So, everyone, here's the list,' she said, pushing it onto the middle of the table. 'Does anyone have any more ideas, or should I take it to Mr. Greingoth's office now?' she asked with a smile.

A butterfly shaped piece of paper fluttered into the Minister's Office Work Areas and fluttered around until it found Medea. Then it landed on her desk and slowly unfolded to reveal a note from the Department of Magical Accidents & Catastrophes.

Medea thought the fluttery butterfly was overkill, but whatever. She reviewed the message, made note of it and filed it away.

Mia strode into the work area with a note book and pen in one hand and a cup of coffee in the other. She looked around wondering exactly who else should be there, she was still quite new to the Ministry and didn't know many people, even those in her own department. She knew though that she was supposed to be in a meeting about the tree project, or at least she was to over see the meeting, something that Mia was happy to do but was slightly concerned about seeing as she didn't know everyone yet from her department.

Konrad felt... lost. He knew what he had to do, but there he was, almost sneaking into the work area. He gently opened the door, almost hoping to find it empty, but he didn't. There seemed to be someone, and he wasn't sure whether she was with the tree thing or not, because he didn't know her, and neither did he know where she worked.

"Hello," he said with a slight nod and a smile on his face.

Might as well be nice.

Oh, yay. Another useless meeting. Well, she had to show up, so... here she was. As Lizzie took a seat, she smoothed out her skirt and looked around. 'Good morning,' she said politely to the only other people in the room - Konrad and Mia. Well, that was fine. She knew them both. Actually, they were pretty much the only two people she knew from her own department, apart from Medea.

Now, hopefully other people would start arriving so that they could get this ridiculous, pointless completely necessary meeting underway. The faster they did that, the faster she could leave. And right now, leaving seemed like a good idea. Honestly. She pulled her notebook, quill and ink from her satchel back and set them neatly on the desk in front of her. They were all perfectly aligned, of course. Nothing was even a millimetre out of place. That would be a disaster.

Violet hurried into the room, collapsing into a seat with an unkempt bun falling out of her hair and a messy pile of paperwork threatening to spill from her hands. Wow, she thought sardonically, this is my best impression yet.

The nearly 19-year old had been held up at the front desk with a particularly disgruntled older man who insinuated that a young girl like her should be home finding someone to marry instead of working in such an important place. If she didn't value her job so much, she'd have hexed the idiot on the spot. As such, she was now flustered and late.

"The meeting hasn't started yet, has it?" she asked the few people in the room as she reorgainzed her papers. The girl next to her had everything in perfect (OCD) order. Taking a deep breath, she got to work on the mess that was her hair.

Mia was relieved when someone finally joined her in the work areas, though she hoped it was someone she actually knew, she was thankful for anyone to join her. "Good morning." Mia greeted the man with a warming smile. She put her notebook and supplies, including her coffee, down on the table and walked over towards the man.

"I don't believe we've met yet." Mia smiled as she extended her hand. "Mia Reeves." She introduced.


It wasn't that long after the man entered the work area that someone else came through the door as well. Mia smiled when she saw it was Lizzie. "Good morning Lizzie." She smiled. Lizzie was a hard worker from what Mia had seen in her short time in the department, Mia knew that there would at least be one person she could count on, even if she didn't necessarily care for the task at hand.

Mia turned to greet yet another co-worker, one that she hadn't met yet either. "No." Mia smiled, "You're right on time dear, we're waiting on the others to show up." She confirmed as she wandered toward the girl. She seemed to be a bit nervous and slightly irritated at the same time. "I'm Mia Reeves." She introduced, extending her hand for her to shake.

The nineteen year old rushed into the Work Area. Merlin's Beard was she late!? She just had to sleep five more minutes.... The blonde shook her head. As she walked in with a coffee in her hand and her hair up in a butterfly clip, she headed over to her desk to pick up her folder. She'd need these if there was a meeting with Borr. Quickly putting her bag down, Chiara noticed Violet talking to another co-worker. "Hi Violet. Hi! You guys ready for the meeting!? I'm Chiara Wood, Ministry Advisor." asked Chiara, being bubbly despite what happened earlier in the morning.

Mia turned when another person rushed in through the door, she couldn't help but smile as more and more workers came in for the meeting. "Good morning Chiara." Mia greeted. "I'm Mia Reeves, Event Coordinator." She introduced, it seemed weird saying her full name and title like that, it was almost like she needed to write it down on her hand to remember it all it felt so foreign to her still. "We're still waiting on the others to arrive." Mia added on, the woman seemed to be out of breath and slightly hyper.

