In the past (before DA became a full time RPG) I have seen Muggle/Squib family members played, accompanied by whoever belonged in DA.

And actually, Cooper is a Squib to be exact, right? I honestly don't see why not, so long as he already knows of magic (for realistic reasons such as coming from a magical family) and he's there to visit with a sibling? I'd think just don't let him wander anywhere near Knockturn Alley ~~unless you're willing to risk his life~~ and you're all good, but I'll check with the big boss *points in Conner's direction* and see what he says.

I'll update/post when I know for sure.

EDIT/UPDATE: Conner said that's fine, as long as the character is accompanied by a witch/wizard (wandering Diagon Alley on his own could lead to the Ministry taking him in for obliviating).
