Hogwarts RPG Name: November {Noe} Franze First Year | Brain Twin | MASTAH ASHURRII | Reisdent PokeNerd | Digifangirl "Oi!" Jude's brows dipped towards his eyes again, a frown settled on his face for a moment. "I'm almost five feet, thank-you." As if he could elaborate this point, the boy puffed his chest and attempted to draw himself to his full height. Which was only 4'8" at best. Regardless, he tried to ignore the pink in his face. Even Fable was near his height, now! You'll hit puberty soon enough his father tried to tell him but Erlach! Who wanted to hear that from their mother?
"You asked what I was doing," Jude mumbled. All he'd done was replied! The boy had asked! If he didn't want a response, don't ask a dumb question. He held his tongue, though, for this boy was clearly older than him. And taller. Hmph. "Anyway, it's not my choice to be here on my own. My stupid sister went off and abandoned me. Probably meeting some blighter or something. Some Hufflepuff, eh? Abandoning her own kin, her very own flesh and blood, for a swap spit with some bloke." Arms folded over his chest, he grunted. Stupid Ambrosia. "Anyway. I've not yet been run over or kidnapped, now have I?" His face shown with momentary pride, before he glanced at the curly top.
Ignoring the older boy's comment about not being very Ravenclaw-ish (what did he know, anyway?) and looked at the curly haired girl. "I wasn't aware I had a tone," he noted, unfolding his arms. At least she smiled. That was a good thing, right? Was she always going to call him Jude Second Year Ravenclaw, though? Would she keep it up even when he was a seventh year? "It's nice to meet you, too, Greer."
The silence which followed wasn't entirely uncomfortable and Jude settled into it for a moment, before she piped up again.
"Er. Yup. That'd be the motto of sorts," he told her. Did she want a cookie? A pat on the head? He reached his hand up for a moment, as if he was going to do so. After all, Fable didn't mind.
But then. Fable wasn't a stranger girl, either. |
