Adam kept his head in his hands as he head a voice that could belong to no one other than his girlfriend, but he didn't want to look at her now for fear that she would still have tears on her face. He smiled a little when she put her hand in his hair, and then reached up his own hand to remove it and thread his fingers between hers. In doing so, he looked up at her face.

"I'm not crying," he muttered after a pause, looking at her tear stained cheeks. He smiled rather ruefully as he lifted his other hand to wipe away a little droplet of water. "I just... I don't wanna go, Lor," he added hoarsely. "I like... love it here, way too much." Here, he paused and then let his face be lit up by a grin. "But there again, at least now we can buy a house together, see Tyler again... get a job...." he trailed off. Job. Oh joy.
