Happies:

the scene with Hermione obliviating her parents minds - would have liked an auditory mention of it though
dobby & kreacher bring mundungus back
george sneaking up on Harry & Ginny's kiss
Ron's moodiness
the Doe/Sword of Gryffindor scene
The wedding set up - very cute wedding!

Crappies:

The scene when Ron comes back was supposed to be MORE EMOTIONAL. I wanted that sheild to pop up keeping Hermione away - would have been more impactful
Also, they changed the dialogue about the diluminator which really took away from the friendship development - Harry is supposed to say "Dumbledor knew you would want to come back" not Ron!
How little of hogwarts/outside world we saw. No potter watch, WHAT?!

I think those are the big ones. Overall I like the movie a lot but they had so much to cut/shorten and it makes me sad! That's what I get for re-reading the book right before I went to see the movie!
