Letter.. after letter.. after letter.. after letter. It seemed to have gone all day for the now fourty-two year old. Though the arena's seats back in Galway had been taken care of, it seemed to be only the start of many more issues as Charely ran his left hand through his hands, the easy way would be to condem the place until everything was solved, but there was always another way and he didn't settle for ease... Hm?

Charely looked up, there had been any sign of stress that was gone in a flash as he saw Victoria. Did she take a break from her area just to see little old him? That really touched him, along with her lips as he instinctly made that quick kiss.. not so quick. Heh. "Thank you, Vic." His day? Perhaps, explaining the current state of his once tidy desk filled with papers wasn't the best way to start. "I's getting better- oh, are those cookies?" Perhaps he could deal with a bit of a break. "This is a nice surprise.. thank you."

Victoria smiled at him once she had glanced around the office to see who might have been watching. They had been dating for awhile now, so news of it would probably be around the office, but why not have a little secret just to themselves. "No need to thank me. I wanted to do something special for you since you're stuck at work on your birthday. Everyone should have something special on their day." She handed over the cookies, "I baked them last night, so I hope you like them." Glancing at his desk she hoped she didn't interrupt to much. "I can go if you are really busy. I don't need to distract you from your work." Well maybe she did, but she wasn't going to do it enough to get him in trouble or anything.

"I want to make you dinner after work. The boys don't usually do anything do they?" She didn't want to change any traditions they might have. "If they do then we can do a dinner another night, but I want to make it for you and the boys if that sounds good." She then handed over the balloons. "Not that I was trying to embarrass you or anything." She chuckled knowing that everyone would see the balloons.

Looking back at the desk, "So what are you working on, maybe I could help a bit before going back to my desk." She was pretty caught up on everything, so helping her boyfriend wasn't going to hurt anything.

New gobstones season coming up. Time for new work to commence. Saxon had received her new task for her job and went to go find a desk or table to take a seat on to try working on her new assignment.

Club schedules. This would take a lot of time and organizing. Very time consuming work, but Saxon believed if she got some help from Lourdes that she would be able to complete her task. Most importantly she would need the time of the matches and the places they would be held. Finding the teams would have to do some searching, but that was something she could figure out on her own.

So, Saxon got out a piece of parchment, got out her quill, inked it and wrote "Gobstones Programs" at the very top, just so she wouldn't forget what it was for. Now... she kind of needed Lourdes.

Lourdes had made it a thing that she should go make rounds in her level to see if her employees were doing their work and maybe lend a hand. Sometimes, she did get bored of sitting in her office and doing nothing. She would probably do a bit of flying but nah, they didn't have a pitch in the Ministry and that was sort of sad.

After checking the Quidditch League Office, the woman made her way to the Gobstones Club office. Poking her head inside, she peeked at her employees. Oh, there was Saxon and she did seem like she was doing her thing.

"Hello there, Saxon," Lourdes greeted her with a smile. "How is the schedule going? Do you need any help?" C'mon. Tell you boss. She won't bite.

Staring blankly at her desk Saxon was trying to think up of how to write the schedule, but still, that would be kind of hard since she didn't know the times or the venues the matches would be held. That was kind of important. So she simply just sat there.

That was until she heard a familiar voice calling out her AWESOME name. Looking up Saxon smiled at her big boss. Lourdes had scared her at first, but after paying her a visit she wasn't scary at all. But, we'll just be somewhat vigilant. One never knows.

"Hi, Lourdes!" She said with a smile on her face as well. Just the person she needed. "Well, yes, I do need some help. Maybe I've gone blind and haven't gotten any information on this but, I don't think I can make the schedules if I don't know the venues and what time the matches will be held." That was rather important. Saxon didn't have glasses. Maybe she would need to get some.

Hmm. Oh.

Right. Lourdes sort of forgot to give the Gobstones employees the locations of the arenas. "There's at least three Gobstones venues in every country, that's what I remember. I think I have a copy of the locations in my office." With the flick of her wand, a piece of paper came flying toward Lourdes, which she had Summoned and caught with her free hand. "Here you go."

And as for the time, Lourdes thought of that. "The time and date is up to you, as long as no two or more games happen at once in the same country. Oh, and no games on holidays or breaks either... except maybe summer." There were a lot of conditions, but surely Saxon knew them. "Do you want me to write that down on a paper for you so that you don't have to forget?"