Events coordinator? Merlin's Beard that sounded like a huge job. Chiara gave Mia a kind smile. "Nice to meet you Mia! And good morning to you too," exclaimed Chiara with a wide smile. Chiara loved meeting new people. It was a lot of fun and it was nice to make more friends. The Italian nodded. "All right! Sounds fantastic," she said as she took a deep breath. After taking a sip of her coffee, she gave the two of them a smile. "So how are you?" asked the blonde, as she looked around the room briefly, wondering what the meeting was about.

Tasha Quickly walked in and went up to a woman only known by discription. "Miss Reeve's I am Tasha Starr Human Resources Director, Very nice to meet you... so as you've heard we are currently working on a project to plant some tree's in diagon Alley, I just want to confirm that this is where everyone is meeting" she also blurted out that she got engaged. She was trying to show off her ring soo much but she was at work and she had to hold it together. Holding her clip board she looked around for it was crowded as normal.

"Konrad Scherfig," he said with a smile, as he gently shook Mia's hand. "Pleasure to meet you." The more workmates he knew, the better.

The man also looked around as more people arrived, and felt a bit relieved, because it was like a confirmation that he was in the right place. He didn't say hello to everyone who entered the work area, since it would've sounded... silly. To keep greeting. But instead, he tried to keep that smile on his face and nodded towards the ones he didn't know.

And now... were they going to wait for more to arrive?

Violet was extremely grateful that the woman didn't just stare at the current mess she appeared to be.

Extending her hand, she replied, "Hello, Miss Reeves, a pleasure to meet you. I'm Violet Downing, the Receptionist for the Minister. And I promise you that I'm not usually this...disheveled."

She sighed as she placed her notepad and quill on the table in front of her. "I just had to deal with a man from the Stone Age who believes I should be barefoot and preqnant in a kitchen somewhere." she rolled her eyes.

"Anyway, you're an event coordinator, aren't you?" she asked with a smile.

Helena quickly made her way up to Level 1 from the Atrium after receiving her memo about the new task Borr had given them. So... the Minister wanted them to go and plant trees? The people who were the "behind the scenes" to him running the country, and he wanted to plant trees?! ... This was ridiculous. Honestly ridiculous.

Seeing that there were already quite a few people in the work areas (some people whom she did not recognise), Helena simply walked over towards them, assuming that they were the group of workers named on their assignment. Clearing her throat quietly, the middle aged woman pondered on who would be best to address first...

Mia smiled at Chiara, she seemed to be a really enthusiastic worker, and Mia was happy to have people like that at the Ministry. It gave some sense of relief when they had petty jobs to do...LIKE PLANTING TREES. "Doing quite well this morning, thank you." Mia answered with a smile and a nod of her head.

And then there was another employee, this time she came directly to Mia. "Hello there." Mia greeted, "Please, just call me Mia." She told Tasha. "And yes, this is the place." Mia confirmed gesturing her hands to the other employees and the room in general. "You've got the right place." She said nodding her head. "And congratulations by the way, I"m happy for you." She told Tasha with a beaming smile, she loved when people got married, it was such a joyous event.


"Oh please just call me Mia." She said with a little chuckle, everyone insisted on formalities, but Mia much perferred to go on a first name basis, so everyone was put more at ease and at the same level as everyone else. And she didn't like to correct people that it was Mrs. Reeves. Mia nodded her head as she listened to Violet ramble on about the man from the "Stone Age". "Ah, yes, yes I am." Mia said nodding when asked if she was the event coordinator.

Seeing as they had a few employees gathered, some looking impatient, enthusiastic or like they were forced to be here Mia decided it was time to get things started. "Good morning everyone." Mia started, hoping to catch attention of the others. "I think we can go ahead start if no one has any objections." She told them looking around for anyone to oppose. Mia just wanted to get this planting business out of the way so they could do something useful.

"I'm Mia Reeves and I'm the event coordinator." She introduced herself with a warm smile. "We're supposed to organize and complete this tree project in Diagon. Anyone have any ideas to get us started?" Mia asked, really there wasn't much to plan, they were just supposed to plant trees, but yet they still needed this meeting.

Blink, blink.

Konrad just stood there, somewhere next to Mia, and then... she started talking. And it seemed like she was the coordinator. Alright.

Now the difficult part. Ideas. Couldn't they just let the minister do everything by himself, since it was his idea? And why weren't the ones from the Environmental department doing this?

"Shouldn't we look first for places in which we could plant trees?" Well, they couldn't just go and plant them wherever they wanted, right?

Tasha blushed when Violet said her congrats "Thank you I'm really excited about it" she said, Then another employee said something about where to plant the trees... then an idea poped into her head.

