Memory Charms
Gilderoy had never been particularly great at spellwork. He’d been pretty decent at Quidditch and classes that didn’t really involve magic, like Herbology, until he got to his sixth year.
That was when they learned Memory Charms.
For some reason, Gilderoy took to the charm like THAT. It was insanely easy! That never happened to him before!
He started using it to threaten the kids that picked on him after class, but he never actually USED it against them. It seemed his talent was pretty useless in the long run.
Oh well. Someday he’d find some good use for it.
