Eagle Eye [⅓ Badger Trio] Felon & Kafka ♥ Gilderoy Lockhart <3 [TEAM 947!]
They were supposed to do what exactly? Couldn't he just start with something simple?
Right. Putting the branch aside, Treyen took the little leaf with extra confidence, because things were going to work out today, right? Right!
Temran madera. Okay.
Now. The boy did NOT close his eyes, because he wasn't planning on doing so. Not now, and hopefully never again in Transfiguration. Wand at hand, Treyen first tried to get his mind as blank as possible before starting to visualize the wooden board that should be able to make an appearance soon. It seemed to be in his mind, all the characteristics of the board, he only needed to visualize the leaf turning into one.
Breathe in, breathe out. Horizontal line. Leaf. "Temran madera" he said, eyes wide open. And then...well, the leaf certainly changed, though it didn't seem to have the strong consistence of a board, it looked like a wooden leaf truth be told, but the boy was still smiling because no matter what the outcome had been he didn't close his eyes to make it happen. Ha. "Reverto" he said, pointing his wand at the leafy board. He was going for wooden now. Not leafy.
Visualization again. Focus again. Mind as blank as possible (without non-related stuff). Consistency visualization, too. "Temran madera" he said again, as he made an horizontal line with his wand and watched while the leaf slowly but safely turned into a wooden board...and almost like the one he'd imagined! The difference? The color had been a darker shade of brown, but lightness worked just as good.
The smile on his face was proof of his contentment with this spell. For real.
And...now there was a second one. Palus. For some reason it seemed a familiar spell, but maybe he'd heard something that sounded like it? Yeah, definitely.
Mmmhmm. Eyes on Kingsley as he demonstrated. Smooth and even poles. Got it.
Taking the forgotten branch with his hand, the boy took his wand with the other one and tried his best to focus on even, smooth poles...except, he had no idea how to focus on that. Oh, well, he'll try. And succeed. Possibly. "Palus" he said, after flicking his wand once. Eyes ever watchful of any changes and...it sort of changed, the branch got bigger and smoother, but he wanted to get it better. "Reverto" and he was using that spell a lot, honestly.
He'll try one more time, because he wanted an even and smooth pole, just like the one Kingsley made happen.