Lourdes... was talking a lot. But not as much as that Hogsmeade Debate for the Board of Governors Election. Merlin, that was humiliating. "If there's other things you need clarification with, you may come visit me in my office or ask help from a fellow Gobstones employee. Good luck." The woman gave the younger blonde an encouraging smile.

Saxon say quietly in her seat while she waited for the parchment of information on venues and locations came flying through the room. She gently took the paper in her hand and stared down at the list for a couple of seconds before looking back at Lourdes.

Listening to Lourdes' details Saxon nodded some more and said so more for herself, "Right, matches can't happen at the same time in the same countries." She would also try to keep in mind other things like fans wanting to see all the matches and spacing them out so they had enough time to visit places in the country and still see all the games without having to compromise time. "Oh, that's ok. I can remember that." The blonde also pointed to her piece of parchment she had already written on.

"I think I've got everything under control for the moment, but of course, I'll go looking for help when I need it. Thank you." Saxon said with a smile on her face.

Heading towards his work area in the Gobstone's Club, Charely took note on the new notice. It was a shame to hear how Lordes' office was wrecked, given how much work she's done, it was natural of him to keep a look out on any of those records wherever they may be.

Before settling into his chair to continue his draft, Charely checked the drawers in his desk. Nothing significant other than his usual files and blueprint samples from other arenas he kept for feedback. Then he checked the filing cabinet and nearby bins. Still nothing. Well, they must be in the other areas, so he would have to check soon.

Sitting down, Charely got his usual materials out and with the wave of his wand, revealed his current stage in planning. It was relatively simple at the moment, with the main arena shown and sections where the audience can spectate at. From past disasters, the main thing was on keeping the spectators as clean as when they enter in, unlike the players. He stroked his chin for a moment, before diving right in to add in the sections for where the teams sat before their turn. This wouldn't take long, in his mind on finishing.

As soon as Lourdes left after giving Saxon some advice the blonde looked all around herself. Was there anyone else in here that could help her? Giving the place another look she saw Charely, that was him, yes? He looked deep in concentration, but he surely help her. This was a lot of work to do all on her own.

She stood up and walked over to where he was sitting. "Err, hi, Charely. Umm, if you're not busy or anything... would it be possible if you could help me a bit with these gobstones schedules." Saxon should've probably brought the piece of parchment with her. An so she quickly walked back to her original seat, grabbed the parchment, came back to Charely and set the work gently on the table.

Charely throughout the designing thought on any extras to add into the stadium blueprint. Nothing else really came to mind, at least not yet. He was considering putting it aside to come back to later when he heard his name.

Looking up, he smiled a little. Saxon. For as long as he had worked there, he could see how much of a hard worker she was. So it was natural of him to want to help her out, "Hi Saxon.. it's quite alright. I was just going through the finishing touches on a design." He waited until she returned with the parchment set in front of him.

He looked over the locations and everything. Thirteen areas.. Charely looked back at Saxon before asking, "These are for the new year?" His question was optional to answer, before he added after a quick calculation. "Well.. within a year that'll leave about 28 days for each location. Was there a specific time frame you were hoping to include these in?" Sure, they could go over on which venues, but the time on when to was important after all.

She nodded and smiled at him when he mentioned he was designing, most likely a stadium. "Oh, that's nice. I'm not that great of a drawer, it must be really excellent. Can I take a look?" She asked, but of course, he didn't have to show her. There was nothing bad in that.

"Yes, the new year/season." Same thing, right? She then took the empty seat beside him. If someone was taking that then they could just move over to the next few empty chairs. "Well, I just talked to Lourdes, she said there wasn't no specific time they had to happen. As long as the games aren't during any type of holidays, or the matches from different countries happen the same day, or time." That should make sense, yes?

"What I was thinking though, was to perhaps schedule it so that people had about a week or two for each country for the venues. So, for instance, maybe the dates in Ireland can all be one month or so, so that people can visit the cities the venues are at, or just the country in general." Saxon said biting her lip. Maybe she was thinking too big. It didn't have to be an entire month, but considering how many dates there were for each place, that could work. "What do you think?" Any input is good.

You enter your office expecting a good day ahead. Instead, as you step inside, you notice that the floor is wet and it smells. Smells like drool. How gross. Better watch your step if you plan to get to your work station.

But that's not all. Some lost records from weeks ago are scattered on the floor too, all wet and baring bite marks. This was not how you expected your day to start off with, wasn't it?

Was just another day of work for Charely. His plans were to get the newly-finalised the upcoming new Gobstone Stadium that Saxon had been kind to help him with last time sent out before working on another. As he headed toward level 7 where his work resided, he thought over the last few weeks. From his darling daughters to his graduate son about to start University, his nephew about to his new school with Bart.. his almost step-son.

