Ok so I know I just posted but here's the next part. It's long like I promised.

I told Remus everything Dumbledore had told me, and we sat in the common room, while everyone was at dinner, and waited. Remus had told me he’d gladly accompany me on my visit. We sat in silence for about 10 minutes. Finally, I heard the Fat Lady’s Portrait open. The Head of House came in, told me to follow her and we all slowly walked to Professor Dumbledore’s office. The teacher gave me a pitiful look as she left us again.
“Thank you.” Dumbledore said to her.
She nodded once and closed the door.
Dumbledore’s gaze fell onto me and Remus.
“A healer will be here momentarily.” he said happily.
Remus and I exchanged looks. All of a sudden, the fireplace in the corner of the room burst into green flames. A motherly looking witch came out of the flames. She was plump, with thinning blonde hair, and deep brown eyes. She smiled at me then spoke to Dumbledore.
“Everything is ready.” She said.
The Professor peered at me through his half moon spectacles then waved at the fireplace.
“I think you know how to use floo powder?” he said to us.
I only nodded while Remus muttered ‘yeah’.
The plump healer held out a grey cloth bag and shook it at us.
“After you dear.”
“Um- ok.” Remus reached inside and pulled out a pile of floo powder.
“I will see you again in an hour.” said Dumbledore before returning to his work.
I saw him duck under the mantel of the fireplace and throw the powder at the ground.
“St. Mungos Hospital.” he said clearly.
Remus disappeared into the flames. I was up. I have never been to great at this kind of thing.
I took some floo powder of my own and went into the fireplace. After copying what Remus said, I felt myself being pulled into nothing. My feet suddenly hit ground and my knees buckled. I fell forward and landed on something other than the ground.
“Ow, Seneca your on top of me.” Remus muttered.
“Oh sorry.” I said laughing slightly.
We both stood up. I brushed through my hair with my fingers, dislodging dust and ash.
Remus cleaned off his robes with his wand.
The Healer appeared behind us, smiling slightly. She landed on her feet and walked over to us. I took the time to look around. I’ve been in St. Mungos only twice before.
We were standing in a reception area. Witches and wizards sat in chairs near the wall. Healers in lime green robes were walking in front of them, asking questions and taking notes.
“You know you’re way around?” asked the healer assisting us.
“Yes,” I nodded.
“Good. Your mother’s on the fourth floor.” She pointed to a set of double doors across the room, “I’ll pick you up in an hour.”
I felt Remus take my hand as the healer let us be. We walked across the room, glancing at some of the patients that we passed. I pushed open one of the doors and walked into the corridor behind it. Healers were walking in and out of doors, and Remus and I had to weave between most of them. We passed some rooms that were deserted and others that had a few occupants. At the end of the hallway we took a few flights of stairs to get to the forth floor. ‘Spell Damage’ was written above the door. I pushed it open and walked into the hallway. I looked at each of the doors, which had the occupants’ name, and the healers’ name.
Near the end of the hallway, where my mum has always been, was her name. Two other occupants were in the room; a Mrs. Jones and a Mr. Walkers.
The door was cracked open and I pushed it further to look inside. Four beds were in the room. Two held my mothers roommates, and two were empty. I looked to the one that was empty in the back corner, near the window. My mother was standing near the open window, her hand was placing something on the windowsill. A nurse was fixing the pillows and folding the blankets at the foot of her bed.
“Is that your mum?” Remus asked quietly following my gaze.
“Yeah.” I murmured in reply.
We walked over to her. The nurse looked up at the oncoming footsteps.
“Oh look Anna. Your daughter is here to see you.”
My mum turned around at the sound of her name. I now noticed that she had bird feed in her hand and was placing it in a feeder hanging from the windowsill. Her once curly red hair (like mine) was now short and whispy. Her skin was pale and wrinkly on her face. My mum’s eyes looked unfocused, and they skimmed over us quizzically.
“Se- Sere- Sa-,” she went through different sounds, trying to remember my name.
“It’s Seneca.” I whispered heartbroken.
“Right.” she mumbled. Her eyes shifted over to Remus.
“Do I know you?” She asked. Her voice cracked when she spoke.
“Um. No. I’m Seneca’s friend, Remus Lupin. It’s nice to meet you Mrs. Wilson.” He held out his hand. I shook my head at him. My mum didn’t notice this gesture. She looked at his hand, confused. Remus closed it and pulled it back to his side.
The nurse was watching this exchange. She held the thin blanket in her hands, frozen in midair, as she paused to see what her patient would do. I glanced at her. Our eyes made contact and she nodded.
“I’ll be back, Anna. Just shout if you need anything.” The witch put the blanket down and moved to take care of Mrs. Jones, lying on the bed across the room.
My mum stared after her then looked back at us kids, standing there, kind of uncomfortable. She sat down in a fat, purple, armchair and stared at Remus, as if he was some new species she’s never seen before. Beside me, he shifted from foot to foot.
“How are you?” I asked, breaking the tension.
Her gaze tore from Remus back to me.
“I’m… I’m good.” She managed to say.
We sat down on the newly made bed. I took Remus’s hand in both of mine and held it in my lap. Unconsciously, I traced patterns on the back of it.
“Do you… uh… do you remember me much?” I muttered hesitantly.
My mum closed her eyes. I stared at her for a minute. Finally, she answered.
“No.” She shook her head.
Her gaze returned back to Remus.
“Are you my son?”
“We just went through this, mum. He’s my friend.”
She nodded slightly. “Why does everyone keep talking about my son? I don’t remember having a boy.” She looked at me.
“He died. A while ago.” I whispered.
“He did? What was his name?”
“Ethan.” I supplied.
We dropped the subject of my brother. My mother began humming lightly in the silence.
Remus and I exchanged more looks.
During the silence, the nurse came back over to us.
“Would you liked some tea, Anna?” she asked.
“Huh, oh, sure.” my mother mumbled.
The nurse disappeared. When she came back she set the teapot and three teacups on the table.
“Seneca, can I talk to you?” she asked.
“Yeah.”
The nurse pulled me aside.
“Anything?” she asked me hopefully.
I shook my head, unable to speak. Finally I said; “She doesn’t remember me.”
“Oh dear. I’m so sorry.” the witch pulled me into a hug.
I looked back at my mother, who was, once again, staring at Remus. After a minute, she picked up the teapot and poured herself some tea, but completely missed the cup and it splattered every where.
“Uh… I don’t know how to say this.” The nurse’s tone brought me back to look at her, and we split apart, “but, the healers here think she doesn’t have much longer.”
“What?” I said loud enough that Remus turned around to look at me.
“I’m sorry. Her mind isn’t doing well.”
It was different hearing that in person than reading it in a letter.
“How long does she have?” I whispered.
“About a month.” the nurse’s blue eyes scanned over me. Her face looked sincere. I looked away, at the calendar hanging above my mum’s bed.
A month, I thought, That will be in the middle of March.
“I’m sorry.” the witch repeated. She went over to where my mother was a began cleaning up the spilt tea.

Ok, so tell me what you think!

But there you were, standing in your own corner
Your eyes were wide, tired, fading just like mine
We could be the best of friends I’m sure of it
But I’m too shy to cross this crowded room besides

I’m not here, no one sees me

I’m by myself, please excuse me
