Well. It was good that someone at least informed her the direction she needed it go. Isobel would've looked a little silly if she'd just kind of stood here now really knowing where to go. Oh...she had just missed him. Well that was a little typical really. But oh well. At least there wouldn't be any awkward chit chat on the way to his office. That would've been a little awkward. "Oh...." She smiled at the man. "Thanks..." And then she disappeared off in the direction he had gestured.

Emily was left somewhat confused by Evander's comment, but smiled nonetheless. He seemed to be the playful kind. This could potentially be bad... Emily enjoyed playing games... especially mind games.

She watched him leave the reception area... she couldn't blame him for wanting to leave. It was somewhat crowded.

Kyle? Oh yes, Alicia must have been the cousin? aunty? that Kyle had mentioned on the train that day.
A grin spread across Emily's face, revealing two neat rows or gleaming white teeth.
"I did, we were in the same house... Ravenclaw. It seemed I shame I only met her in my final year, she's a lovely girl. May I ask how you know her?" she asked conversationaly.

....... And there went Damien...

What was she supposed to do now? ........ slightly confused Emily considered her options...
1. sit and wait and chat with other MLE....
2. follow them............

The first sounded more entertaining... but the second wss probably more appropriate. Still she figured she'd wait a few more minutes till she went after Damien.

Ali felt relieved when she realized it was the same Emily Kyle had told her about. "She's my niece," Ali smiled over to her. Chuckling slightly, "Oh thats nice about being in the same house, she said you were a good at flying...and yeah, she should have transfered years ago I think, but she waited far too long in my opinion." Ali smiled, she watched as now both Damien and Evander had both left. She squirmed slightly nervous she wanted to know where to go really - being new was sometimes very, extremely, horrid.

Bingo! Ali was Kyle's aunty!... thats why she had recognised her... they sort of loked alike... Both were blonde at least.
Emily felt herself blush, she hadn't realised Kyle had mentioned her.
"I was a fair flyer... nothing special", she said with a wink.

Noticing Ali seemed a bit... nervous? as Damien and Evander left, Emily smiled.
"Mmm... funny thing... I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing", she said trying to see the lighter side of the situation.
"I suppose I'll probably see you around, I'd better find out what I need to do", she said.

Turning, she left in the same direction as Damien. Crossing her fingers she hope she wouldn't get lost.

Ali smiled over to her, "Yeah we'll see eachother around, and I have no idea what i'm supposed to be doing either...first day in this department" she smiled over to her.

"Well, have fun, and good luck," she smiled as she saw Emily walk off towards Damien - a little bit of Ali wanted to wait to see if she was working in the same department as Jaxton after all he was really nice, and he'd helped her out, and she thought he was snoggable. Taking a deep breath she sighed, and calmed her nerves - it was more nerves for the new day ahead than anything else.

Chewing on the edge of her lip she decided to walk over to the Wizengamot desk area - finding her desk might be a good idea.

Either he was very early, very late, or somewhere inbetween. Because there didn't appear to be very many people in reception when Gabriel arrived. But he was sure he still had time to grab a quick cup of weak coffee from the machine as he passed. It would be his first cup that day, and was something he needed to galvanise himself.

Swilling it around, Gabe opened the door to the booking and interrogation area, ready to pass through to the main office, find his desk, and meet anyone who was already there.

Zach walked towards the Reception and looked if someone is there. He is unsure, for the first time in his life, what he is doing there.

He sighed and waited for the receptionist to entertain him.

He looked around and called, "Hello, my name is Zach McMillan. Is Mr. Evander Bole in?"

Toni is early to her appointment to this office, but this is the right thing to do, make them impressed and probably Toni may get the jod, she is applying for.

She approach the receptionist. She give her smile sweetly as she can.

"Hello, I'm Toni Hunters, I think I have an appointment to Mr. Evander Bole, for an interview"

So now was the time to make an appearance on the weakness that was level two. He had done a rather fine job avoiding this level for the majority of his time in the Ministry but now he was there for pleasurable business. His victory in the Courtrooms had given him a new bounce in his step and after he had helped deliver the good news he went and made a few corrections, and then copies of the Offical memo he had drafted before the meeting had even started.

Exiting the lifts, Armen began to walk towards the doorway leading towards the Auror, Security and Hit Wizards' desk without waiting for anyone to direct him, this was the Cult's Ministry now right?

Evander completely blocked the doorway and glared.

Did Armen realise they were completely alone aside from Muriel over there who was a darling and would pretend she couldn't see a thing?

He didn't speak, he just glowered.

The Transportation Head continued to walk swiftly over towards the exit of the Reception area and towards the offices beyond with a figure blocked his way. Evander.

"Ahh Evander. Just the man I was coming to see." he said grinning smuggly. Armen smoothed the front of his suit, straightened the tiny gold Cult pin on his chest, and blinked waiting for Bole's oh so thrilling response surely to come.

Evander didn't say a word.

Not a word.

He wasn't impressed.

He did see the cult pin though and made a mental note to stab Armen in the eye with it in his next daydream.

Get on with it little man.

Not very chatty was he? And Armen was soo looking forward to switching and comparing notes on the Department Head meeting...poo.

