Zach straightened himself and took a sip of coffee and turned his focus unto the Senior Undersecretary. He listened diligently to ever word that the man had said. Taking it all in Zach raised his hand and said.

"When will this be formally announced to the Ministry?" he said taking a glance at the Minister. He continued by saying, "I would like to volunteer to be the liaison to the departments with regards to these matters." he said knowing that since he started in the department, the liaisons almost always mysteriously vanish. He was also referring to the announcement of the retirement, the coordination of the whole Ministry and of course, the amendment of the legislations that they currently have.

Ezra tried his hardest to keep from smiling again, noticing Tiffany's glances in his direction. Yes, yes, he noticed. The lip bite too. Heh. Not that he wasn't used to it, of course, he reminded himself, but THIS one seemed to be holding herself back. THAT he wasn't used to. His blue eyes flicked back to her, and then back to Mr. Isaacs. The meeting, right.

Whipping out a small notepad from the pocket of his blazer, Ezra proceeded to take notes in swooping script. He nodded respectfully at Mr. Isaac's reference of him and recorded his jobs for the new year. Vultures? No problem. Smoothing his tie, the media liason scanned the rest of his colleagues, eager to begin working with them. Rough year or not, they could do it. Ezra Bellamy could do anything, uh huh. Duh.

Now that is what he liked to hear. Gavin gave Ms. Stephens an approving nod. It was good when people stayed right on the ball, ready to tackle the task at hand and willing to get it done to the best of their ability. Efficiency was in the air, was he the only one that could smell it? Yes? Shame, it was quite the attractive scent. Ahem, but moving right along.

"An excellent idea Mr. McMillan and I thank you for the initiative." It would be important to keep information flowing between the various levels running as smoothly as possible during this time. "I'll ask you to get this done with Ms. Pryce." Who seemed right on point diligently taking notes at her seat over there. His employees were really working to impress this year, weren't they?

"The resignation and subsequent elections should be announced sometime around the end of the week or perhaps the start of the coming week. It's important that we are ready when this all falls on our laps."

He paused to take a sip of his coffee. "Now if there are no more questions, you may get to work." Those with questions or opinions were free to stay and voice them briefly before the real work began.

Yup, she definitely noticed the occasional glances from that handsome Ezra man sitting next to her and couldn't help but to be pleased. She was a beauty now wasn't she. Of course he couldn't help looking over-- not like she wasn't doing the same. Ahem. And on that note, Tiffany snapped her attention back to her stationary. She did not chase. What the heck did she think she was doing!?

With her sorta full attention back on her patterned stationary, and the current notes doodles she was tracing around with her quill, she hardly even registered what that Mr. McMillan guy even suggested. It wasn't that she was a bad listener. Just -erm- more selective about the things that caught her attention. Riiiighhht. So when her name was mentioned she most certainly lifted her head straight up, and tucked a stray strand of hair behind her ear, revealing her silver dangly earrings. She had bought them last week and even made sure they were extra sparkly just for the occasion.

But uh, what exactly was she taking initiative for? And.... With that Mr. McMillan man, whom she had never really formally introduced herself to come to think of it? She couldn't let anyone know she was off her game though, so of course she flashed Mr. Isaacs a huge, pearly white smile and nodded politely. "I'd love to help," and then smiled at Mr. McMillan in turn as well.

She just had to figure out what the heck she was helping with, but hopefully that wouldn't really be a problem. And on that note, she actually scribbled down a real note this time around that said something like 'Uh, ask Mr. McMillan guy about the initiative or whatever and if skirts would be appropriate attire for the job???'