......

" what about putting them into big planting pots and we can stick them to the ground with permanent sticking charms?" seemed like a good idea to her, but then again big trees = big roots and they are bound to break some of the pots. But she wondered what everyone else thought.

Zach gathered his composure as he enters the work area... He looked like he had been running around all day. Well after his conversations with Levels 2 and 4 he still have no answer to his questions....

He looked around at the group of employees and smiled at them. He also glanced at the HR Director, one of his fellow adviser, the Events Coordinator who seems to be very witty and eager and to the lot.

He snapped his finger and a notepad and a quill came from his desk and started scribbling. He then noted the suggestion of trees on pots, and then thought of a muggle parkway and then cleared his throat.

"Hello, as good as I applaud the idea of trees on pots, it will take a lot of space to fulfill that thought." he said and then took his wand and flicked it and a photo can to him, "Try and have a look at this photo, I took it from a muggle park in China, look at the small holes in the concrete that is used to house the trees, maybe we can do the same." he said holding the photo.

Lizzie sat and listened to everyone, taking notes in her little book. Trees in pots seemed to be an alright idea, but the pots could break or be vandalised or something pretty easily. She rather liked the idea of lining the streets with trees on either side, though. Like that picture of the Muggle park Zach was showing everyone. 'That looks nice,' she told him with a smile. It was pretty. Plus, it looked fairly easy to do, as well. That was always a bonus.

'Well, as for where we could put them, I was thinking that perhaps they could go down each side of the main street,' Lizzie told the others. 'It could look a little bit like this,' she added, showing them a piece of parchment she'd been sketching on as they all spoke. It was just the street - well, actually, it was a rather Muggle-looking street with a few cars on it, because it was based on the street outside her flat on Fulham Broadway - but there were trees spaced out evenly along the pavement. It looked rather nice. 'And we could use Zach's idea, too. Little holes in the concrete would be perfect to plant the trees in,'

Helena nodded in agreement. Having an idea of where they could go would be most suitable. "Yes, I think that would be wisest. Then we could consider the space and what types of trees would be suiable. Diagon alley would only be able to hold small trees, really." They couldn't go having oak trees, as pretty as they were. Over time, they'd out-grow the Alley!

Now, that was an interesting idea. Helena wasn't one for potted plants, she didn't like them. Putting plants in pots was like putting animals in zoos. It might help them thrive and grow in numbers... but it's just not natural. She stayed quite on the woman's suggestion.

And permanent sticking charms? Helena didn't like the idea of making any of Borr's plans THAT permanent. Those things were irreversible ...

"But we have cobbled streets in Diagon Alley... Do you think it would have the same look to it with cobbles instead of concrete?" Helena wasn't knocking the idea... no, certainly not. She thought it was a rather clever idea, actually.

It could work...

And at least she wasn't the only Ministry Advisor that had shown up... Hopefully the others would be here soon.

... Why was this woman under the impression that Diagon Alley was concreted over? Had Borr instructed someone to do that since she last visited?

"I like that idea. But... the street is rather narrow. Would one row of small trees down the centre of the main street not work better, as it would appear provide two pathways and therefore the impression of more space? Two rows of trees could, potentially, make Diagon Alley very claustrophobic."

"Hi Chiara, how's it going? Don't worry, I walked in way more disheveled than you!" Violet said with a giggle.


Violet nodded her head. The street was crowded without trees, especially during the summer and holidays.

"The center might work, or we could stagger them on either side, appearing as two rows but never crowding each other? I honestly wish we could just hang beautiful potted plants on lampposts."

Or are there tall enough, skinny enough trees that don't branch out until they're very high? Trees that could perhaps provide a canopy over the alley? I don't know- I was terrible in Herbology!"

Well, Victoria might have been a bit late but if she just showed in time that would be so out of charater. However, she was glad the meeting wasn't over yet. Or that's what she presumed when she entered the work area.

When she entered she smiled at everyone, her eyes jumped from face to another searching for familliar faces. Well, she found some! She finally stopped smiling and spoke "Hi, I'm Victoria " She said "I hope I'm not too late" she added as she sat down.

She looked around her to see that of course they started, it's not like they'd wait for her to show up! She paused trying to remember the Assignment then she saw a picture that a familiar employee was holding..... trees!

Victoria cleared her throat the said " Well, I don't what you guys already decided but I believe that before planting trees we should decide what kinds of trees we're going to plant" there are kinds right? "And in what way? Like on both sides of the street or zigzag shape..." Zigzag?! Okay that maight've been a dump idea!
