"Barney?" He looked down at his clothing - mercifully gathered and shipped by his sister - and back at the woman, having no idea what she was referring to.
"I must say, given the tournament's final creature, your costume is at least thematically appropriate..." while maybe not tastefully so.

If not, then it would be a nice experiment to see what he thinks.
"Professor Kingsley!" the boy exclaimed, tortilla at hand, because Saylen had made him want to eat that. Pffft. Women. "Are you...dressed as a muggle, Sir?" he asked, eying the clothes once more. Truth be told he was expecting Kingsley to go as himself.
Somehow, Arya's careless wondering had lead her over to the staff table. Hm. Well, she had wanted to see how the lot of them looked in costumes. Spooning the chocolate pudding into her mouth, she sent small closed lipped smiles to each professor as she curiously glanced at their costumes.
They looked amusing...and slightly entertaining.
Her bright browns settled on Kingsley, and his no ruffles costume. Nooo ruffles? She had never seen him without them. Not even over the summer when it was hot out. It was weird. A good weird though.
"I like your costume, professor." Her head nodded to add emphasis to her words. More pudding going into her mouth as her eyes flicked between Treyen and the professor.
It was like a....role switch or something.
