The Ghost
Ikenna shook his (still) invisible head and refrained from laughing once more. "I believe the spell you intended you use, Mr. Recard," he slid his wand out of its holster and performed the counter-charm on himself so that he flickered into view, "was Homenum Revelio. That would have showed you my current position in your plush desk chair instead of causing your spell-checking quill," he gestured toward the writing utensil near his foot happily scribbling profanity on the desk, "to reveal its minimal abilities."
Fighting another laugh, he gave the man a pointed look, as if to say, 'Really? You call this intimidation?' but did not budge from his seat. With the adjustments Gevrik had made earlier, he would have to be forced to leave this spot. Best seat in the house. "Calm yourself, man, this is not a break-in or an interrogation." He patiently held up a hand to hush the frightened department head the way one might soothe an upset hippogriff. Merlin, was his wand shaking from fright? Ikenna was certainly mirthful at the sight of that observation but he would not stand to have a wand pointed in his face nonetheless.
With another non-verbal flicking motion, Armen's wand was now separated from its owner and was instead smoothly intertwined between the fingers of Ikenna's left hand. "Sit," he pointed the terrified Transportation head toward the seats in front of his desk with the man's own wand, "and we will discuss what you may or may not wish to hide."
The command carried a certain connotation to it that it would be unwise to do anything else, unarmed as Armen was... and it also implied that the Head of Transportation was already hiding something.
The insinuation was almost unnecessary, for Ikenna already knew. He just liked toying with people and collecting their confessions.

Reason: my mistake, as you know.