"Well thanks for the welcome to MLE," he looked around and crinkled his nose for a second. "It's...nice." Ok who was he fulling he was here for business. "Evander I would like to deliver a memo to your department and would like to go over it with you or some of your employees to be sure everything....is understood." he said talking calmly thoughout and smiling slyly in all the correct places.

"Just get it over with, Recard. I don't have the time or the inclination to put up with your small minded machinations."

Because really, memos were generally self-delivered. It was clear Armen was only here, hand delivering a memo which likely had to do with this apparition idiocy so that he could get a reaction and rub it in.

"Hand it over, and you can turn around and go back to," *insert rude metaphor here*, "where you came from." Armen wasn't going to go over anything with his employees.

Armen smiled...machinations his pants.

"Now Bole, must you be so petty?" He narrowed his eyes, smile still intact for the Secretary sitting not too far off. He stood up taller and spoke to the man again, "Should someone in your position, who supposeldy is shaping the future of our World's protectors..." he DID make imaginary quotes around that word. "be throwing such a tantrum that he didn't get his way?" He was only making observations.

Wait was Bole refusing to allow him to see the MLE employees, oh well. It really wasn't necessary for him to do so, he guessed. Making a mental note that he would need a Borr-notorized message when he comes to this level again, he continued. "Fine, Evander. But if I find out that this memo does not reach the hands of each of your employees, I shall have to visit again, with company." He reached inside his coat's inner pocket, touched his wand, moving it aside to grab the stack of parchment.

He handed them over and nodded curtly. "I'll see you soon Bole." And then the Head walked back into the Lifts, whistling pleasantly to himself.

Petty? Van's eyebrow went up but he remained unmoved. Tantrum? Really, the man needed someone to buy him a dictionary.

Those words, I do not think they mean what you think they mean.

That last bit made him laugh though. With company? Yes, well, Armen was nothing without the cult backing him, and feeding him treats and rubbing his tummy when he, as their minion, did their bidding.

"Take care, Recard." He spoke politely but flatly.

Then he looked at the memo.

....and he was HOME.

Wesley strolled into the MLE Reception Area like he had used to every day back when he was much younger, much more naive, and much less experienced. And he still loved it now just as much as he had back then.

Shrugging out of his worn, brown leather jacket and folding it over one arm, Wes glanced around for a familiar face or two. Actually, he was pretty sure he only knew two of the faces who worked here anyway.

"Ello?"

Okay so maybe it was BAD of him, but Damien had sneaked past the offices and was heading to chat up Miss Muriel. Rawrrr. Heh. Oh how he did love a good chat with Muriel.

As his luck would have it there was a PERSON there calling out greetings. BAH. Perhaps he was LOST and Damien could make him cry.

"Whatchu doing up here? You lost?" Damien called out in a gruff tone as he gave the receptionist a wink and strode to the boy.

Lost? Far from it. "Nah...... unless you can point me to the offices of the Magical Law Enforcement Squad?" Wes took up a lean on the receptionist's counter, wiggling his eyebrows at her a little.

"And who might you be?" he added idly. Man look all right, if not just slightly off his rocker.

Hmm. MLES? He was one of HER employees then. Bah. She was a terrible hag she was. "Got credentials? See I can't just let anyone wander on in here. You understand, yeah?" Damien drawled. He gave a little smirk to Muriel and a nonchalant shrug at the dude.

Heh. Who was HE? "Damien Jackson. Who might you be?" No need to throw around a title just yet.

"'Course I do," Wes answered gruffly, digging in his back pocket for his Ministry ID. He handed out to Mr. Jackson with a raised brow. "I'm the new Head Investigator." No big deal, you know.

Hmm. "Wesley Ferguson." He offered the other MLE'er a rough hand to shake. "It's a pleasure." Maybe.

Damien took the man's ID and had a look at it for loooong moment. Not to agitate him or anything... truth was he MAY have needed glasses and couldn't see all that well. Heh. "Head investigator, eh? Alright then. Sorry about that. We can never be too careful up here," he said with a shrug as he handed him the ID back.

Damien looked at the man's hand for a moment before reaching out to take it. He gripped the boy's hand and gave it a nice firm shake. "I'm the Head Auror. Welcome to MLE," he said. Not that THAT was a big deal either. It was whatever ya know. "This divine creature is Muriel. She loves it when you bring her the good coffee and stand around and chat a bit," Damien teased as he made kissy faces at her. Heh.

There was a tense moment's pause... and then Wes had his ID securely back in his hand. He nodded understandingly and carefully replaced the card back in his old wallet. "I hear ya. I know you all have had some.... issues with losing apparition licenses and such lately." A real shame, that was. Wes was curious to hear someone else's take on the matter.

"Head Auror, nice." So this man was going to be his head co-worker? Awesome. Wesley turned his head back toward the pretty receptionist and gave her a wink. "Is the coffee still as bad as it used to be?" he inquired of Damien, chuckling lightly at the man's faces.

"Ain't no issue... it's mooncalf dung is what it is. You will see... Come on let's leave Muriel to her work and head on down the hall a ways," Damien suggested as he eyed the door leading out to the corridor. He wasn't comfortable talking to near it.

Motioning with his head he led the way into the offices.

Mooncalf dung indeed. Wesley understood that idiom full well. He tipped his head toward Muriel and then loped on into the offices behind Damien.
