Minister's Office: Office of the Minister of Magic
Abandoned Building at 152 Whittaker StreetThe Minister's Office has temporarily relocated to this decrepit abandoned building. There are still plenty of charms in place to protect the Minister for Magic.
The Minister of Magic's Office is nothing like it should be. Upon entering you'll find several pieces of spare paper and everything else that seems to be falling off the walls. The electrical capability within this building has something be desired and with the overhead bulbs hanging the way they do you probably wouldn't want to give it a shot anyway. Not to worry, the windows to the side of the room are jarred into place making them impossible to close. They should provide enough light for the necessary signing of documents and the like.
The level of dust in the room is practically a sin, those with strong allergies will be advised to remain by the door and have conversations there. Occasionally a piece of the room will hurtle to the ground but it's not usually anything concerning and we're confident the roof will hold maybe.
Despite the look and feel of this place it is still not a free for all. To speak with the Minister of Magic you must first find the offices of his Undersecretaries and be guided from there. Bypassing this simple rule will result in having to walk all the way through the building in search of said Undesecretaries then walking all the way back. Save yourself the trouble. Get it right the first time.
The bird's keen eyes kept watch as the creatures moved. Did she think they couldn't see? These eyes were prized for the prey they helped her spot and later catch from great distances away. She remained focus, intent on them.
With a hop and a skip the bird was to the further side of the desk. Those nets looked familiar, she wasn't trying to get near one.
And another moving to other side. The window was for escaping NOT being blocked. Her wings remained high up, her warning still stood. Stay away.
And it moved. At least it hadn't tried to fly over their heads. Yet.
SPOILER!!: Ladies for the win

Either she was awfully brave or there were other risks that she didn't know of. Or those three men were real cowards. One of those statements had to be true in order for all the reactions to make sense. Although, it did look like a vicious bird, it didn't struck her to be THAT dangerous. Did they know something about the bird that got them to not help in capturing it.
And they got another one to guard the door. She wanted to point out that they'd rather have someone cover more distance in case the bird flew.
But she didn't let her focus crack on that. Or on the Minister's Assistance's question. Heather got the hang of that, anyway.
Text Cut: Heather, Yo!
Back to business. With a nod towards her companion, Lavone dropped her net to the floor making sure not to cause any sudden movement that might set the bird off. Now that she only had the cage in her hands, she got a good hold of it and angled it so the door of the cage was facing the bird's direction. Making things easy and all. It occurred to her that it'd be loads easier if they could just lure the bird into the cage. But that would require lots of time and knowledge about what the creature liked and disliked. "I got the cage," she told Heather making it known that she was on the plan. Were the rest having a good time watching? Or maybe the show hadn't really started yet. Since the bird hadn't moved.
Heather nodded towards Lavone and motioned for her to circle the desk so that she was a little closer to the side that the bird just happened to move to. Could the bird really be that annoying to actually understand and perceive what they were attempting to do? Couldn't the bird just understand that by being in THIS office it was disrupting their day to day lives?
SPOILER!!: Gavin

What would become an issue was Mr. Neves mentioning not only the use of spells but also the involvement of an entirely different Department then Mr. Bellamy giving him hopeful looks as if he'd expected that to actually work. He was not impressed
"Thank you Ms. Malfoy." For giving the right answer so he wouldn't have to. "There is no reason to get the members of Level Four involved. This is a bird, a mundane one at that. I find it hard to believe we would need to pull out all the stops just to cage it." Surely it couldn't have been that hard as terrifying as the idea seemed when you considered the size of the claws on that thing. His face was not ready for this.
Thank Merlin for the women who'd taken then initiative. He wouldn't even be glancing back at the men, all looking for a way out. If needed, he would step in, but they didn't all need to attack the bird. "I'll need someone by that window over there so it doesn't escape." The point was to get rid of it, not have it fly outside and wait for them to leave before coming back.
Obviously it wasn't mundane enough for him to be sticking his neck out, but Heather felt it was best just to keep her mouth shut and let him that he was brave and what not. Men. And just like a man, he made orders, but if they helped her out in her attempt to get the bird then who was she to complain? It was actually a really great idea!
And someone actually acknowledge it!

Zach moved slowly away from the ranks of wizards and witches and moved towards the door motioning his intent to everybody.
He walk slowly and gently as to not startle the bird and made sure that he is not making any noises as he move towards the window.
And then there was three in their little party to catch the bird. They had and awkward triangle going on, but that bird wasn't going anywhere. She nodded at him. "Have your net ready." Hopefully with two nets, a cage, and a little lick they could get this over with. "Okay on the count of three Zach and myself will..."
And then there was HIM. Again.

...mundane. In case Mr. Isaacs failed to notice, it had WINGS, A BEAK and CLAWS. That was no mundane! João again kept silent, though. He knew it was pointless to argue more. But he wasn't ready to risk anything at all either, so he stood where he was, inside the room but by the door, and he WOULD use his wand if that thing flew onto him.
"If we got a muggle anaesthetic at least?"
"Unless you have some on you and can get close enough to get it down the birds throat, without magic, I'm pretty sure that isn't going to work. The creature obviously doesn't trust us already and you don't seem to want to approach it any closer." He hadn't even taken effort to move closer to the bird. Not once did her eyes leave the bird and she even took another step closer to the creature shifting the net. How he ever got the position he had was beyond her.
"As I was saying, on three Zach and I will throw our nets and if the bird flies hopefully it'll head towards the cage and if not, I think we have plenty of people stationed that hopefully it won't fly out." At least the window and the door was blocked, so long as the girly men didn't run off.
"One....two.....three." And she tossed the net aiming high above the still raised wings of the bird and aiming a bit farther down the desk assuming the bird would try to doge the net.