Yep. Things were looking good for the future, with him and his soon-to-be wife, Vic. They had even more to talk about now. Perhaps they could pick a spot to do so before heading home. He had it all planned.. unlike the state of the level. "What in Merlin's name.." He gazed around, furrowed brows and all over the filth.. and papers. The smell was horrid, yes, but he had smelled worse things. Taking his wand out, he levitated one the papers to a closer viewing, Well... that's got to be Lourdes papers she was looking for. It was barely legible in some areas which told him it had to be hers and.. were those teeth marks? Whosoever it was.. it couldn't be human.. could it? Yikes.

Saxon was entering her level to start another day at work when she realized something seemed off this working day. Beneath her feet the floor seemed somewhat soggy and wet, and an odd odor swam through the air. The floor looked like it had been stained all over, dark splotches here and there, papers scattered all over. What was going on?

The blonde was about to pick up one of the papers when she noticed odd marks all over them. Maybe it wasn't safe to touch them with her bare hands. Today was very different. Nothing seemed normal. Then she spotted Charely a few feet away, levitating one of the papers and looking at them.

"Charely! Seems like someone has trespassed onto our level and created some mess." Obvious Saxon was obvious. They could try to get more searching done though, in the meantime, without having to endanger themselves. " Should we notify Lourdes about this? See if she can make it to the level as soon as possible?"

Charely didn't have to alone in the Club for long, as he heard racing footsteps and light splashing behind him. It was Saxon and well, he was thankful she had a good set of eyes and ears. "Right.." Lourdes definitely needed to know about this pronto. "I think we should check the other areas and see how the rest of the level is." If it was the whole level well.. yeah, the worries on his mind as he thought of Vic who just started working again recently came to mind. "Like the British & Irish League Headquarters first." It was one of the largest, in the level after all.

But first off, "Do you need anything from here before we go?" Any possessions of hers in case it was dangerous, they had limited time. "Careful not to slip." Ruined shoes were one thing but skin contact with this.. stuff. Yeah, it wouldn't be good.

Ahh. Not only informing Saxon about this part of the department was smart but actually checking the other sections was a good idea too. That hadn't slipped into Saxon's mind. So she nodded, in agreement, to Charely's words. "Yeah, we should check the other areas."

At the mention of needing to get anything valuable Saxon shook her head. "No, I have everything in my bag. Nothing valuable of mine is in the office." But look how sweet of him it was to worry. And yes, no running around in the level right now. "Right. Don't slip. I can go check at the British and Irish Headquarters. See if anyone is there that might also be experiencing this? You can search around here some more?"

Charely smiled a little, looks like someone had been prepared for the worst if it ever happened. "Good, good.." Last thing he needed was his co-workers in danger. Which Saxon was quite aware of too.

Now that they had a game plan, "Right, and I'll meet up with you there." Nodding before he directed his wand aware from the soaked paper he had levitated earlier. Now gripping it before being careful on checking for any signs of others around here. "Be careful, Saxon." They were good to go now.

More nodding from Saxon. She got approval, which she smiled back in return too. And LOL Saxon is a danger to herself. Enough said. Such a klutz. Remember when she fell off her own chair at the meeting?

"Excellent! Constant vigilance. If you see anything more suspicious either come to us immediately or send a patronus to give us some sort of warning. The more we find out, or the safer we are at moment, the more smoothly this err... danger will be for us. Don't want to put ourselves in harm's way." Saxon's definition of a pep talk. She looked at him for one second, gave him a salute, before getting out her wand and quickly, yet carefully making her way around the level the wet level.

Once she was done cleaning up the British and Irish Headquarters and the Patents Office, Lourdes made her way to the Gobstones Club. Saxon had came running, called her Professor, and even told her that it was a mess too. In fact, all of the offices were trashed. Maybe except hers, because she locked it with a lot of security charms. Nobody would be able to get in there unless they were really skilled and daring. Maybe she should put charms up on the other offices too to avoid something like this from happening ever again.

"Alright, everyone," she said as she entered the office. Looked kind of empty. Oh, awkward. Charely was here somewhere, right? But anyway, she needed to start cleaning up so that she could call it a day and everyone in her level could have a break. Have some coffee from the Coffee Cart. Get a doughnut or something.

So she started picking up the wet files again and piling them. Good thing she had these surgical gloves. They were really helpful.
