Here is where we keep the up-to-date lists of witches and wizards with Apparation licenses, registered Porkeys, Ministry-issued brooms, and Floo Network Connections.

This room is off-limits to all but Level 6 personnel, granted permission by the Department Head. Don't bother opening it without the correct spell because the door will know the difference and the alarm will sound. If for some reason a person does get in here... things will be handled by Gabriela Recard and the proper Ministry officials.
