| eek! 'tis all too long! Eagle Eye [⅓ Badger Trio] Felon & Kafka ♥ Gilderoy Lockhart <3 [TEAM 947!]
Oh, they were moving to the final! Finally! Because he'd been sliiiightly nervous about it, even if he wanted to believe he wasn't.
The boy started to notice some change in the room, everyone should be doing the same, no? Because it was getting colder and colder, and he was NOT dressed for cold, truthfully. Not only that, but there was snow in the classroom?! Man, Kingsley was simply the best!
Treyen had a smile on his face despite the coldness. And went straight to fetch for the things he'll be needing. Some shoelaces, some twigs, some pieces of fabric and anything else, plus his wand and a bunch of leaves. He thanked the tree for the supplies, by the way, because they had feelings too.
Okay. First things first. He couldn't work if he was still cold, that's why he decided to make something to keep him warm and allow him to work even better. Gloves. Because those were necessary in order to keep his wand from shaking. So, the boy took one of the pieces of fabric and, "Manus vellus" he said, after making that circular movement and pointing at the fabric. On its place there were two soft gloves ready to be worn. Treyen placed them on his hands and then thought about conjuring up a scarf, but decided to conjure a hat instead, "Caput vellus" he said, pointing at another piece of fabric. There! A hat was now on his head, and with these two things on him he could get to work on the shelter.
The boy scratched his chin as he pondered on what to do. Hmmm. Good. He got it. He'll need three poles, and a whole lot of wooden boards. Perfect! He took the little twigs first and his wand, "Tacque" he said, various times, as the little twigs were changing to nails. Sturdy nails too. And with his eyes opened! This was Transfiguration paradise. Anyway, he seemed to have enough nails, now he needed some ropes. Shoelaces were taken into his hand, and without further ado, "Cordage Creatus" he said, pointing at the things. Ropes were appearing right in front of him, even if he could've used the shoelaces as they were, he wanted to give that spell a try. Plus, ropes had more strength than shoelaces did.
Okay. Now, the poles. That was rather....er, easy, right? He'd just been practicing that spell. He took one of the branches and sighed. Confidence above all, no? "Palus!" his mind was totally imagining the length and appearance of the primary support element he'll need. And he did close his eyes for this one, it was more like an instinct. Opening his eyes he noticed the stick, the 10 feet pole he had no idea how to handle. He did the same for two branches that needed to be 6 feet tall. There was no way tall people were getting inside his shelter, see, it was no cabin, just a shelter, for Treyen.
Once that was done, he took the leaves in his hand and began transfiguring them into wooden boards, horizontal lines made with the wand and the occasional "Temran madera" was everything people could see and hear from the spot he'd chosen to work on. He'd rather have all the elements done before continuing.
And everything seemed in place, and with the appropriate strength and sturdiness. Especially those wooden boards.
Now. Time to get everything together. First, he started by joining the three poles (mind you that wasn't easy because he was small) but after a couple minutes he decided to fixate them three at a height he could work on and started to tie the ropes together. Muggle style was fun, wasn't it? Though, thinking about it...couldn't he just fixate the whole thing before they went back to their original from? Nah, that wouldn't be fun. The fun part resided on making the poles stick to the ground. It was done, though, and the primary structure was standing still. "Malleus!" he said to his pretty wand, and placed a couple nails on the union of the three poles, just in case. All you could hear now was...tick, tick, tick.
You were going to hear that for a longer time, because he was nailing shut two sides of the shelter with those wooden boards, and adding some floor as well (but that only required a couple nails from those 'walls'. Thank Gilderoy he was good at this hammering thing.
After a whole lot of time, a LOT, his shelter was sort of completed. Ropes tied the structure, and the 'walls' were nailed to the structure and the floor. Yes, the 'floor', because he was not sitting on the muddy ground. All that was missing was something warm and cozy and some fire. Fire! He liked fire. Eying the other piece of fabric he pointed his wand and made a curly-q movement and a flourish thing before saying "Vestis vellus!" and picturing a navy blanket. Then he made an X and said "Focalia" at which point two logs were in front of the shelter.
It was time to try if the thing worked, right? That's why Treyen stepped inside the little shelter and wrapped the blanket around him. Hmmm, warm. Then eyed the two logs and said "Incendio" because a fire was most needed, and then his gloved hands were placed on top of the fire, as if to warm them a bit more before simply staring at the flames.
Yeah, he'd sort of succeeded giving the fact that he was warm and away from the mud and snow. Awesome.
The boy stood inside the shelter for quite a while, he could've even been one of the last ones out, but he left the classroom, eventually.
